    @bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @bt_uk Just heard from you. Because of this Digital Voice issue I have to be without phone and broadband for 2 weeks! Is this the 1980’s? I have 3 teenagers learning and running a business from home. What kind of business are you running? @BBCWatchdog

    @BBCWatchdog Please investigate @bt_uk and their appalling attitude to fixing our Digital Voice landline. Been unable to receive calls for weeks & we have worried, elderly parents who cannot call us. A trail of broken promises and still taking our money. #CustomerService #bt

    @bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

    @bt_uk Yes I know. We never made the call but coincidentally we had an O/reach engineer here that morning. If he used it to test the line, why should we pay. We've multiple clocks so no need to call the time line. We have mobile phones to make outgoing calls which also have the time.

    In the process of leaving @skytv. Service and customer support indescribably bad. Going back to @bt_uk who we left several years ago but that was a mistake. Sky redefine “crap service” they really do. Shocking. We’ve put up with this **** for more than a year now.

    Apparently it’s the house I live in fault? @bt_uk engineers tell you one thing customer service tell you something else I’ve had 6 complaints in 2 weeks engineers not turn up & now telling me I need to double my package price to resolve things…2 weeks in Pure Robbery

    @bt_uk There's alot of confusion in regards Wi-Fi 6, does the BT Hub 2.0 actually support WiFi 6? If not, what is the point of BT Wi-Fi discs w/Wi-Fi 6 support (Whole Home Wi-Fi) when the hub doesn't support Wi-Fi 6?
