    @bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @BBCWatchdog Please investigate @bt_uk and their appalling attitude to fixing our Digital Voice landline. Been unable to receive calls for weeks & we have worried, elderly parents who cannot call us. A trail of broken promises and still taking our money. #CustomerService #bt

    @bt_uk #btinternet customer service has been abysmal. Worse than TalkTalk. Spoken to at least 3 advisors who have said “we’ll put that order through for you” only to find out they haven’t. 3 times!!! We may have lost our phone number of 25+ years now. Furious beyond measure.

    @bt_uk Dee (and Lisa) thank you for your response I don't need help with it technically, unless you can put the price back to the original. I just wanted to point out that a contract isn't fair when BT can change terms/prices during one but the customer cannot cancel or change anything

    It's an utter disgrace the amount of money @SkySports & @btsport charge to watch football and they don't even broadcast all of the matches. The Premier League needs it's own streaming service.

    @bt_uk How do I contact someone in your Head Office who can sort out a landline account I neither asked for nor need. I'm not prepared to waste any more time holding to speak to customer advisors who can't transfer my call without cutting me off.

    @bt_uk The engineer should be here by Thursday, which means upto 6 days with no internet connection. I will not be able to watch any BT TV channels, my Alexa will not work. For someone who is paying over £80 pcm and being with BT for over 10 years, customer loyalty does not exist!

    @bt_uk Thanks, but I'm fed up with explaining. I now want to escalate the issue and understand why BT took it upon themselves to issue me with a new contract for a service I had cancelled and then bombard me with txts & letters apologising for the unwanted service not working.

    @bt_uk how can a communication company be so lacking in communication skills????? Twice now (since March 22) you have tried to install a business line for a very small childcare charity and twice you ou have failed!!! We as trustees feel very let down by your lack of support!!!!
