@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

Lol! @bt_uk tell you a complaint isn’t a complaint. When a complaint gets handled by the same team member who then closes it as ‘not a complaint’ and won’t give a deadlock letter as ‘it’s not a complaint’ does the customer has no say anymore! #poorcustomerservice

@bt_uk My father took out a new contract with you in Dec. He asked for & was promised, as part of his new contract, he would receive a new router. This hasn't arrived. He rang to find out where it was only to be told he wasn't entitled to one. How can we raise a complaint?

@bt_uk out of contract soon, explained that I wanted to a new contract - told by agent that they can bring my package down by £3 - I pointed out that it will increase in April by 13.9% so I end up with a £3 discount for 1 month and paying an extra £5.50 after - so goodbye BT.

@virginmedia My broadband service continues to be interrupted for a few minutes at a time, sometimes for several tens of minutes. 3 months and I’ve finally had enough. @bt_uk Full Fibre now available for me, so I will be ending my @virginmedia contract after many years of good service.

Where is the care and compassion @bt_uk? A lady been to see today to help her with her bills. She is unwell and lost her husband. In a contract she feels forced into and you want £950 to end contract plus she can't afford what you charge her monthly. Shocking.
