@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

@Laurengoose91 @bt_uk If you've never had broadband, then a basic broadband service would be provided to you in order for your digital voice phone service to work. If you have issues with your broadband service it will disrupt the phone service so you would need to get your broadband fixed.

@bt_uk The service is exceptionally poor. In fact, pathetic & incompetent. I've waited for the internet for 7 months +. You billed me, I don't even have a line coming to my house. The outsourcing to India for Openreach is disgusting. I am a key worker and have a 9 month baby...!

@bt_uk Do you have any way to check previous outages? A client is looking for an answer on why downtime occurred yesterday. We suspect it to be an external issue and not an internal cable/config issue. Difficult to prove without any previous logs.
