  @BT fibre one connection in SE8 5RZ is so slow i don`t even get speed, we are in an age of full fast fibre, this is just becoming a joke now there are other compaines with 100mbps download & upload with straight to home full fibre speed ,@bt_uk still use older line but no speed

  @Thegeordiefaith @bt_uk I contacted them today after Downdetector showed scores of people affected in my area, while the BT site (as usual) reported no problems. They company are fundamentally dishonest. Quick enough to take our money but unwilling to acknowledge problems or fix them

  @bt_uk you BT Sport app on the PS5 is terrible, Missed the Whole first half trying to get it to work, now had to get the laptop out to watch on your website, which it less than ideal. Can you give a update on this, a whole week of football a d the app doesn't work!
