@bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

@bt_uk So they've replied its working fine. However, when I switch my phones hotspot on and use that to stream stuff instead it works fine. However, your broadband won't support it properly? Think it's time I find a better provider

@bt_uk extremely frustrated to be advised that although you can add additional cameras to baby monitor 6000 - you can actually purchase a stand alone camera to add? What is that all about? Would never have bought originally if this was known!!! Very sneaky/underhand marketing!

@bt_uk I was expecting an engineer to visit today between 8am-1pm after taking the day off work to finally get this ongoing issue (no phone or broadband since 26/08)They didn’t turn up. I rang today to be told an engineer will come out to my property on 20/09, another 8 days!!!
