@btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

What exactly are BT and BT Openreach for. They've rescheduled my appointment for Monday to Tuesday, then to Wednesday, and then to today (when it was "confirmed") and now apparently it's not confirmed at all and will be NEXT Monday. It's not a service, it's a fiasco @Bt_uk

@bt_uk are the worst Internet provider in the world. Past few days our speeds have been going mega slow, but today they are at the all time low. Barely above 1Mbps and upload is below 1Mbps. Its almost impossible to do anything. If Virgin would actually turn up we'd have (1/2)
