Toby Thatcher (@tobycthatcher) reported@bt_uk Cool, so maybe, I dunno, invest the company's absurd profits & then offer your customers the option to pay more for what you claim (remains to be seen) is a better service as and when it's available. It's flat-out corporate greed.
-
Samantha Cook 🏴 (@samanthaacookx) reported.@bt_uk so how come our internet bill is now going up to £75 per month but you’re offering new customers the same service for £31.99? Disgusting. Billions in profits over the last year yet the customer has to pay more?
-
Anita Curran (@neatzneatz) reported@bt_uk my broadband is £29.99 per month. Yet from April it will be going up £4.97 more. THIS IS A CRAZY HUGE AMOUNT. DISGUSTING BY BT - blaming inflation is very bad practice.
