OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time.
