@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@bt_uk hello, I've had an ongoing broadband instability issue for around 6 months - frequently when I'm using IP voice applications the service is disrupted - I've tried to raise a fault on this a number of times - help!!

@bt_uk Hi, no, it’s not a new build. Engineer visited before Christmas and was able to activate broadband but not phone service due to a fault in the junction box. Order number is VOL013-439847322595

I presume the awful @btsport stream on @YouTube is a ploy to get people to subscribe. It's awful, despite what is usually a good connection.

Oh dear @bt_uk… Offered a new contract twice, but my acceptance has been ignored then was supposed to be transferred on a call today but the transfers are broken so was given a direct number…. for the wrong department, who are now panicking because they’re getting random calls

@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

Working fine all day, week and month. Now watching #ChampionsLeagueFinal2019 on @btsport on YouTube and it’s now poor. Very interesting.

@bt_uk As I have tried to explain, an update on a possible new start date 10 days after the promised start date really isn't the level of service I expect from BT.

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk No broadband (now 15 days late), no reasons given why not, no sense of urgency to actually get it sorted. I'm running out of superlatives to describe your dreadful customer service and general incompetence.

10+ years (probably more) of being a loyal @bt_uk @BTGroup customer and they couldn’t waive the early termination fee liable because my new move means I can’t transfer the contract to my temporary property. I will never use them again.

@bt_uk I want some clarification over our bill. It has a £8 discount applied that further down the bill is then recharged for. We are paying way too much already for a substandard product. Better packages are available for new customers for up to £20 less. I just don’t get it
-

@bt_uk oh hey I digress - but let's go back to that fault. Because, I didn't have a fault with @VodafoneGroup - I had a working service. So it is a fault within your system isn't it? Not here, but with the kit...

@bt_uk Hi, thanks for checking in - the connection seems to be working now, whereas before it was on/off all the time. But the speed seems really really slow this last 5 days, e.g. takes 20 mins to upload small files to Google drive (and bigger files of like 4000kb won't upload at all)

@bt_uk Thanks Lesley. Unfortunately the issue has been going on for over 10 years now. It’s quite frankly gone beyond a joke. To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

Horrible @bt_uk broadband “go get ‘em Paula” advert. “She was flying high just a few months ago...” Hinting workers should pay extra for their own job infrastructure. Internet connection shaming

This is dire: yesterday we woke to no internet (and no landline). We're now getting "some" connection but it's embarrassingly slow and unstable. I'm trying to study; I imagine others on the street are trying to work... thanks again @bt_uk, you're still getting money for nothing

@bt_uk where were we? Hmm I think it was 22 Jan that I'm then advised the service will go live on 1 Feb. It all seems so long ago now I can barely remember...
