I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? fuey (@hongkongfu3y) reported@bt_uk hello BT. I was a BT customer for years but was shifted onto EE. I have a broadband package with them and 2 sim only deals (originated as BT sims) If I change back to BT would I still get the mobile discount with EE being the same as BT or would that change??
