    @bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

    @bt_uk As I have tried to explain, an update on a possible new start date 10 days after the promised start date really isn't the level of service I expect from BT.

    @bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

    @bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

    @bt_uk Hi BT. I rang your help desk today and waited for 45 minutes. They said you would take off the extra charges incorrectly booked to my account. That was 8 hours ago and can still see them. Do I need to waste my time calling again? #frustrated #disappointed
