    @rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

    @fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @btbusinesscare guess what? Promised a phone call 1 hour after I spoke to your team on the phone at 10am and they haven’t rang back. You are exceeding my expectations of being the worst service provider in the UK right now 👏

    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @PaulCaden1 and the students home Wi-fi likely no better either! I’m having to drive into work any day I am delivering online outreach presentations to schools or at online conferences as our home Wi-fi is so poor.....😳 @bt_uk?

    @bt_uk utterly shocking customer service. Ordered broadband 3 weeks ago and still no further forward in terms of an activation date. Shocking customer service, most certainly not be recommending #lieslieslies

    @bt_uk Yes I did and it was supposed to be activated today. When I checked the order status yesterday, it said "we had to cancel your order" (no coms received abt it). Called up the CC, they didn't know why and all they could do is to do a "reissue" and an updated ETA of May 25.

    @bt_uk Hi is there a problem with BT email. Not receiving emails from my work address. Thay have left my sent outbox from my work email - but not received in BT email. And domain name is not blocked in security settings.

    @domster @bt_uk That is not on. I think of all the vulnerable people that must be getting these visitors and not understanding that they shouldn’t give out those details. I think this is such a bad marketing idea from @bt_uk especially in the current climate with so much uncertainty

    @bt_uk is there a problem with the broadband in the CH44 area? My wifi has been dropping out every now and then for a few days now. Ram diagnosis on it last night and was told it was fixed but it’s still doing it today. Thank you.
