Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

You won’t supply a dongle or any wifi to me. Accept 6 days without wifi over Xmas while I pay you? Please tell me how this is anything other than awful service?
