They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
