    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    @bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @bt_uk internet has been on and off all day. You say nothing wrong with the line but a quick search says loads of people having problems with their internet.

    Ok @bt_uk... You wasted half my day yesterday, you're not wasting today as well. 1:37pm and still waiting for the '1pm phone call', whilst having to hang up on family emergencies in case you actually do call.

    @bt_uk can someone will explain me why when I use bt hub 4 I had no problems with games like Battlefield or Warzone, but when I switched to bt smart hub 2 I got 999ms ping on wsrzone, and around 400ms on BF. BTW I did port promoting and I tried all possible DNS setings, even vpn

    @bt_uk 2 times your engineers didn't show up, 1 day I've had to be off work due to no Internet, 2 days of no Internet, and yet you're doing **** all about it?? Think it's time we look for a better provider.

    @bt_uk your broadband service is appalling. Your attitude to your customers must change. No service, slow to fix problems and poor communication should allow your customers to leave their contracts with no penalty.
