I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.
