Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

Just that every time a contractor does some work in the pavement, we loose our service. 2 days without WIFI is not very handy especially with a student trying to study. Engineer due tomorrow . Not really a good service from BT.
