@bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

@btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

This is getting old now @bt_uk 4th time my broadband has gone down this week. TWO complaints raised on your website & once again we have the orange ring of death on the modem. I am growing increasingly tired of this issue being a continuous defect on a service I pay £480py for!!

@bt_uk tried live chat. Told having multiple devices connected will affect speed. Not been an issue before. Can’t watch NowTV either which we pay additionally for. BT speed test gave is a higher reading than Speedtest app. Something fishy going on there. Who can actually help us?

@bt_uk I did after 3 attempts waiting nearly a hour each time. I gave in on the first attempt, second attempt spoke to a advisor who put me back in the cue and on the third attempts when I actually spoke to someone they didn’t really help much. My service is up and running now tho
