@BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

@BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

Anyone else had a brand new @bt_uk halo broadband fitted and IT Stinks! The smell is awful. Engineer said its coming from the hole they drilled in the wall. Filled it. No better. Have a person on oxygen in the house. Any ideas?

@bt_uk Spoke to them on the phone today. That's where the £50.99 offer came from, which is pretty poor. Asked about downgrading broadband and TV options, but "the best they could do" was £50.99. New BT customers: under £30. Add on a TV package, say £36ish. But offered £50+ 🫤

@bt_uk I was on the call for a total of 2h 4 mins and only spend about 10 of those speaking with actual humans. In the end, I was lied to and told that they need to hang up so that the line manager can call me. Noone called. My WiFi still down. No resolution. No engineer ever showed up
