I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.
