@bt_uk are the most incompetent company. I’m only a month into my contract and I want to cancel already. Terrible customer service, they just pass you to another dept and then your back to the start. I’ve never rang a company so much to get something sorted. #terrible

@bt_uk My broadband has been off for over a week now.. ive spoke to 4 advisor's and had 3 engineer's out. One of the engineer's lied and said i wasnt in when i spoke to him at the gate. Very poor service!!!!

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

We’ve had such an awful time with @bt_uk; crappy internet, so many engineers round & usually just left to it. Thank you to Rochana at your company though, BT. A lot of you could learn from her! She’s raised a complaint, sending out another engineer & letting us leave if needs be.
