    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @bt_uk Too late, clearly BT do not value me as a customer. You will get your extra £60 to January and then I will just move. I think you will find there are a lot of customers who will feel the same, good luck retaining them.

    @bt_uk Can you please tell me why the promised fix by yesterday hasn't happened, the promised call today hasn't happened, and why my call to you was cut off after 15 minutes on hold? This service is beyond disgraceful, and a £16 rebate doesn't come close to the time I've wasted

    @bt_uk Day 13 of our broadband outage. BT have performed an hilarious series of misdiagnosis, poor fault finding and unacceptable updates regarding my lack of service. I know it’s tricky to pinpoint a fault, but the engineer didn’t seem to know if we had an incoming signal or not

    @btbusinesscare Hello Glasgow. The service I have had from BT for the past week or so has not been great. The past 24 hours has plumbed new depths. Cut off my buisness BB and the back up with no notice due to a clerical error and unable to re-instate. "Computer says 'no'" is the response.

    @bt_uk BT are quick enough to contact me about a rise, but seem to have no capability to look after their mid-contract customers paying for their premium broadband service. No care for existing customers at all - good luck retaining us when contracts expire.
