@bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

@btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

@bt_uk We have had that many visits from engineers I've lost count. We've had the hub replaced. Line from the pole in the street to the house replaced. The junction box in the house moved. It improves for a little while but on the whole it's terrible.

And there was me thinking that @BT_UK had the most disjointed, ineffectual - the customer is always wrong - customer support, but it appears that @warnermusic Group's support team might be where BT support team are seconded to for inspiration on just how bad they can aspire to be
