@BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@bt_uk My mother has been unable to make a phone call even from her mobile for 24 hours. She is 83. She has no landline. her mobile no longer allows outgoing calls although she pays for unlimited calls. What do you propose I do? Sit outside the house in case she needs help?
