They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.
