@CCriadoPerez @McAfee_Help @bt_uk Although I have never encountered any virus/mail ware problem for any Mac, you should be able to delete MacAfee files from the Library and Preference Folder.

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

@bt_uk hello, I've had an ongoing broadband instability issue for around 6 months - frequently when I'm using IP voice applications the service is disrupted - I've tried to raise a fault on this a number of times - help!!

I wouldn’t say I’m using an app. Just the iOS email set up for BT Internet as default account. IT team at SoHo house can’t resolve. I can’t access BT as no bb

@bt_uk hi the BT sport app is always out of sync with the picture. The app I use is done on a Samsung smart tv. Never have an issue watching it through the website on my Mac though.
