Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)
