They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????
