Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥

@btbusinesscare I moved house in December, you failed to move my Internet so spectacularly that mid January I cancelled the non existing internet. I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

@bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

@btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

@bt_uk More times than you can count. Your service is not up to scratch for modern demands, in my area. 20mb down, 1mb up for a family all stuck at home during lockdown, all on 4k games consoles or streaming TV is just not sufficient. Just because we live in a village, we are forgotten.
