@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

Particularly frustrating as we have emails from @bt_uk confirming it would all be up and running by 8 Jan. Everytime you fail to call us back when promised we have to rejoin the long call queue to find out what the latest is and re-explain the issue all over again. Terrible

@bt_uk waited all day for BTOpenreach engineer. After spending two days on phone trying to fix issue was assured engineer would come this am and we’d get a call at 2pm to comfirm sorted. Neither happened. Trying to switch from Sky. Close to changing mind!

@bt_uk I have cancer and when we moved it was lost when alterations were being made to accommodate my health needs. And bt said they won’t issue another one. I have tried using one of your wireless spots but the connection is too slow and she keeps being kicked out of her lessons
