    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @bt_uk the worst service in the UK. I’m still getting bills for a service I stopped in January. Absolutely shambolic. I stopped being a customer 3 months ago yet here I am on hold to BT. What a joke.

    @bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

    @fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

    @bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

    @bt_uk I can’t give an account number as the order apparently didn’t process. Already cancelled as keeping it would have meant no internet access for over 2 weeks (needed for work and kids’ entertainment). Losing a customer before they get the service is some achievement!

    If you want a really dreadful shopping experience and want to have to chase a company( who have no phone or chat support only 2 day response email ) to take back a faulty item that THEY WANT YOU TO PAY TO RETURN then shop with @bt_uk they are BEYOND USELESS and act illegally!

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Please pass on my thanks to James (covers the PO7/8 area). Unlike previous visits, James spent a lot of time trying to diagnose our internet issue which has been going on for months. He was very attentive and actually wanted to help us solve our problem.
