@bt_uk the worst service in the UK. I’m still getting bills for a service I stopped in January. Absolutely shambolic. I stopped being a customer 3 months ago yet here I am on hold to BT. What a joke.

@btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

@bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

@btbusinesscare I moved house in December, you failed to move my Internet so spectacularly that mid January I cancelled the non existing internet. I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

@bt_uk After all this I've just been told that it's up to me to call AGAIN and repeat myself AGAIN to try and find out what's going on. Unacceptable @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp . How about you find out what's going on and call me to let me know what's happening? It's called customer service.

@bt_uk Hi, yes I have 2 adapters I have tried swapping them both over and resetting/relinking them but still getting slow speeds from them. Being on the full fibre 100 plan I wouldn’t have thought the speeds should be dropping so much using the mini connectors

@bt_uk called to try to reduce our bill which agent agreed with no contract. Received digital voice phone, current line cut off, not reduced price and a new 24 month contract we never agreed to. In 14 day cool off period. Tried to call endless times and finally got though...

Hi @bt_uk, my broadband and landline have just stopped out of the blue. I reported this and your service has checked the line, declaring there is a fault. You texted to say you AIM to fix by midnight on the 9th November! No you need to sort this now in the next 4 hours.

Never again will I use @bt_uk for residential/business purposes. @RNIB registered friend asks me to help with phone, after he used his pin to connect a call via 195 & the call wouldn't disconnect. I phoned 195 & was hung up on twice when explaining the problem. Utter disgrace.
