@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

@bt_uk Tweets are nice but I don't understand how you're in business! I've tried 7 times over three days to call you and you never ever pick up! Just a constant recycled message about being busy! If you can't handle busy you shouldn't be in business.

  • Mrsthirsty1 Hilda Hirst (@Mrsthirsty1) reported from Ingleby Barwick, England

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk but they keep contacting you and are told 'it will be tomorrow', tomorrow never comes. Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

@bt_uk Sorry, I will not DM you, your customer service is the worst I have dealt with in years, loyalty is earned, you have a long way to go. 7 weeks to get broadband and TV.

  • InstackNetworks Instack Networks (@InstackNetworks) reported

@yogivedd24 @bt_uk What I expect happens is there is a SIM card in the router that connects to the EE 4G network in the even the connection fails. It's not bad. It is not instant.

@ChrisFergy @IanKelly1987 @btsport So the solution lies within the people being abused, not the abusers? That’s a really interesting take
