@btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

It has nothing to do with current issues UK are going through but poor planning by @OpenreachHelp and false information by @bt_uk

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk but they keep contacting you and are told 'it will be tomorrow', tomorrow never comes. Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

They need to get ‘Football people’ on that panel 🙄 Yeah because you only have a vailed opinion if you’ve been paid a stupid amount of money to play football. @btsport

@bt_uk Download back to ca 50Mbps this morning, upload still terrible at ca 3.5Mbps. The latter problematic for me because of photo sharing from my desktop not using WiFi.

@rocks1883 @btsport Very poor comments that sort off sums football up at the minute. So much disrespect and no regards for grassroots football which is the bedrock of English football. Made up of fantastic true supporters and love for there clubs. #rocks #nonleaguefootball

@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

@bt_uk Thanks to your Openreach crew in Airdrie and Coatbridge for coming out in horrible weather over Christmas and fixing a nasty problem with our phone cable promptly. Please pass on thanks to the guys who did this!

@btbusinesscare They are so lazy they can't imagine someone walking one house down the street. At any rate this was all openreaches responsibility. To ask the neighbour for permission prior to our first appointment and certainly prior to the 2nd. 3 months and these idiots haven't done a thing.

@bt_uk BT signal has been intermittent since Tuesday. I am pinging the google server 8.8.8.8 for confirmation. Highly unlikely that the google server is down. Ping to router 100% success so far. Occasionally timeout occurs on ping to your network after response time explodes.

@btbusinesscare Openreach keys to successfully business. 1. Monopolise. 2. No customer service, that would cost money 3. Just blame the supplier if anything goes wrong, so it's them that get all the complaints and investigations. 4. Don't bother meeting appointments or working. 5. Profit.
