@bt_uk Such a shame that you don’t care enough about loneliness to deliver better service! You’ve left my in-laws (over 70, isolating due to a medical condition) without internet, in a rural location that has very little mobile signal. You’ve made an already difficult Christmas harder!

@bt_uk have completely failed this Christmas. Internet has gone down Christmas Eve and cannot be resolved until 29th Dec. No internet over Xmas.

How can the largest Telecoms company in the UK fail to fix an on going Internet issue that has been going on for over a year? You send enginees who dont even check whats wrong properly they do one thing and say okay its fine, No it aint ******* fine. @bt_uk

I despise @bt_uk and their internet service with a passion, twice in 2 days it has dropped totally in the house for no reason... the amount of times we’ve had engineers out aswell to have this issue resolved is ridiculous as it obviously isn’t resolved! 🤬
