@bt_uk Tweets are nice but I don't understand how you're in business! I've tried 7 times over three days to call you and you never ever pick up! Just a constant recycled message about being busy! If you can't handle busy you shouldn't be in business.

  • beansprout9000 beansprout (@beansprout9000) reported

    5) @BTCare I have only spoken to one woman so far who has actually provided me with thorough help, and she believes the line running from my house to the fibre optic line is corroded, as she says she has seen this before. This means, even if I was to switch providers,

  • davidmbell David Bell (@davidmbell) reported

@bt_uk How do I get this? I have had to fit my own power line Wi-fi booster as my new BT WiFi doesn’t reach far side of my house? The engineer that installed FTTP box never asked where it should go nor checked where Wi-fi reached (or didn’t!) in addition nobody can call me on landlines
