Paul Haggie (@ha66ie) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England
@bt_uk hi team. My partner has a work mobile connected to BT. However the mobile phone signal is very poor indoors for call quality. I've searched online and found people who have a signal assist box. Is this available? We are broadband customers. Thank you.

Jo Smith (@jo_earley24) reported from Redcar, England
@btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!
-
Robbieblake (@Blake1976Rob) reported from Middlesbrough, England
@rocks1883 @btsport Very poor comments that sort off sums football up at the minute. So much disrespect and no regards for grassroots football which is the bedrock of English football. Made up of fantastic true supporters and love for there clubs. #rocks #nonleaguefootball
-
Gerry1nnes (@gerrinnesmac) reported from Peterlee, England
@bt_uk Tweets are nice but I don't understand how you're in business! I've tried 7 times over three days to call you and you never ever pick up! Just a constant recycled message about being busy! If you can't handle busy you shouldn't be in business.
-
David Mohan (@weameo) reported from Redcar, England
@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk but they keep contacting you and are told 'it will be tomorrow', tomorrow never comes. Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.
-
#hellomynameis Paul (@pauljonesking) reported from Loftus, England
So both @bt_uk and @EE are unable to speak to let them know I need to change my payment information because the systems are down!! Welcome to modern Britain and the business world #shambles

Peter 🐈🎸🕹️ (@PeteYourDoom) reported from Hartlepool, England
@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future
-
ChapterOneLoftus (@chapter1loftus) reported from Loftus, England
@bt_uk so we appear to have problems with our phones yet again!! Trying to speak to anyone is completely impossible you disconnect the call which is rubbish for a phone company! #btfault
-
Peter 🐈🎸🕹️ (@PeteYourDoom) reported from Hartlepool, England
@bt_uk I'm going to head round and help him.

@bt_uk Yes love someone to reply to me. Try to upgrade my contract for nearly a month now twice then got told today I have been cut off and there is no way of reconnecting the service I had hours ago so I can continue my work - this is just outrageous and a joke when I work from home
-
Cameron G (@Sea_Sharp) reported
Dropped @MLBTV this year. 1) they had this annoying feature where you couldn’t skip though the “ads” when watching a replay, 2) they pulled playoffs without properly informing UK based viewers. Garbage service, will try @btsport
-
Tazul Islam (@Tazul2015) reported
@bt_uk I had the same issue last year. One of your colleague did manage to sort it out through dm. I'll try calling that number tomorrow. Thanks
-
jenni (@jenigma_) reported
@bt_uk Hi, just bought a broadband package with BT. It says activation date 11 Apr, but the equipment arrives 6 Apr and it needs customer to self-install. Can I not have internet activated from 6 Apr in that case since I don’t need an appointment with a BT engineer? Thanks
-
Simon (M7WWX) (@WessexWeather) reported
If you are a @bt_uk customer, did you have a duplicate direct debit taken this month, then refunded a week later? I wonder how widespread this was, and how much money BT made by holding onto everyone’s money for a week… @BTCare
-
Simon Martin (@swm2k2) reported
@bt_uk I made this point but got no where. How do I go about actually getting the service I paid for in a reasonable timeframe? Thanks Simon
-
Sue (@Sue_fle) reported
@Baddiel I see you follow BT! @bt_uk powered by fools! Telegraph pole swapped outside -= no broadband service and it will take BT over a week to get an engineer here! Will lose a weeks pay and elderly folk won’t be able to watch the BT package! All for £100+ per month!!!

Philip Jones (@PhilipJ73349475) reported
@bt_uk the fact that you are removing support for email clients is appalling. Please reverse this decision and switch to a secure protocol.
