@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk but they keep contacting you and are told 'it will be tomorrow', tomorrow never comes. Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

@gaznolan @bt_uk @Virgin @richardbranson @libertyglobal Cheers Gaz!! In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

@btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

@bt_uk If he reopens the complaint removes the goodwill which is justified to be given to me, you just admitted that your still blaming open reach and you will just raise the case for that is it? that is your review? wtf is the point in that? just leave it, this is just getting worse...

@bt_uk The only thing I hate is this awful take on a game of football. Didn't see this during the rugby. Why's that?
-
Xanxus
(@Xanxus67294671) reported
@bt_uk you can read and review the complaint without removing goodwill, clearly i wouldn't be here talking on social media if things were completely resolved. Goodwill is fine with all that has taken place but since you can do the things that before your staff said BT couldn't, do it...

Thank you @bt_uk for having one of the worst internet services ever - I am trying to work from home and I am not even getting 1mbps download right now on ethernet cable. Now I won't get paid.
-
Xanxus
(@Xanxus67294671) reported
@bt_uk before you offered me any goodwill i asked for this, 1 to speak to a manager, 2 complaint to be escalated and 3 for you to raise the case with open reach yourselves. you couldn't do it then why should i trust you can do it now with how you have been putting it.
-
Anthony Wiltshire
(@antonwiltshire) reported
@bt_uk Come on 1mbps- we’ve asked time and time over to upgrade to better WiFi but how is this possible when you can’t do it- we pay for a service and 1mbps is not a service.

@bt_uk So I have to purchase something extra in order to fix a problem created by a change in service from @bt_uk a change of service I was asked to opt out of if I didn't want. So I did opt out. Only to find you switched it anyway and my line wasn't working.
