Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

The last straw was a botched order for fibre broadband ending with a case via Ofcom, and our move to another supplier. BT then closed our account and appear to have blocked our online a/c
