@bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

@bt_uk Very disappointed at the customer service received after a phone call my wife made regarding our current broadband contract. Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

@gaznolan @bt_uk @Virgin @richardbranson @libertyglobal Cheers Gaz!! In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

@bt_uk Hi. Not long ago we got sent a new tv box but it has been nothing but trouble im afraid. It freezes once or twice a day and has to be restarted, the apps like i player do not work, it takes ages to startup or change channels.

@bt_uk upgraded my daughters sim only 10 days ago to an iPhone 11. Increase of over £30 a month......no phone......made a complaint. Received email saying case was closed. No info on outcome or if I am getting the phone. £200 a month on BT wasted!!
