@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

Mike Eccles (@oldgreyheron) reported from Redcar, England
@bt_uk Download back to ca 50Mbps this morning, upload still terrible at ca 3.5Mbps. The latter problematic for me because of photo sharing from my desktop not using WiFi.
-
Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported from Darlington, England
@bt_uk If eBay works on my laptop & iPhone on a non-BT wifi (I haven’t confirmed this yet) then it is definitely something with BT. Especially as all other websites & apps work fine. I run a part time business on eBay so I won’t tolerate this issue for too long before I change provider.

Helen Davis (@hippodarlo) reported from Darlington, England
@btsport The dubbed crowd is awful, might as well watch FIFA 2020

Chris Wilks (@1972wilksy) reported from Chilton, England
@bt_uk @BTCare Hi. Got problem with my broadband which one of your advisers told me on the phone is getting fixed. But I'm not getting unlimited 4g that I should be getting on my halo account. Spoke to 2 advisors and still hasn't been sorted despite them both promising to

Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported from Darlington, England
@bt_uk How will clearing the cache on the laptop help my iPhone though? BT appear to be blocking the access. To confirm this theory I am going to go to my friends house and connect to their Wi-Fi. If I can access eBay on there Wi-Fi it is definitely a BT issue.
-
Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported from Darlington, England
@bt_uk No its not a business account. I just run a part time casual business via eBay. It’s not my main job. Plus transferring me would just be passing the issue on to someone else. However please feel free to ask colleagues for suggestions on how to fix this situation.

Dave (@D4v3_d) reported from Darlington, England
@bt_uk evening... Hoping you can help, we are due to have full fibre installed next week, the service is provided via the telegraph pole in the rear alley, is it possible for the engineer to run the cable over the roof and install the ont at the front of the house? Thanks

@bt_uk hi team. My partner has a work mobile connected to BT. However the mobile phone signal is very poor indoors for call quality. I've searched online and found people who have a signal assist box. Is this available? We are broadband customers. Thank you.

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk but they keep contacting you and are told 'it will be tomorrow', tomorrow never comes. Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

-

So. @bt_uk on Monday insisted my broadband going out was not related to my contract renewal. Told me its Openreach's problem. Guess what? It wasn't Openreach's problem, there's an error in my order code somewhere with BT's Wholesale team which could be another 72 hours to fix.

At this point I'm relatively certain they're ***************. Tomorrow I intend to find out how fast they can process a service cancellation request. If anyone has a recommendation for a @bt_uk competitor that's somewhat competent, please let me know.
