    @bt_uk Not to worry, I knew it was a scam straight away, as I am not currently a @bt_uk customer but this will be changing shortly as @Virgin is like having no internet we all use 4g !!

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk but they keep contacting you and are told 'it will be tomorrow', tomorrow never comes. Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

    @bt_uk Download back to ca 50Mbps this morning, upload still terrible at ca 3.5Mbps. The latter problematic for me because of photo sharing from my desktop not using WiFi.

    @bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

    @gaznolan @bt_uk @Virgin @richardbranson @libertyglobal Cheers Gaz!! In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

    @btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

    @bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

    @bt_uk Joined BT services for TV & Broadband another expert today leaves us with no BT TV we know what type of engineer we need but we have to have one on the. 30 th March who is will not be able to sort out the issue and I have a bill for £168 ? Why is it so difficult to sort

    @bt_uk truely awful service. On phone for another 50mins, spoke to 3 people and then cut off AGIAIN as no reply to the DM. Just reinstate my now passes please that you switched off for no reason. Why will nobody tke ownership of the problem???

    Any else frequently have problems with @bt_uk internet over past 12 months my internet keeps cutting out , And when I phone them they say they are going send an engineer out but No ever comes . They are happy to take £97 ish a month off me those
