@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk but they keep contacting you and are told 'it will be tomorrow', tomorrow never comes. Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

Once again @bt_uk cancel the engineers visit for the 3rd time in 3 weeks 2 hours before he’s due. Rescheduled for Monday will he turn up for the 4th time 🙏 #shockingwaytotreatacustomer

@bt_uk Download back to ca 50Mbps this morning, upload still terrible at ca 3.5Mbps. The latter problematic for me because of photo sharing from my desktop not using WiFi.

@btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

@bt_uk I made several calls and was told that there was no problem with the service. I make a complaint on Twitter and all of a sudden a ‘fault’ was found outside my property and something is being delivered by DPD today. Assuming it must be a new ONT modem as that is what is flashing.

@bt_uk Tried all you suggested. Got a reboot at BT end and rebooted all our devices and hub. Still poor connection for FaceTime and Skype but strangely tv streaming is fine! Perhaps we need a stronger solution…ADSL? Microwave dish? Something faster and more stable

@virginmedia Yes there is but I ordered online wasn't told then there was any problem just the stuff didn't turn up then on phone 94 mins to try sort it spoke to 8 different people now its a shame @bt_uk or @vodafone don't do the speeds for a similar price otherwise I wouldn't bother

@bt_uk love the way you make it so hard to make a complaint about your internet always disconnecting if I can’t get it resolved I’m cancelling my payments and moving provider and no it’s nothing in the house before you ask me to check everything !

@bt_uk This was supposed to be credited to her account to as sum of £111.15 but this is also not on the account. A sum of £30 has been credited for an initial problem which is separate to this issue!
