    @bt_uk Download back to ca 50Mbps this morning, upload still terrible at ca 3.5Mbps. The latter problematic for me because of photo sharing from my desktop not using WiFi.

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk but they keep contacting you and are told 'it will be tomorrow', tomorrow never comes. Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

    @bt_uk so we appear to have problems with our phones yet again!! Trying to speak to anyone is completely impossible you disconnect the call which is rubbish for a phone company! #btfault

    @btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

    I know others have bigger problems. I know workers are under pressure, and all I’ve spoken to @bt_uk have been charming and helpful. But this is symptomatic of too many experiences recently and it’s such a pain in the ***.

    At 20:04 I discovered a problem with my BT tv system so I contacted @Bt_uk on 151. A man named Chris talked me through it and by 20:15 I was up and running again. Now I know why I came away from @virginmedia

    @bt_uk Openreach aren’t doing anything, they said we need to contact you, our service provider, so you should be fixing it? We have an elderly neighbour who relies on the landline for her care line assistance as well. This needs fixing urgently

    @bt_uk So, sorry, @bt_uk I was expecting a little more. After 3 weeks ensuring Wi-Fi for Thursday, all done. Then you accidentally cancelled my order today. Nothing to do with me. Now you say the process starts again = weeks. My problem. Are you really leaving it there?

    @bt_uk I will be doing so tomorrow, although was assured on a number of occasions by different bt staff that there would be no charges as order never fulfilled. Perhaps they were a bit too quick to focus on closing down the complaint.

    Why does the premier league still have a blackout on 3pm Saturday fixtures? Are we sure it will impact crowds still? What am I paying @SkySportsPL and @btsport for anyway? Illegal streaming looks like a decidedly attractive risk/reward proposition.
