@btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

@bt_uk Download back to ca 50Mbps this morning, upload still terrible at ca 3.5Mbps. The latter problematic for me because of photo sharing from my desktop not using WiFi.

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness ‘Switch to BT’ they said it will be hassle free - now 2 days without phones or internet connection with no bank holiday resolution. Apologies to our customers not able to call us. Our staff are using another providers 4g to answer queries digitally.

@bt_uk I've already been promised with the text report tool that you'll have the issue fixed by 23:59 on 5/5/21 and told there's nothing else you can do on top of that, unless you can say otherwise?

@bt_uk Hi, I’ve been getting the purple flashing light on my Smart Hub 2. I’ve tried all the basics such and unplugging it, and texting FIX to your number. Still no luck.
