@bt_uk Download back to ca 50Mbps this morning, upload still terrible at ca 3.5Mbps. The latter problematic for me because of photo sharing from my desktop not using WiFi.

@btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

@btsport It's been over 15 minutes since you charged me for activating a BT Sport Monthly Pass and it still hasn't registered. Why advertise a product if you can't provide an effective service?

@bt_uk Hi. Why has your terrible company with your terrible service told my cousin that the Broadband YOU GUYS BLOCKED can only be sorted out in four weeks time when it isn't his fault? You've now left him stranded without service during this pandemic when he needs to work.

@leoie @bt_uk @VirginMediaIE I spent two hours talking to someone today. Got mad at three and finally got through to a manager who quickly solved the issue. I don’t understand why they let the issue escalate so much before just backing down. Infuriating

@iamdeadbird @bt_uk if there is an existing line to your house/apartment building it should be a simple flick of the switch on their end and then you plug in your router. I had a similar issue with one company because they didnt have any lines to my building so i went to the other company that did

@btsport just signed up for a month hoping that the buffering problems I encountered last year would be fixed. Nope, still terrible, still can’t watch, any plans to fix this at all are you will still keep charging people for a terrible product?
