@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk but they keep contacting you and are told 'it will be tomorrow', tomorrow never comes. Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

@bt_uk Download back to ca 50Mbps this morning, upload still terrible at ca 3.5Mbps. The latter problematic for me because of photo sharing from my desktop not using WiFi.

@btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

Once again @bt_uk cancel the engineers visit for the 3rd time in 3 weeks 2 hours before he’s due. Rescheduled for Monday will he turn up for the 4th time 🙏 #shockingwaytotreatacustomer

@bt_uk I have already run tests on my connection. The problem from what I gather from asking around locally is with a faulty green box. Engineers have been out to it but it is still playing up.

@btsport trying unsuccessfully to cancel BT sport. All sorted on the phone. Advisor put me on hold for 2 mins to complete. 20mins later no one came back - stuck on hold. Cancelling my direct debit once payment leaves tomorrow.

@bt_uk No problem. Plusnet won't even let me check if there is any cancelled engineer Appointments to allow me to pull my appt forward from 3 weeks. I couldn't order earlier as didn't know when we would complete but now got 2 weeks of WFH with no Internet 😟

@bt_uk You have sent me a mini-modem linked to the EE network. Your website says that I should keep this somewhere safe after my line is repaired in case it is needed in the future, but the package contained a returns bag. Do I keep it?
