    @bt_uk so we appear to have problems with our phones yet again!! Trying to speak to anyone is completely impossible you disconnect the call which is rubbish for a phone company! #btfault

    @Caitcrafter Hi, Freeview us he system we currently offer but I don't know enough about this as business do not currently offer the service. My colleagues in Residential @BT_UK do this service so I have tagged them in to reply if they can help. Thank you for highlighting this

    I hate having to do this but it is a joke that @bt_uk @BTGroup cannot connect my broadband for 4 months! FOUR MONTHS! Twitter seems to be the only way I can get a response. I’ve been with them for years but this is the worst experience of any company I’ve ever had.

    @bt_uk Sorry, are you actually saying that to contact someone about a Wifi issue I have to make a phone call? Is this not the 21st Century? This clearly isn't the actual case so I'd appreciate you getting in touch with someone who can provide an answer.
