Once again @bt_uk cancel the engineers visit for the 3rd time in 3 weeks 2 hours before he’s due. Rescheduled for Monday will he turn up for the 4th time 🙏 #shockingwaytotreatacustomer

@MartinSLewis have you heard about @btsport taking up to 5 payments of £25 out of peoples accounts? Then sending a feeble text to say money shall be returned in 3-5 working days. Surely they’ve broken some kind of contract with this?

@btsport how are you going to help your customers who have been charged 5x£25 in error. 90 minutes estimated time to get though to advisor. How do we get our money back! Release a statement or tell the thousands of us affected what to do!!!!

@bt_uk Yes, in exactly the way I described. All I got was the standard you’ll get your money back, was told by your customer service you’ll get your money back but could be weeks (which is more than the 2-3 days it says on the text you sent )

@bt_uk Fuming. You have sold my 74-year-old wife Halo, a service she doesn't need. In addition, she is paying 60£+/ month for supposedly fast broadband - getting 12.8mb/s download and 13.48 upload speeds. Are you taking the mick or what?
