Once again @bt_uk cancel the engineers visit for the 3rd time in 3 weeks 2 hours before he’s due. Rescheduled for Monday will he turn up for the 4th time 🙏 #shockingwaytotreatacustomer

@EstelleHitchon @bt_uk Basically, they transmit broadband over your electricity wires at the same quality as it comes out of your router. I now have the same quality signal in every room in my house. Pretty impressive and very simple to use / set up. 👍🏻

@bt_uk Hiya guys, wifi has been awful all day in Aberystwyth. Hub keeps cutting off and when it’s not off it’s 1MB download speed. Any chance it’s a fault your end?
