Once again @bt_uk cancel the engineers visit for the 3rd time in 3 weeks 2 hours before he’s due. Rescheduled for Monday will he turn up for the 4th time 🙏 #shockingwaytotreatacustomer

@bt_uk Thanks for your call, today 18th I wait for the engineer to come and fix my problem. But he didn't came and i got message QubeGB saying engineer not available to come today. When I call them they said, they can't come and if need they will re arrange.
