@bt_uk Hi Nicola. Husband was told he would have to move to EE as bat mobile not good in this area. We are very angry, surely that should have been mentioned before we left Vodafone and signed up with bt? Paying for a service we can’t use 🙁

@GeorgeMonbiot I have worked for @bt_uk in their billing department in the past - inbound telephone customer service. You are absolutely correct, it IS strategy. This doesn't relate to the bereavement process, but it's still relevant re mob like strategy.
