Once again @bt_uk cancel the engineers visit for the 3rd time in 3 weeks 2 hours before he’s due. Rescheduled for Monday will he turn up for the 4th time 🙏 #shockingwaytotreatacustomer

@bt_uk absolute joke of a service 8months still not got my service right or working being charged for things I did not sign up for and constantly passed to other people who promise to fix/ refund for nothing to happen or they just don’t call back 😡

@bt_uk There are 'engineers' outside my house, but they have been behaving suspiciously. One young chap turned up an hour or so ago: unmarked van, no hi-vis. A 2nd young chap turned up in an unmarked van, in blacks. Went to ask for ID and they were very rude & refused to show ID

@bt_uk H Catherine, I have chated on the chatbit and it seems the service rep is not reading what I saying, I just asked why no notice wass given all I get is nonses replies about local authority permission. Thanks for your assistance but this is a waste of time
