@bt_uk Absolute nonsense. BT member for longer than I remember. Checking for this ps5 code on my account with no luck. Previously contacted customer service to ask how to find and I kept getting the line hung up on me. Time to move on

@youknowme__1 @bt_uk Its a different log in for BT shop, if you've never used it before you will need to create the account. Original log in would have been for MyBT which is seperate.
