@bt_uk you have to be the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. You do not care about customers. I have spent nearly a full day on the phone. Messed up orders. Shocking customer service. Told to go to sky instead and have proof! No internet. Lost wages #bt @MailOnline

@bt_uk spend ages on the phone trying to get internet running since our service seems to have gone down to be told phone services not available & to go online! Would do if my internet actually worked! Any chance of getting it sorted?

@ZRevolutionYT @bt_uk Swap provider lol I left years ago and so glad I did! Watch they don't increase your bill without saying as that's what happened to me but I was able to then cancel my contract for free cuz they broke the law and their own policies

@bt_uk “Reliable WiFi in every room” - there’s a joke! My elderly parents-in-law have been reporting faults and unstable line/awful WiFi etc for 2 weeks. BT promises to send a technician and it never happens, not even a call to say they are not coming.
