    Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

    @bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

    Literally just renewed my BT package a few weeks ago, then get a letter notifying of a price increase for @btsport. I'm gonna have to cancel sport, hd and TV, it's just not reasonable anymore. Don't think can do it online so will call tomorrow.

    @bt_uk Basically this is false advertising. I had 5 engineer visits booked. 3 didn't turn up and the 2 that turned up didn't fix a thing. Cannot wait for fibre optic to arrive in my area, I'll leave archaic copper wiring in a heartbeat.

    @bt_uk Still do, you're ripping someone off for £280 for nothing for years, your customer rep "Bennedict" was rude and overruling constantly, couldn't even tell me how to scan a network, as I said to the business owners on the STRIP, don't use BT due to what they do, use VIRGIN MEDIA.

    @bt_uk hi, my wife called in y'day and your staff made it a formal complaint. We were told she would receive a call back today from a manager, 5 mins after the initial phone call she got an email saying the complaint had been closed and low and behold, no call today as promised.
