@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

@bt_uk my internet has been down since Thursday. Mixed messages from BT. Now told down until 16th Dec. Totally unacceptable. Elderly and housebound and need internet for shopping, banking and staying in touch with family. Much earlier resolution needed.

@bt_uk 4 weeks with no internet, work from home with son with severe behavioural problems who uses YouTube to relax and focus. A single cable broken but 6 fix dates not delivered on by BT, and giving contradictory and misleading information. Not happy with BT customer service!

@bt_uk Had issues with my bt box. The TV repeatedly turns on and off. 2 TV’s have broken and we’re now on our third. It’s clearly a box issue and not a TV issue. We had a new box a few months ago but it’s still happening. Currently paying £80 a month for this. How do I cancel?
