Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

On their comms its in the small print.
