So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

I've recently become very unhappy with @bt_uk . I have a very expensive broadband and TV contract with them, because I work from home and watch football. They promise good WiFi in every room, but I have been getting poor WiFi for over a month. I have reported it twice.

@bt_uk so got told WiFi would be changed to my new house 28th of march then it got pushed back to the 4th of April. Then the 5th. Now the 14th. I've been sent a hybrid EE hub that doesn't get any signal. 👌 Fantastic stuff when you require WiFi so your partner can work from home.

Hi @bt_uk. When calling you I could do with either, a) Not being cut off before someone answers. c) Not being cut off whilst talking to one of your advisors. Each of these wasted >10 mins of my life. My situation is unresolved. Can I bill you for this time I'll never get back?
