@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

The trouble with huge companies, such as @bt_uk is they can't solve problems as the staff and departments are too huge and disparate. My mother has been on the phone for two hours this afternoon because they couldn't accept that our landline existed because they never processed

@bt_uk Waited 4 days without service for an engineer to come out, took time off work today (busiest day of the year so far in the NHS) only to be told after waiting in 4 hours the engineer was not coming. £25 compensation does not even touch the sides of the inconvenience and stess
