-
Ric Mann (@ricmann1977) reported from Camden Town, England@moodybastardo @alexhoweng @btsport Bit rude.
-
Bill / 葛威 (@BillGlover) reported from Camden Town, England@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?
-
David scilly (@DScilly) reported from Islington, EnglandI think this @btsport debate on mane is hilarious. All about whether mane scored and nothing about how easily he went down. He didn’t want to score! That’s why he went down....
-
Rebecca (@RebeccaMc) reported from London, England@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

-
Christian Trampenau (@trampenau) reported@bt_uk any idea when normal service will resume on the mobile EE/BT network in Mundesley Norfolk? the service has been down for over two days
-
Tim Ashcroft (@TimAshcroft) reported@bt_uk Hi. How do I cancel my TNT sports addon? Can't find the option anywhere. Please don't tell me I have to phone...
-
Keith (@MaloneiD) reported@Ofcom I have evidence BT won't let customer complaints get to 8 weeks, so they cannot be reported to the regulator. BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming
-
Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
-
Jessica (@Jessica67669786) reported@ArmchairAdml @bt_uk this elderly gentleman has been a loyal customer for many years. He is now out of contract paying an extortionate price. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?
-
KG40 (@KG40332532) reported@bt_uk I already tried that. It continues to say that fault is on BT's side. Please fix this.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Your comment sounds fine @bt_uk but your team in this line appear not to be authorised to cancel an appointment and not rebook it. How do I contact someone whohas the authorisation to do this?
-
Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported@bt_uk Yes, tried that, doesn't work. That's why I am contacting you? Has BT reached the stage where it simply isn't able to fix basic faults?
-
Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported@bt_uk Still can't get this problem fixed. Spent an hour on the phone yesterday, was promised a call back today at 3pm. No-one rang. Back on hold again. What do I do?
