@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

@jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk

@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

@iMiMiMx @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare Lots of other BTnet connections we monitor are OK.. including others in the Midlands. We’ve just lost two.. so I suspect there’s a router somewhere that’s having an issue… hopefully there’s a BTnet engineer getting alerts also!

@deeserve @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare They've still not answered the phone yet, so something is definitely 'up' - routes through the BT network have been bouncing around a bit. All our ports are up, NTUs no alarms, just no traffic inbound to the port.

@bt_uk why are you throttling YouTube?? I have just purchased bt fibre 900 and I am getting the top speeds but when I use YouTube it buffers and goes to a low resolution!!! You have to be throttling as when I switch to a VPN it works fine.

@bt_uk Today marks 28 full days of no service on my account. I officially request cancellation. I will never buy a BT product again. I’m no longer interested in trying to resolve this error. Please cancel my contract and compensate me for my inconvenience
