@bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

Seriously annoyed at @bt_uk ! I renewed my deal BUT had to get Full Fibre in to get it. After having holes drilled in my wall and installed they now say I can’t have the package I agreed to on the 12th April! Hours on the phone and now have to wait 5-7 days for a resolution

@G99____ @bt_uk At least they sent me a hub this time. Last time engineer stood there looking at me like I was stupid. Then BT tried charging me £199 for it. Was all going so well until today when once the wall was drilled the services agreed where pulled from under me.
