I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@bt_uk Even when you complain to the CEO and the "executive" get involved in the complaint, as resolution can't be found. We approach 7 weeks since placing a broadband order and still have not been connected because the order is "stuck" in the system. Apauling!!!!!
