@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

@btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

Really not great service from @EE & @bt_uk. Customer since 1995 & switched to a plan that included @btsport on Weds. Called twice to say it can’t be activated & twice told the EE BT sport team would contact me but heard nothing. Good job I’m in my 14 day termination period. #poor

@bt_uk BT care about their customers and REALLY know how to retain them! Still in contract with BT = Moving House = BT Charging us £330 because we want to transfer to Sky as they are cheaper! We will leave as soon as we can and NEVER return to BT. 😡

@bt_uk Hello, re: the above an engineer this morning has identified a broken cable in the building, he will raise a request for someone else fix the cable but may take some time. Wondering if possible for bt to arrange delivery of something like a temporary 4g / mini hub in interim?
