Hi @BT_uk I’d just like you to know your customer care staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didn’t set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit

@bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

@bt_uk I've been on the phone with your consultant for nearly an hour trying to submit a complaint. I've stressed on no less than ten occasions that I wish to do so. He has tried to sell me other packages and have put me on hold FOUR times. Still no luck! Please urgently advise.

I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

@bt_uk Well I do yes, but we've had the Openreach Engineer out and he said powerline adaptors would help... And to be fair, they improved it slightly, but not completely solved the issue. He said if that doesn't fix it, nothing else will.

@OpenreachHelp @zenxv @bt_uk Also remember that these areas likely have more elderly population, who in emergency situations (severe weather, power out) will have no access to support or call emergency services. The offered 60 min battery backup is derisory. Headlong rush to "upgrade" is likely to cause harm

@lollujo I gave them a chance a few months back when I subscribed to btsport, didn’t bother with raw, knew it was tosh, watched smackdown a few times for pat mac, watch nxt for 6/7 weeks and gave up, it’s terrible, over produced nonsense with zero respect for fans intelligence. AEW is fun
