Kriss Baird (@krissbaird) reported from Islington, England@btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers
-
Jess Brittain-George (@jbrittaingeorge) reported from Hackney, EnglandUnsurprisingly, 16 minutes into being on hold to @bt_uk I’ve gone from “Can I change my plan so it’s not a rip off?” to “please refund me so I can **** off to another provider” @comparethemkt says I could be paying HALF of what I pay now. #bt #broadband #comparethemarket
-
Nick Atkin (@NicoSCMP) reported from London, EnglandHave tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑
-
Steve Rowley (@MidEssexOD) reported from Islington, England@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.
-

-
Polly Cziok (@PollyCziok) reported from Hackney, EnglandOur @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.
-
Dan White (@whitedan2001) reported from London, EnglandHi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Kylie Ainslie (@DrKAinslie) reported from Islington, EnglandYou know you've made it when your internet provider calls you a "priority customer" and sends you a SIM and a new phone as a stop gap until they can sort out your internet issues! @EE @bt_uk @Plusnet

Ivan Clark (@wobblyclark) reported from Islington, England@bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. CG2009 🦓🦓 (@CatherineG2009) reported@btbusinesscare Not helpful really. Any business needing help has to wait for Tuesday. Absolutely useless service. Currently experiencing THIRD week this year of broken service. Bank holiday should be my busiest time, but I’ve had to close. 0/10.
-
Simon Smith (@Simoncitizen) reported@Rainmaker1973 This is how it used to be. Honestly we are going backwards. The #digital age is #buckling. I have a problem with my landline. The digital service on #X can not solve it so I have to write a snail mail letter to @bt_uk
-
Grub Street Publishing (@grub_street) reported@bt_uk And by the way you're obviously using a bot to reply. So obvious by the language. What real person says You must feel let down for sure
-
David Sinfield (@omotforest) reportedDear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.
