Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments

I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution
