Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.
