Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!
