Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

@sharoncanavar @bt_uk not only own but actually address the issues raised. In short do better than this example of poor customer service. If the staff say they work for BT then that deliberate attempt to deceive should be cause for the parent company to investigate.
