@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

  • alanburkittgray
Alan Burkitt-Gray (@alanburkittgray) reported from London, England

@bt_uk @ninabake2 No, BT, it's you who's having the problems with Nina's account. Stop passing the blame on to her

  • RyanHeatly

    @lee4ord @btsport @SkySports Not a bad shout

  • BenFisherCT
Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England

We’re not being threatened by some communist tech firm. Imo you should start packaging any of that Huawei crap from China and start sending it back. @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @bt_uk

  • miltipello
Joshua Milton (@miltipello) reported from Camden Town, England

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

  • freshtodeath
Fresh To Death (@freshtodeath) reported from Hackney, England

@GaryLineker tell @btsport @btsportfootball to fix their bloody app!! 🤬

  • jamesd_27
James Drury (@jamesd_27) reported from Islington, England

@compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

  • lesleythom
Lesley Thompson (@lesleythom) reported from Hackney, England

@btsport has the worst commentators, uninformed drivel

  • Jmaguire2
Joe Maguire (@Jmaguire2) reported from Hackney, England

@btsport commentary has to be the worst thing, they're just talking rubbish. 'not a bad game this' is the least useful comment you could come up with

  • caz_08
Caz ☺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@caz_08) reported from London, England

@btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

  • PaulyKendrick
Paul Kendrick 🐭🎮🍸🏳️‍🌈🎭 (@PaulyKendrick) reported from Islington, England

@elgobsucram @bt_uk They’re the worst. They charge me £10 for a new (identical) hub every time I renew; I have 3 now.

  • Deano2301
Deano (@Deano2301) reported from London, England

@btsport Pushing the Merseyside derby time and time again . Unless you support the teams is anyone else bothered ?

  • DrKAinslie
Kylie Ainslie (@DrKAinslie) reported from Islington, England

You know you've made it when your internet provider calls you a "priority customer" and sends you a SIM and a new phone as a stop gap until they can sort out your internet issues! @EE @bt_uk @Plusnet

  • nathantalbot
Nathan Talbot (@nathantalbot) reported from Camden Town, England

@OpenreachHelp Yes, I had, but @BTCare told me to reach out to you. @BTCare what info do you need to resolve this before I lodge a complaint with @ICOnews regarding this because the STOP reply clearly hasn’t worked.

  • TalieDelemere
talie (@TalieDelemere) reported from London, England

@bt_uk hi there, I need to send my old BT box back and I'm getting reminders about it but I've never had the box/envelope whatever sent to me to do that

  • ManUtd_BITW
Ray Rajani (@ManUtd_BITW) reported from City of London, England

@truesricosta @Ossyref @StephMcMahon @WWEUniverse @btsport @btsportwwe @WWE @WWENetwork Sorry i misread this all - i thought the question said live on tv (misread the wwe network bit) and I agree with the last tweet. If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)

Love how the btsport picture went down when roman abramovich came into view. Hackers 🧐 #EuropaLeague2019

  • BillGlover
Bill / 葛威 (@BillGlover) reported from Camden Town, England

@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

  • MidEssexOD
Steve Rowley (@MidEssexOD) reported from Islington, England

@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

  • nathantalbot
Nathan Talbot (@nathantalbot) reported from Camden Town, England

@OpenreachHelp Yes, I had, but @bt_uk told me to reach out to you. @bt_uk what info do you need to resolve this before I lodge a complaint with @ICO

@bt_uk It says there is an issue in my local area. This should be a proactive service to my mobile to indicate there is an issue. Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.

    Anne Optimi-City (@AnneMurawski) reported

  • SimonMitch1956

@herbie963 @bt_uk They make it as awkward as possible to put a justified complaint in and then give you the runaround in the hope that you give up. Wrong on my count !!!

@bt_uk Please can you supply an email address to document my experience with BT & Openreach that has to date: Cost me 8 hours of my time on the phone every day since June 3rd. I’ve had to take 2 days off work. I want to raise a data subject access & a complaint before I go OFCOM
