@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

@bt_uk Hi Steph, what do you recommend we do? We contact @SkyHelpTeam who inform us that openreach need to come out.. there is major miscommunication, costing both man time and money and huge inconvenience to us. We have made an official complaint with Sky.
