@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

@bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

@bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

@bt_uk Please. The situation is that BT Openreach have assigned a BT Customers connection to another non-BT customer and there’s nothing BT can do about it, we just have to wait until Openreach sort it out. You should be as angry as me!

@bt_uk hi I’ve just had the newest fibre and router installed and the signal strength is a lot poorer than with the old router. Also the download speed is half what it was before despite having supposedly increased. Is this normal at first ? Thanks

@bt_uk @DrSamColl Aye and as you prob know Sam my broadband has constantly dropped out when on work calls. Despite BT telling me there is no problem! (Neighbours also have problems!) They sent me a "free" replacement box only to then charge me £30 on my next bill for it...jokers.
