I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.
