@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

@bt_uk Tried this and no issues. But when im playing my xbox at night the hub is fine and saying its connected but then the internet drops out. I was also watching netflix on my tv and said there was no connection but the hub was fine. These issues are constant and shouldnt happen.

@honestfan691 @England @bt_uk He never struggled one bit. He broke up play and did the easy pass as instructed to. He does the same week in week out but more aggressively as he needs to. I haven’t kicked a ball for 15years but could have done Kalvins job tonight, but that doesn’t reflect his performance.

@bt_uk No I am not, that is an extra £30 a month on top of my current £100 bill. I had bought Whole Home Wifi. But it not working and all you suggested was to get the retailer (who is closed) to exchange it. Disappointing lack of empathy
