Just had the misfortune to catch a few minutes of 'The Football's On' on @btsport . Never again. Like giving weekly airtime to your mate in the pub who think he knows his football, but just doesn't get it. Reactive dross.

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

Customer Service @bt_uk @BTCare style... we'll arrive some time between 08:00 and 13:00 unless we're a bit busy and then we'll cancel your appointment without telling you. And you can rebook yourself. How does 29th April suit? Terrible.

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @PaulClews2 @bt_uk I don’t think they can do that - OpenReach invest the money to connect the property to their network, they then have to offer access to all the suppliers as above not just BT retail; it may be that other suppliers have not yet got their act together.
