Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.

I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution
