    @bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

    @bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

    I really dislike @bt_uk it has to be one of the worst customer service experiences out there. It takes so long to just get your call answered. The classic case of a company that’s so big, no one knows what they’re doing 😔

    @CantSwingACat @bt_uk You should try Virgin Media! Don't forget you're entitled to Ofcom compensation if the has been a total loss of service for over 24 hrs I.e If their Infrastructure is at fault #poorcustomerservice

    So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

    @bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

    @bt_uk Thanks John. A 4G minihub is not a sufficient replacement. I've gone from a working FTTC service & paying for a premium FTTP upgrade that is not working at all. Providing hybrid connect as a gesture would at least allow me to have something that resembles normal service.

    @bt_uk @BTCare having daily issues with my internet at the moment. Always around the same time of day for a while then it sorts itself out. Massive loss of speed, complete disconnects a lot too.

    @BT Further more @bt_uk are saying they will charge me close to £60 for my broadband for next month despite me no longer being a customer of BT Broadband. They also forgot that they would give me my last month free after complaining to them previously.

    @bt_uk There lies the issue John. It's not keeping me connected - far from it. I work for Openreach and I'm having to tether from my work phone instead of using the 4G mini hub. Let alone using the mini hub for the multitude of other devices around the house.

    That's pretty alarming @bt_uk I had a scammer call to say there you and there was a problem with my computer etc, they claimed to have my BT details and sent verification pins to my mobile. It was from a UK number 01263 270 677

    @bt_uk I have tried for weeks via my NP to raise a claim for damage to my landlord's property when your engineers first refused to install, demanding a cherry picker then installed anyway. My NP cannot get through to you. I have a claim number I get a 3rd party claims handler VM
