So annoyed @bt_uk unprofessional and rude customer services and the scam you are running with the gift cards incentives for purchase of your packages. Gift cards never arrive and you do not want to deal with it even after official complaints are made. The worst customer service!

@bt_uk Tried that, Google Store indicates that app is no longer available. Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.

Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)

@virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

Our @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

@bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

@bt_uk I am a mobile, btaodband and landline customer. My mobile is sim only, I tried to upgrade to a package online, ended up on EE site which then didn’t seem to relate to BT but wanted me to open account with EE. No real explanation not clarity on benefits or why?

@bt_uk Thanks for replying. I tried that before contacting you and again this morning. Despite successfully entering my account on the website, I still get the login box when trying to watch live sport on the app. It will not then recognise my BT ID & password. I can’t miss 12.00 game.
