@bt_uk I’ve been without broadband since 31/03/21 and the minihub you provided cannot serve two computers. I’ve been told the incident will not be resolved until 7th April and the engineer appointment has been changed from today until the the 5th despite no comms about this.

Come on @bt_uk. Fibre ordered in Nov, three partial or aborted attempts to install since, someone finally comes round yesterday to finish install but there is an issue with the work previously done, so another visit needed. Now today we wake up to no internet at all.
