@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk Now being told there is a fault in the system and they can’t resolve it until tomorrow! That will be 6 days without broadband. Full fibre and 100% guarantee of no downtime. I expect compensation for this. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving

@bt_uk finally had my "tech" engineer round (a week late) and I have to say he was the must unfriendly, none communicative person I have ever met. Grunted his way round the house, offered very little help with where the disc should go then left. Why do I use BT?
