    @bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

    @bt_uk I've been on the phone with your consultant for nearly an hour trying to submit a complaint. I've stressed on no less than ten occasions that I wish to do so. He has tried to sell me other packages and have put me on hold FOUR times. Still no luck! Please urgently advise.

    @emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services. Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.

    @btsport I am tired of signing in every time I switch on my TV. Every time. Just once I’d like to sit down, point my remote and watch the sport instead of QR codes, passwords, IDs and six digit numbers in associated devices.

    Unbelievably shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach. Broadband order placed on 3 Dec for a 14 December installation. Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"

    I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    @bt_uk I understand it’s in the whole area so that’s not much use is it? A fault of a few hours is one thing… this will be 10 days of outage in central London.

    @bt_uk Cheers Sharon , I’m on yr unbreakable wifi, it’s droppin regularly, yr team confirm that . Neighbourhood has reported Bt engineer is dealing with an issue , I cant get bt engineer to me til next week. If we knew if current btengineer is resolving the issue today it might help?

    @bt_uk just realising house stupid bt is that messed with my line and i have to have an engineer come out, they changed my appointment for one day earlier, now that's messed with the engineer who comes out who needs the right equipment, the company is so disjointed is a joke
