@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.
-
John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Camden Town, England
@bt_uk I’d like to cancel BT sport but the web or app won’t allow it saying you much call.

@Strippin @btbusinesscare @WeAreOpenreach Internet I'm the UK is shockingly awful. It took Virgin Media 6 months to install a cable to my house after repeatedly stating it would only take 1-2 months. 🙈
-
Jo Clennell (@Geords) reported from Merton, England
Been in our flat for 2months and we have only had 9 days of working internet with @bt_uk but have been paying full whack for a terrible service. Apparently we have a LOS this time. More days away from work to wait on engineers #BT #internet #poorservice
-
Joshua Milton (@miltipello) reported from Camden Town, England
Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.
-
Luce (@L_Alborough_) reported from Lambeth, England

@BTCare why are you only offering Full Fibre Internet with this Halo nonsense? Is your fibre network so unreliable that you need to guarantee it with additional connectivity? I just want internet access, no phone, no backup nonsense, no dead zone guarantees, just internet access!

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk @skytv are exactly the same, my 90 year old grandad was paying over £100 for sky TV and a bunch of channels he never watched until I found out and sorted it, they care only about profits and not people.
