    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    @bt_uk we’ve been waiting 2 weeks for WiFi. Text to say it’s available to use, but it’s not working. Called CS who said there an unknown fault, CS not qualified to answer any questions asked & unsure when the matter will be resolved ...We are wfh & can’t wait another week

    @bt_uk The point is that the speed drops whilst every other variable is constant. Why do I need to test with an Ethernet cable connection. Service unstable and inconsistent.

    @bt_uk Experiencing slow broadband today, but could still connect and stream music etc. Netflix could stream.. Phoned to investigate and was notified that there was a fault and within 30 mins connection is completely down 🤔 Do you disconnect the service when a fault is detected?
