  @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

  @bt_uk We have unreliable BB - great to see Openreach putting down fibre wires in our road. Sadly apparently its only for houses on the south side of our road - so frustrating. When do you expect to have it available to houses on the North side of the road, ie the even numbers SO53 1JT

  .@bt_uk Buyer beware - A long standing customer - renewal due in a month . READ the small print - The monthly price shown for - increase on or after 31 March every year by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation published in January that year plus 3.9%. Nope.

  @bt_uk Can you help, we had a lightening storm earlier today and the Internet is working, however we cannot get Internet on the tele. We have checked all cables, switched off and rebooted boxes and even tried several times to contact BT, but the number just cuts off.
