Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state.
