I've calIed 150 several times now about this issue and no resolution. I have asked for a paper bill and 7 days on and I'm still waiting.

It's how I flew under the radar when I lived in France in an unapproved residence. On the same day it was reopened and escalated to a manager. I have heard NOTHING!! Can someone please call me with a resolution??
