    @bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    Just been informed from BT call office 0800 111 4567, engineer appointment now is 5th Jan - fault registered Boxing Day. They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesn’t exist. Happy New Year.

    @bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

    Excited as I move into Day 5 of Wi-Fi failure and hope of engineers visit @bt_uk and @BTGroup As yet just silence. Not keen to pop down the shops. Guessing the repair work will take for my 5 day wait about 30mins. Productivity eh, who needs it. Why no local maintenance beyond me

    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk so rang BT today , to move all my services to them, said they would call me back, this morning, still waiting , typical BT useless, so have decided know that I will go to virgin,much better customer service at least virgin get things done, not like 3rd rate BT

    @bt_uk Hi Kevin Never quite fully resolved with BT. The refund due was £13.84 and BT refunded £13.50 - no explanation? Also in looking into this unearthed other anomalies that need to be resolved. Finding a number to call to discuss account and charges being the first major challenge!

    Absolutely disgusting been paying @btsport as well as @SkySports for 6 months for a service can only use with one of them at a time. Both refusing to admit it’s wrong and even after having paid £200 to @bt_uk still being chased for final payment. Disgusting customer service!!

    @bt_uk Every time I try to play online it drops, the game stutters and almost unplayable, the console is in the same room as the router too? Tried restarting router still same problems, same happens with Netflix, but that is in another room

    @btsport @bt_uk BT Sport 1 is constantly showing "No Information Available" in the TV Guide. I've retuned the channels, restarted the box AND restarted the router. Any idea what the problem is?

    @bt_uk I can't remember what it said, but something like recording failed. We had a new box sent out to us a month or so ago. The recording issue seems to have started with this. I think my next option is probably a factory reset?
