  • RadarRadar Alan R Adair (@RadarRadar) reported from Hounslow, England

@btsport I am tired of signing in every time I switch on my TV. Every time. Just once I’d like to sit down, point my remote and watch the sport instead of QR codes, passwords, IDs and six digit numbers in associated devices.

  • chrisgreen Chris Green (@chrisgreen) reported from High Wycombe, England

The exchange in Beaconsfield has just fallen over, landlines and broadband down. Anyone from @btbusinesscare online who can get someone on the case. Has taken out most of the businesses in the area including their card processing capabilities? Thanks. #bthelp @OpenreachHelp

  • susan_pym Susan Pym (@susan_pym) reported from Brentford, England

To @bt_uk - I received a ‘Final Warning’ today. How many times do you need to be told that YOU haven’t sent the bag? “Hello, BT here. A final reminder to return your kit to avoid a charge. It's owned by BT and was loaned as part of your service to us.” @BTCare

  • robsmithrugby Rob Smith (@robsmithrugby) reported from Tring, England

Excited as I move into Day 5 of Wi-Fi failure and hope of engineers visit @bt_uk and @BTGroup As yet just silence. Not keen to pop down the shops. Guessing the repair work will take for my 5 day wait about 30mins. Productivity eh, who needs it. Why no local maintenance beyond me

  • submita subhash r ghosh (@submita) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@bt_uk automating the customer care doesn’t help. There needs to be the right initiative and the right people to take care of customers. Disappointing and deplorable!!!!!

Woke up at 5am to watch #Cricket and #Australia are 3-12! Series lost, but never too late to enjoy @btsport

@btsport Could you kindly inform me of how to cancel your service which we have via sky? I telephoned this morning and was rudely told that I would have to call Sky. Your website indicates otherwise.

  • adekoya_k MISS OLUBUNMI (@adekoya_k) reported from London, England

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

  • _LannyWalker Lanny (@_LannyWalker) reported from London, England

@bt_uk spoke too soon. The pole outside is defective and needs replacing. Note, my neighbour has been having the same issue which started In February

Just been informed from BT call office 0800 111 4567, engineer appointment now is 5th Jan - fault registered Boxing Day. They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesn’t exist. Happy New Year.

  • whitedan2001 Dan White (@whitedan2001) reported from London, England

Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

  • Worldcu55617750 HolisterJames (@Worldcu55617750) reported

@bt_uk To get any refunds for poor wifi you have to suffer at least 2hrs on phone, wait for engineer to turn up after 2 weeks and 4 weeks later if still poor wifi you might get paid. BT will argue you are using too many devices hence poor wifi. Take their ad with pinch of salt

  • notsramdamus notsramdamus (@notsramdamus) reported

@btbusinesscare we have problems with our biz telephones please help

  • rjmunro Robert (Jamie) Munro (@rjmunro) reported

@bt_uk On my hub 6 if I don't spit my 5Ghz SSID, multicast packets aren't forwarded to the 2.4Ghz network, so I can't see my chromecast devices from 5Ghz equipped computers. Is this a known issue?

  • Sigpakt Talismanic Man (@Sigpakt) reported

@bt_uk Why on earth would you not offer me a deal because I'm already a customer, when my contract is ending. Now ill get a new customer deal from someone else... #bt #btinternet #btbroadband

@bt_uk I’d love to call but can never actually speak to someone

  • GeoffBeast Geoff Hurst (@GeoffBeast) reported

@bt_uk Our BT box is terribly prone to glitches, pauses and poor resolution. Find it easier to watch things through Xbox (both running through same bt wifi router set-up).

  • AybBell Anne Bell (@AybBell) reported

@MoneySavingExp Never do, never will as long as @bt_uk charge extortionate prices. Just a shame they have the monopoly when it comes to a landline

  • Hammond345 Tom Hammond (@Hammond345) reported

@bt_uk I need to complain about your live chat. I was asking them to look into an issue with my broadband when working from. I stated that my wife was on a video call and to not refresh the hub. They however, did this anyway. I need to speak to someone about this complaint
