Really not happy with @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach at the moment. Terrible service, communication and ridiculous systems/no joined up thinking! What am I paying you for? Awful.

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

@bt_uk She’s called that many times. Has been told colleagues will call back they never do. Now you’ve closed the tickets. I’d like you to get a colleague to call them tonight. This is simply not good enough.

@bt_uk when will the Fibre feed be reconnected in Crich, Derbyshire? It went off yesterday, I have no information, no text messages/emails/phone calls and staff that don’t have any idea either. Not a great service !!

@bt_uk Meanwhile Sky are telling neighbours that engineers are fixing the problem which @BT_uk says doesn’t exist! The lack of pro-activity or capacity to connect the dots is extraordinary.

@bt_uk Sorry - one more question. Did BT, at the time I was taking these contracts out mention the "long line" and that "errors" are likely? How many others in this part of Devon have issues with BT? cc @AnthonyMangnal1 PS. Internet just dropped out again.

@bt_uk Every time we contact you though, it’s like there’s no acknowledgement that there’s been a major problem, and this might be caused by that. It was the same during the actual outage. Getting information is too hard - we kept being told 4 hours and it was 7 days!

Maria Turley
(@MariaConyard) reported
@bt_uk Well after ANOTHER 12 hours without connection, it’s just come back on. Neighbours and local shops all experienced the same thing. But ANOTHER online chat with BT support suggests there is no problem in the area. Despite there quite obviously being a problem in the area.
