@Foxigav @btsportrugby @btsport You asked a question. I answered it for you. I never suggested money laundering was ok. I never suggested anything was legal or otherwise. You asked if they were still cheating & to receive any further fines. And I said no. They have been fined and points deducted. It ends there.

  • ainey68 Lorraine Wall (@ainey68) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to get through to you for three days to pause my BT Sport package. I don’t understand why you can’t take the easy customer friendly approach the Sky Sporys via their app. Please contact me. Thanks

  • Clarko2000 Paul Clarke (@Clarko2000) reported from Welwyn, England

If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

  • joemjeffrey Joe (@joemjeffrey) reported from London, England

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

  • JollyCricketers The Jolly Cricketers (@JollyCricketers) reported from Seer Green, England

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness no phone line since Wednesday. You promised it would be fixed by Friday. Please help! #complaints #BT

  • PBarlow85 Paul Barlow (@PBarlow85) reported from Rickmansworth, England

@bt_uk @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp @UKPowerNetworks when are you going to fix the power supply to the cabinet on Tudor way/shepherds lane been since the 28th February & you keep blaming each other for not fixing it.

  • A_Gent_Chadd Agent Chadd (@A_Gent_Chadd) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England

Thank you Ian @bt_uk you are a credit to the company. Shame all staff aren't as capable and civil. Customer Service training needed in Newcastle call centre 🤔

  • caz_08 Caz ☺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@caz_08) reported from London, England

    @Craigro37117708 @Flight_Refunds @skytv @btsport @British_Airways @easyJet @nhcollection I agree but at least @skytv done something to help customers out!

  • caz_08 Caz ☺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@caz_08) reported from London, England

Well done @skytv @SkyFootball 👏👏 pausing sport on our bills. Oh well @btsport showing no support for customers 🙄 hope a lot of people don’t renew contracts with you!

  • caz_08 Caz ☺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@caz_08) reported from London, England

@btsport @dallaglio8 @WaspsRugby What about #CustomerTalk DD getting canceled tomorrow as no income #selfemployed means no cash to pay for a football service I was paying for & you don’t have. Be like @skytv & play the game!

  • RebeccaMc Rebecca (@RebeccaMc) reported from London, England

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

  • Mike_E_Neale Mike Neale (@Mike_E_Neale) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

  • RyanSkeggsUK Ryan Skeggs (@RyanSkeggsUK) reported from Tottenham, England

Listening to @jjenas8 on @btsport is sickening. Such a pony commentator with terrible opinions on the game.

  • dadzoola dadzoola (@dadzoola) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk Tried that, Google Store indicates that app is no longer available. Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.

  • sdunlop Stuart Dunlop (@sdunlop) reported from Stevenage District, England

@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

@btbusinesscare So I want to escalate my complaint. A complaint that has been ongoing all year. To do that I need to fill in a complaints escalation form on your website that doesn't work or phone someone in billing who says they don't have authority to help and that someone else will call 1/2

  • Highburydreamer Philip Noble (@Highburydreamer) reported

@bt_uk are really unbelievable. Can’t someone who actually wants to give customer service call a customer and not send texts asking you to quote a landline number that doesn’t exist. Just a litany of frustration

  • AbbottHSV47 Charlie • (@AbbottHSV47) reported

@EverythingBoxi2 @btsport @BTSportBoxing I know how it works I’m not stupid. The point I’m making is after his performance in the fight. Why does he deserve it and nobody wants to see it.

  • 5now_uk Paul west (@5now_uk) reported

@bt_uk Been having a reduced service only 5mb download opened a ticket got a text saying open reach will fix it reply to text which is all well and good if the reply works it just keeps rejecting and failing to send

@bt_uk Both, the connection is really unstable and when it is connected it’s really slow, been this way for the last few days

  • AndyLees1968 Andy Lees (@AndyLees1968) reported

@bt_uk I have been a BT customer for 30 years, until now, and its not by choice. I would have preferred to continue with them. Due to working from home since March 2020 I was struggling with slow broadband as myself and my wife both work from home now and both are on video calls

  • ConnorMcC2401 Connor (@ConnorMcC2401) reported

@bt_uk why is the Internet at such slow speed for many people currently?

  • GregFelix1 Greg Felix (@GregFelix1) reported

@btbusinesscare do you think that your “service” levels would improve beyond pathetic if there were suitable competition? Or maybe your are competing with Openreach to see who can mess your clients around the most. Seriously we just need a telephone, how hard can it be?

  • Winemonday Pam (@Winemonday) reported from Richmond, England

@bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.
