@bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

@bt_uk offer the worst customer service I’ve ever known. In the last week I’ve totalled 5 hrs of phone calls to them. Each one another lie and promise from staff. Now on hold to cancel my contract and go to sky. Absolutely shocking customer service.

@FightDisciples I've binned @DAZNBoxing, won't be going back. Not a production or matching issue, the platform itself is crap and has always been compared to its competitors. For example, not providing time stamps for the fights is basic. BTSport does it and it's not hard to do.
