@bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

@bt_uk Have now got a reply after you have incorrectly taken £369 from my elderly, disabled mother’s bank account and will not refund it for 7 days. Nothing you can do! A dreadful way to treat your customers.
