Peter Hughes (@PeterLingua) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk keep being phoned by people who claim they work at BT and are calling me because I have problems with my internet which I don’t and haven’t reported to you. Catherine Redshaw (@credshaw64) reported from Barnet, England@bt_uk Very frustrating, my landline is broken, we’ve reported it BUT we keep getting texts talking about our broadband! UNPROFESSIONAL! Listen to what we’re saying (3x now).. Broadband = FINE, Landline = BROKEN!

Ryan Skeggs (@RyanSkeggsUK) reported from Tottenham, EnglandListening to @jjenas8 on @btsport is sickening. Such a pony commentator with terrible opinions on the game.
-
Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?
-
Duncan Young 🐝 (@duncanyoung68) reported from London Colney, EnglandDear @btsport can you please not show the @BarnetFC game on TV. Having to watch us is embarrassing enough without the world seeing how **** we were. Thanks

-
david marney (@shaydavefall) reported from Caddington, England‘Miles away from Their best’ is a fair assessment from @btsport of @FCHTOnline performance today. Very disappointed with Pete Wild in front of the cameras let himself down.
-
Stuart Dunlop (@sdunlop) reported from Stevenage District, England@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

AARON. (@AaronNacey) reported from Barnet, England@bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.
-
KB🇬🇧🇮🇪 (@vodkachamp) reported from Hemel Hempstead, EnglandHow convenient, got through to rep # 5 who again dropped my call and when I phoned back for the 6th time your closed!? and you guys wanted me to cancel with BT phone and go with you! @skytv @bt_uk absolutely useless
-
dadzoola (@dadzoola) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk Tried that, Google Store indicates that app is no longer available. Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.
-
Helen Parton (@TotalOfficeBook) reported from Tottenham, England@Ofcom Does @bt_uk not have a duty of care for elderly/vulnerable customers? My parents (both over 75) 5 days without a landline. Pls help.
-
DebsF (@Debsgf) reported from Barnet, EnglandReally not happy with @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach at the moment. Terrible service, communication and ridiculous systems/no joined up thinking! What am I paying you for? Awful.
-
Lynn MT (@Team_M_T) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. 𝔅͛𝔯͛𝔦͛𝔞͛𝔫͛ ͛𝔚͛𝔥͛𝔢͛𝔩͛𝔱͛𝔬͛𝔫͛ (@brianwhelton) reported@R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.
-
TSLG13007 (@TSLG13007) reported@bt_uk We have been with BT for decades and never known the customer service this bad. It is too complex to explain on here but after many years, we will be moving supplier
-
Andy Packer (@Devondeac) reported@btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)
-

John O'Connor (@thereal_JOC) reported@bt_uk Still no joy. Using both my phone and a desktop. Same issues persists. Happy to keep my existing appointment date but slightly annoying. I’ve made a note of your number, but perhaps this is an issue that needs looking at in the background as well.
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
-
Chris Fletcher (@Get_Fletch) reported@bt_uk I'm waiting for a call from the reactivation team. Apparently, they are outbound only when I spoke to your customer service and sales team this morning
