Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Over the phone you then said ‘there’s none in your area, what a mess we’ve made’ & now it’s another 2wks to wait.
