Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

Looking for #broadband options in #UK ? Don’t fall in the same trap I did with @bt_uk . Not only has the service been extremely slow (especially on upload speeds) and inconsistent but they make it very near impossible to rectify and back out of contract! @WhichUK @UKConsumerRight

Finally dropping @bt_uk because their customer service is awful and the cost for broadband is ridiculous for slow speeds We were hoping @LightspeedFibre would save us but they took too long and decided not to set up in our area So we’re going to see what Vodafone have to offer
