@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye

Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England
@bt_uk My current bill for £55.99 does not appear to take account of the 27 days my broadband/digital voice service was out for. What happened to the alleged "automatic compensation"?
-
Giuseppe Sollazzo (@puntofisso) reported from Tottenham, England
@bt_uk Done, let me know what the next steps are. We have no alternative connection as we live in an area with weak mobile signal and can't work with it.

@bt_uk automating the customer care doesn’t help. There needs to be the right initiative and the right people to take care of customers. Disappointing and deplorable!!!!!

Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England
@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?

Alan Burkitt-Gray (@alanburkittgray) reported from London, England
@bt_uk @ninabake2 No, BT, it's you who's having the problems with Nina's account. Stop passing the blame on to her

@bt_uk I'm "We've Thought of Everything" package Fibre with Halo 3... While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?
-
Lanny (@_LannyWalker) reported from London, England
@bt_uk spoke too soon. The pole outside is defective and needs replacing. Note, my neighbour has been having the same issue which started In February
-
Ororo Munroe (@justcryhavoc) reported from London, England
@btsport Could you kindly inform me of how to cancel your service which we have via sky? I telephoned this morning and was rudely told that I would have to call Sky. Your website indicates otherwise.

-
Martin Watson (@killawat) reported from Luton, England
Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30
-
Sabrina J. Elliott (@SJEIsAnAuthor) reported from Tottenham, England
@bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

Dan White (@whitedan2001) reported from London, England
Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?
-
Peter Hughes (@PeterLingua) reported from Tottenham, England
@bt_uk with the wait times way in excess of 30 mins (been on hold for nearly an hour), is it easier to visit your stores to renegotiate or cancel my contract with you?

@bt_uk Are there problems in the BT22 area? My internet is becoming more intermittent. I've seen Openreach lads up lampposts. Your service at the moment is pretty awful. It's not what the girl who sold it to me said it would be!

@bt_uk I was being a bit facetious there - I'm pretty sure I know who/what is connected to my network :) It's not a Wi-Fi problem it's the VDSL connection between my modem/router/hub that is being disconnected. "Uptime" is currently 22 Hours 58 Minutes & I'm keeping my eyes on it.
-
Matt (@upthesaints) reported
@bt_uk Is there a problem at my exchange as im in southampton but ip address is now peterborough and google results are coming from that area.
-
Catherine Smith (@CatherineHSmith) reported
@mark_outta_cryo I called @bt_uk to ask about being connected. They quoted £5k! We have been over paying for years while receiving such a poor service but they always refuse to help. Now my kids can only do school work when the weather is good or there’s no one else near by the internet!
-
steve bingham (@steve_bing) reported
@bt_uk do not repeat do not get the 900mb line in Coventry there is a serious problem with it but they are still selling the service. Had poor signal since August and paying £70 a month for a poor service is shocking
-
Carvetii Coffee (@CarvetiiCoffee) reported
@bt_uk I have complained to you but yesterday you closed my complaint without a resolution and without contacting me. I now have to raise this issue with @Ofcom It shouldn’t need to come to this!
-
Catherine Smith (@CatherineHSmith) reported
@mark_outta_cryo @bt_uk @BTCare The irony is that I used to work for BT in their faults department, so I know exactly how they should be able to do their jobs! Nothing ever seems to fix it though. They’re just hopeless but I live with it ok in normal circumstances, but this just isn’t fair.
