  • MunkeyJim Jim (@MunkeyJim) reported from Broxbourne District, England

Peter Walton as lamentable as a pundit as he was as a referee. Awful. @btsport @btsportfootball

  • penfoldholes Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England

@glenoglaza1 @btsport definitely have the worst commentators and summarisers. The commentator tonight regularly gets players wrong and tries to bluff his way out of it hoping nobody has noticed .....

  • penfoldholes Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England

@TheGoonerholic @btsport really do have worst commentators and summarisers. Apart from the rest of the drivel this guy is talking he can’t tell Perez from Almiron. Does it all the time getting players wrong. Then Mr Charisma Sutton comes in as master of the obvious. Rant over ...

  • penfoldholes Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England

@boyd_d1 @btsport really do have poor commentators and summarisers who constantly state the obvious - not in the same class as @SkySports

  • BrianHodgson3 Brian Hodgson (@BrianHodgson3) reported from Harpenden, England

@AndyhHolt @btsport @EmiratesFACup Better than 6pm Sunday. not overly bad for Luton fans if we win the replay but for Sheff Wed fans not good. Bottom line 6pm on a Sunday is not a natural time for a football match

  • HoltonDean Dean Holton (@HoltonDean) reported from Welwyn Garden City, England

@btsport is there a mute button to cut out Steve Mc’manaman’s constant droning & slagging of arsenal. He is suppose to be neutral when commentating surely. All he does is poke at the Gunners.... get him off

  • tinysuz 🐾Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒🐾 (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

Well #BT @BTCare we now have no internet at all even when our hub shows blue the speed and signal is so weak we cannot do anything. It’s outrageous that we have to go out to get a bit of wi-fi.

  • tinysuz 🐾Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒🐾 (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

@bt_uk @BTCare All very well you launching Plus, our BT wi-fi broke on 14/09/18 and you STILL cannot fix it 😡get your existing products up and running before you launch extras.

  • NDM66 Nigel Mason (@NDM66) reported from Hitchin, England

@BTCare To fix a fault. The worst thing is that on both occasions (Friday and today) nobody contacted me to say the appointment was cancelled, I had to call you. The one thing I will say is the people on the phone have been very professional. Sadly @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach are not.

  • samjmoseley Sam (@samjmoseley) reported from Ware, England

@BTCare FYI I’m getting more spam calls today from 08817506357 claiming to be from the BT call blocking department... when questioned about what the employees EIN was he put the phone down!

  • SnodzCSGO Alex 'Snodz' Byfield (@SnodzCSGO) reported from Welwyn Garden City, England

Anyone else having an issue with @btsport forcing you to buy their landline to watch the fight later? Just want PPV

  • tinysuz ?Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒? (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

It’s now 2 weeks to the day our wi-fi went down and we still only have intermittent wi-fi. Even when it’s on only max speed of 34. Very poor, waiting on a filter to arrive , just hope this fixes it #BT @BTCare

  • tinysuz ?Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒? (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

Well we were thrilled to get our wi-fi up and running on Friday but alas it just will not connect to our Samsung tv. Despite all the resolutions given by @BTCare the issue seems unsolvable. BT forums suggest Samsung TVs do not connect to hub 6

  • tinysuz ?Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒? (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

@BTCare If we could get some idea of when it would help. You do not seem to understand just how important the internet is for us.

  • tinysuz ?Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒? (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

I think when I joked we would be lucky to have internet by Christmas, it was not such a joke after all. They say they will try to fix by this Friday. Why do I have no confidence this will actually happen? @BTCare

  • Captain_Deltic Roger Ford (@Captain_Deltic) reported from Welwyn Garden City, England

@BTCare is there a problem at the Welwyn Garden City exchange? BTinternet keeps dropping out and is very slow. My business broadband account over a separate BT Phone line is even slower.

  • samjmoseley Sam (@samjmoseley) reported from Ware, England

@bt_uk @BTCare I’ve had two calls today from 01261397285 & 01361972465 claiming to be BT telling me that my internet is infected and I need to give them details to fix. Sounds like a #scam #nuisancecalls

  • raine_ryuzaki Stephanie (@raine_ryuzaki) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England

@BTCare internet still down in Hemel Hempstead :( any news?

  • itsdanmoore_ DM (@itsdanmoore_) reported from Welwyn Hatfield, England

@BTCare Cool that's what I was after. What are my options if they refuse to cancel the cease order? I just can't have internet because someone who doesn't live at the property says I can't?

  • itsdanmoore_ DM (@itsdanmoore_) reported from Welwyn Hatfield, England

@BTCare The order is open but you were unable to take over the line because the previous tenants placed a cease order dated October 25th. Surely if the line is active I should get their service through it?

  • itsdanmoore_ DM (@itsdanmoore_) reported from Welwyn Hatfield, England

@BTCare Spoke to order management as soon as they opened. Previous tenants are keeping the line active until November despite my order. My router won't work because it's not suitable for fibre. Reckon you could send us a fibre router so I have some sort of service in the meantime?

  • symonvegro Symon Vegro (@symonvegro) reported from Redbourn, England

@BTCare Please help! I’m trying to do a really simple thing on my BT account and it’s proving impossible both online and “live” (I’ve been on your web site and holding for an advisor for hours). It really is extraordinarily frustrating.

  • ConorMegaw Conor Megaw (@ConorMegaw) reported from Much Hadham, England

@powerportraits @PriskMark @BTCare @plusnethelp @Plusnet 2/2 There are 4 VLANS available for us to connect to but they are all “hot”. The new backhaul to the headend(s) should fix this. 3 VLANs should be good from 13th July and the final one from 17th. Perhaps BT could tell you which VLAN you are on?

  • SAMBeastDavid David (@SAMBeastDavid) reported from Royston, England

@BTCare Yes, the link isn’t loading for me and I’ve been told to contact tech support. Terrible customer service so far - refusing to help because you don’t see an issue, but then stating something clearly is wrong as we don’t have LAN.

  • SAMBeastDavid David (@SAMBeastDavid) reported from Welwyn, England

@BTCare Still no LAN or Wifi this morning. I don’t care what your status thing says, there is clearly an issue. Please fix ASAP. In your contract you guarantee a LAN service at all times - so you’re breaching that at the moment...

  • SAMBeastDavid David (@SAMBeastDavid) reported from Welwyn, England

@BTCare Live in a village, so have very poor signal and 4G. Can’t open link. If it’s still down tomorrow, I’ll call again and also ask how I can lodge a formal complaint? Thanks.

  • CodingHut Will Bryan #FBPE (@CodingHut) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England

@Matthias_FC @BTCare Arrghhhh! It worked for a couple of hours this afternoon but now it's down again.

  • CodingHut Will Bryan #FBPE (@CodingHut) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England

@BTCare Sadly the status page shows the fault from my landline number, but then gets me to login to my account which then says no fault. Can't you lookup SG6 to see what's going on?

  • CodingHut Will Bryan #FBPE (@CodingHut) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England

@BTCare It tells me I have an open fault and that somebody else has reported problems that have been fixed. Speaking to my neighbours though it seems there is a larger outage in Letchworth.

  • CodingHut Will Bryan #FBPE (@CodingHut) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England

@BTCare Broadband faults in Letchworth (SG6). Can you provide more info on issue and ETA for a fix?

  • ConorMegaw Conor Megaw (@ConorMegaw) reported from Welwyn Garden City, England

@powerportraits @PriskMark @BTCare @plusnethelp @Plusnet I agree David. Unless they have installed specific kit in your house, I’m guessing “monitoring your connection” means checking your sync speed. I continuously sync at 40/10 despite the issues in the evenings / weekends. I feel they are choosing to misunderstand the issue!

  • NathSowden0801 Nathan Sowden (@NathSowden0801) reported

@NathSowden0801 @OpenreachHelp I logged in on my BT to report a fault a few days ago, engineer rang me from the local BT box & problem was sorted withing 3 hours. I would recommend them to anyone. Not the cheapest by far but the best customer service going imo @bt_uk
