    Well #BT @BTCare we now have no internet at all even when our hub shows blue the speed and signal is so weak we cannot do anything. It’s outrageous that we have to go out to get a bit of wi-fi.

    @BTCare To fix a fault. The worst thing is that on both occasions (Friday and today) nobody contacted me to say the appointment was cancelled, I had to call you. The one thing I will say is the people on the phone have been very professional. Sadly @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach are not.

    It’s now 2 weeks to the day our wi-fi went down and we still only have intermittent wi-fi. Even when it’s on only max speed of 34. Very poor, waiting on a filter to arrive , just hope this fixes it #BT @BTCare

    Well we were thrilled to get our wi-fi up and running on Friday but alas it just will not connect to our Samsung tv. Despite all the resolutions given by @BTCare the issue seems unsolvable. BT forums suggest Samsung TVs do not connect to hub 6

    I think when I joked we would be lucky to have internet by Christmas, it was not such a joke after all. They say they will try to fix by this Friday. Why do I have no confidence this will actually happen? @BTCare

    @BTCare is there a problem at the Welwyn Garden City exchange? BTinternet keeps dropping out and is very slow. My business broadband account over a separate BT Phone line is even slower.

    @BTCare Cool that's what I was after. What are my options if they refuse to cancel the cease order? I just can't have internet because someone who doesn't live at the property says I can't?

    @BTCare The order is open but you were unable to take over the line because the previous tenants placed a cease order dated October 25th. Surely if the line is active I should get their service through it?

    @BTCare Spoke to order management as soon as they opened. Previous tenants are keeping the line active until November despite my order. My router won't work because it's not suitable for fibre. Reckon you could send us a fibre router so I have some sort of service in the meantime?

    @powerportraits @PriskMark @BTCare @plusnethelp @Plusnet 2/2 There are 4 VLANS available for us to connect to but they are all “hot”. The new backhaul to the headend(s) should fix this. 3 VLANs should be good from 13th July and the final one from 17th. Perhaps BT could tell you which VLAN you are on?

    @BTCare Yes, the link isn’t loading for me and I’ve been told to contact tech support. Terrible customer service so far - refusing to help because you don’t see an issue, but then stating something clearly is wrong as we don’t have LAN.

    @BTCare Still no LAN or Wifi this morning. I don’t care what your status thing says, there is clearly an issue. Please fix ASAP. In your contract you guarantee a LAN service at all times - so you’re breaching that at the moment...

    @BTCare Sadly the status page shows the fault from my landline number, but then gets me to login to my account which then says no fault. Can't you lookup SG6 to see what's going on?

    @BTCare It tells me I have an open fault and that somebody else has reported problems that have been fixed. Speaking to my neighbours though it seems there is a larger outage in Letchworth.

Unless they have installed specific kit in your house, I’m guessing “monitoring your connection” means checking your sync speed. I continuously sync at 40/10 despite the issues in the evenings / weekends. I feel they are choosing to misunderstand the issue!
