Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

When the email came through the agreed price was for 3 months only. I ring back to cancel and apparently have to wait for the contract to actually start before they will cancel it.
