    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

    @bt_uk @bickleynick I deleted/reinstalled the account on my iPhone but it happened once more. It now seems stable on both iPhone & iPad which makes me think it was some sort of server issue. Fingers crossed that it’s now stable. You might want to escalate internally to check what’s been happening.

    @_SMXDZ The fake crowd drove me nuts. Im glad @btsport have the option not to have it. and I use Now TV which doesnt have it either. I'd rather use radio commentary than listen to him too -just a shame its never in sync!

    @bt_uk internet keeps dropping and coming back up. Speed is fine on laptop when it’s running. Slow on PS4/phone though.
