  @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

  @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

  Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

  WiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT?   @Alonso_GD Along with everything else. I have had to write to @bt_uk hard copy / snail mail because they cannot resolve issues with my #Landline digitally. However that was posted last #Wednesday 20.05.2026. Given the thousands and thousands of pounds they have extracted throughout my life?

  Dear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.

  @GrahamH36921247 @bt_uk We’re the same here, we don’t have the full fibre broadband though. Our landline is out again, it has the old copper wiring. A technician is scheduled to fix it today. Out for 3 weeks.

  @bt_uk Every time I go into the support we spend two hours. They do automated tests from some call centre abroad and tell me that my system's working fine. It hasn't been working fine since November so I'm just waiting to leave my contract.

  The BT 2 factor Authentication Login is rubbish!! Each Time you receive the Passcode Via Email it fails to login. It only works if you get it sent to your phone!! Asked for Help from Support but they only say Download the BT App, which is unusable and provides zero help @bt_uk

  @bt_uk Today I have with the help of Abdi in BT Stockport, finally resolved the issue. Took a little time but was aware of the known problem and should be recognised for her determination in getting sorted. Allison Kirby take note & dont hack loyal long standing customers off.
