    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    @bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

    Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @bt_uk So having read this, I will ask again! So now I am on digital voice via my BT hub instead of the ONT why do I need the battery backup system inside the ONT as I will no longer benefit from the fact the the ONT is still alive that upto now I could make calls during a blackout??

    4th attempt. Appointment cancelled without informing me again.... Waiting in for @bt_uk to install Internet in new home. 4th day, no engineer. No communication from engineer. So poor. How can a communications firms offer no communication at all? Totally shite.

    @Bibyeck @ChampionsLeague @btsport Technically it’s offside, but we need to change this stupid rule to feet only, no arm ,no head, unless the goal was a header. In fact should be amended to “any of attackers feet is behind the defenders closest foot to goal”
