Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
