Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.
