Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. Jill Hayward (@frdragonspouse) reported@Crashed7 @bt_uk When it's working properly it's fine - although we've never approached the 150Mbps we're supposed to get - but then we're not high usage so, 70-80 mbps usually fine for what we want. 30-40 is pathetic, though. Far more drop-outs than we got with EE as well.
