The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office.   It only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.

  @bt_uk Sorry, but this is becoming a part time job. I took out EE contract to watch some Tele not to spend my days troubleshooting poor quality hardware. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

  @bt_uk Incorrect. Tried but the same useless system. Finally successful by using option to leave BT. Straight through to a human being, strange how loss of customers is more important than giving good service.
