  @bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

  @bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

  @bt_uk Your email security is blocking access to the mail server as it suspects the network I’m on… works sometimes, then stops, change network and it’s a lottery if it works or not… I’ve setup a forward to gmail

  @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?
