@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

@bt_uk shocking service to my elderly mother. Broadband speed appalling 2-6m/s. Told contact out Nov 21 so she arranged to swap. Now told it's 2022 and has to pay £271. U have not honoured contract width why should she pay when told it was 1/11/21?

@bt_uk Yes please, turn the acs on whatever that is. Why was it off in the first place? As for the alibi TV, rather than me having to go and do more research, you can see can see what boxes I have, simple question, can I watch alibi on them? Your support line says no

@bt_uk Why would that matter? My EE Account has BT Sport Ultimate as my Smart Benefit. Ultimate works fine on my phone. It's your Samsung TV app that's the problem here.

When you receive an email from BT TV saying you’re losing some of your channels but you can pay more to keep them by taking a bigger pack you don’t need. Then another series record fails!! Epically poor. If I’m paying more @BTCare i will be paying it to sky
