Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.
