They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I trust you will retain call recordings from June 7th, 2026, I know I will. Good evening to you and yours.
