    @bt_uk She’s called that many times. Has been told colleagues will call back they never do. Now you’ve closed the tickets. I’d like you to get a colleague to call them tonight. This is simply not good enough.

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    @bt_uk Why, after lord only knows how many activation promise dates from bt am I still waiting for my Internet, 56 days after ordering and 42 days waiting. 12 hours of phone calls all from myself calling because noone will contact me. Honestly awful service. @OpenreachHelp @Ofcom

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk @EdwardJDavey Caveat- we have been provided mini hubs with a download speed of less than 10mbps and an upload speed of 0.9mbps which won't even let us work on Zoom or upload files. This is not a solution. We need the internet that we signed our contract for. 56 days without and counting...

    @JeffStelling after watching @SkySports Soccer Saturday for many years I have converted to @btsport …. the quality of pundit compared to previous is very poor. I would think that I’m not alone !

    @bt_uk I had arranged for an upgrade and had an engineer visit booked for 11/1 - I spike to someone around a week ago and he confirmed the visit was not required so said he would cancel it for me. Then I got a text today confirming the appointment was going ahead....
