@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

@UKSVacher @virginmedia @bt_uk BT installed full fibre in my road last year & are offering well constructed deals with amazing speeds. My issue with Virgin Media is the price hikes within contract (usually twice, last was 18%). Their customer service has deteriorated over the last 3 years too. Such a shame.

@bt_uk absolute nightmare of an experience switching over to BT . The engineer completely wrecked the installation , I've called multiple times to try to get some assistance but they keep ending call or saying they can't do anything. I wish I had never switched over.

@bt_uk Just spoke to the Values team. BT only issue 24 month contracts, its a written rule in their policies so you've lost another customer. I won't be renewing my broadband contract and I'll switch to Onestream who offer 12, 18 and 24 month contracts for broadband.

@bt_uk The only customer service update available is a bot with set SLA estimate for fix since passed. No direct customer communications to let us know what is going on. That’s appalling customer service! I’ve had to pair my phone to my work laptop the last few days limiting what I do!
