    @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    @tighttop @fightingtalk2 @btsportufc I still pay for ESPN+ ! On top of paying to these streaming platforms, people are still paying for PPV events. I understand what you mean, but you are paying for BTSPORT! Many people don’t pay **** and watch all the events on these livestreams!

    @bt_uk Problems as in no one has had the decency to provide an sort of update then yes ! I’ve completed and submitted my monitoring form with Ofcom so they can intervene and hopefully provide some professionalism which BT clearly lack

    @bt_uk 3.9% + inflation annual price rise for no additional improvement in service or product. No reward for customer loyalty, in fact precisely the opposite. Can potentially get better services and product from other providers by moving.

    @Russats @joe606 @bt_uk Is there much point in doing the last 100m? My copper network runs at gigabit speeds and, unless you're planning in using it industrially, what sort of speeds would you need to warrant it?
