@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

Tragic service from @bt_uk . Trying to get a house move set up and all I get is 40min wait on phone and lying customer serv reps. Absolute ****. If youre in the market for an internet connection avoid BT.
