    Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

    @BTCare To fix a fault. The worst thing is that on both occasions (Friday and today) nobody contacted me to say the appointment was cancelled, I had to call you. The one thing I will say is the people on the phone have been very professional. Sadly @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach are not.

    Well we were thrilled to get our wi-fi up and running on Friday but alas it just will not connect to our Samsung tv. Despite all the resolutions given by @BTCare the issue seems unsolvable. BT forums suggest Samsung TVs do not connect to hub 6

    @BTCare why do you replace DNS searches without permission ? Surely that’s not allowed as you’re modifying redirected traffic on an internal network. Due to the new GDPR laws you have to have given permission not implied.

    @bt_uk I am a support worker for Deaf and Deafblind people, I work for a company run and managed by Deaf people, most of my colleagues are Deaf and we communicate through sign language via video calls and emails. I need my broadband service to be able to work properly.

    @bt_uk Sorry, thought Id toggle yes to split on hub yesterday! Ive tried a different way to see if it works, Ive set PS4 to use 5GHz only instead of 2.4GHz & he says hasnt been kicked out yet. I'll see how it goes & if it doesnt work, I'll give it a go with settings you've suggested. Ta
