  @bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

  Customer service really is everything. @bt_uk has the best customer service in the country in my opinion and I’ve spoken to a lot of companies. I’d rather have someone helpful to talk to than have 42 extra club card points a month.

  @bt_uk I know but he's put off by getting nowhere recently and i am not at home with him. What else could be a problem? He has tried putting new bt SIM in and turning phone on/off but no joy.

  @bt_uk your CEO is a ******. he should be checking that customer service works at least once a week himself personally to stay on top of it. its easily fixed. he needs firing asap. gross negligence and probably misconduct for leading it here
