    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @btsport you must be the worst communications company in the world. I cancelled my BT Sport subscription as I was unable to contact you be telephone ! Your answer 50% reduction. No thank. I now get a demand to pay. Online banking act no you quote has 30 different id’s !

    @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

    @bt_uk I already reset it and the issue is still the same. It’s constantly changing from blue to orange and flashing purple. This is the 3rd day now extremely annoying considering the price I pay for it.

    @btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

    @anabelish @bt_uk I tried to cancel my Dads contract with them once. They quoted £1.5k., because he renewed it in Oct that year. I asked if the contract had rolled over (which was cancellable) or by signature. "By signature sir". When? "October sir". Me - "Funny. He died in August".

    @gazw1lko @bt_uk Fraid not.. I tried it the other day and still doing the same. @bt_uk are now saying that PS5 is not supported yet.. so although you can watch with no issues. There’s no fix for why it stops after an hour 🤨 so annoying as it did it to me on penalty shootout!

    @bt_uk That would be great if I was actually being given accurate information. I’ve apparently missed an engineer appointment today, when the engineer who came yesterday told me they wouldn’t be back out till March. Go to rebook the appointment and nothing til mid-Feb? Not good service

    @bt_uk thanks for not turning up between 9 and 11am today. So pleased I was told to be at home. Oh, an added bonus was being hung up on twice on call to support after a combined 90 minutes on the phone.
