@BTCare what is going on with openreach and coming to fix my broadband thats apparently affecting 40 other houses in the area! Was promised it would be fixed everyday this week and it hasn’t! Now have no phoneline connection either! Come on guys sort it out!

  • tinysuz
🐾Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒🐾 (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

Well #BT @BTCare we now have no internet at all even when our hub shows blue the speed and signal is so weak we cannot do anything. It’s outrageous that we have to go out to get a bit of wi-fi.

  • tinysuz
🐾Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒🐾 (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

@bt_uk @BTCare All very well you launching Plus, our BT wi-fi broke on 14/09/18 and you STILL cannot fix it 😡get your existing products up and running before you launch extras.

  • NDM66
Nigel Mason (@NDM66) reported from Hitchin, England

@BTCare To fix a fault. The worst thing is that on both occasions (Friday and today) nobody contacted me to say the appointment was cancelled, I had to call you. The one thing I will say is the people on the phone have been very professional. Sadly @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach are not.

  • _ParaHandy
Adam (@_ParaHandy) reported from Aspley Guise, England

@BTCare They are sending an engineer to my property. Never any mention of wholesale or Openreach. As fault intermittent when they check line it can appear on.

@BTCare The point is that we have been talking to your teams & the service has been bad. Maybe use your initiative by offering support & compensation on the phone to these people.

  • maxfras
Max Fras (@maxfras) reported from London Colney, England

@BTCare Lucky you. I must get a job with BT to get all that time to call BT customer service. Unfortunately, as a customer, I don't have so much time to enjoy your playlist

  • tinysuz
?Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒? (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

It’s now 2 weeks to the day our wi-fi went down and we still only have intermittent wi-fi. Even when it’s on only max speed of 34. Very poor, waiting on a filter to arrive , just hope this fixes it #BT @BTCare

  • tinysuz
?Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒? (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

Well we were thrilled to get our wi-fi up and running on Friday but alas it just will not connect to our Samsung tv. Despite all the resolutions given by @BTCare the issue seems unsolvable. BT forums suggest Samsung TVs do not connect to hub 6

  • tinysuz
?Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒? (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

@BTCare If we could get some idea of when it would help. You do not seem to understand just how important the internet is for us.

  • tinysuz
?Suzanne ⚒ COYI ⚒? (@tinysuz) reported from St Albans, England

I think when I joked we would be lucky to have internet by Christmas, it was not such a joke after all. They say they will try to fix by this Friday. Why do I have no confidence this will actually happen? @BTCare

My iPad and phone are having an issue with btinternet, but it’s working fine on my MacBook. Is anyone else having a problem @BTCare?

  • RuaTrindade
Tony Coleman (@RuaTrindade) reported from London Colney, England

@adamstokes1992 @BTCare I’ve already told them they are in breach of GDPR. It doesn’t seem to register with them. I’ve had enough of their sheer incompetence. Been a BT customer for 28 years. That’s about to come to an abrupt end.

  • raine_ryuzaki

@BTCare internet still down in Hemel Hempstead :( any news?

  • 125f8
Gordon Tant Photo (@125f8) reported from Ampthill, England

@BTCare why do you replace DNS searches without permission ? Surely that’s not allowed as you’re modifying redirected traffic on an internal network. Due to the new GDPR laws you have to have given permission not implied.

  • symonvegro
Symon Vegro (@symonvegro) reported from Redbourn, England

@BTCare Please help! I’m trying to do a really simple thing on my BT account and it’s proving impossible both online and “live” (I’ve been on your web site and holding for an advisor for hours). It really is extraordinarily frustrating.

@CamboSoutar @btsport @spfl To be fair mate for everyone who are complaining about the TV deal should just start actually filling their stadiums. Complain about a poor TV deal but are part of the reason our league isn't that appealing. Full stadiums = better league.

  • MattRic62091091
    Matt_Richardson (@MattRic62091091) reported

@BTCare strongly recommended people do their research on BT before they scam further customers out of their hard earned money. Their engineers are incompetent and cannot fix a phone line nor run the broadband service I have paid for. No service for 5 weeks @financialombuds #FOS
