I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.
