  Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

  @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

  @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯
