    @bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @btsport you’re company is the worst. I moved house on the 16th of March and tried to set up internet prior to this. I got told the 1st of April was the earliest you could do. I called to confirm this today with it being close and get told you’ve cancelled it and now it’s the 22n

    @bt_uk thanks for quoting me near £100 for an engineer to come look at why my internet doesn’t reach all the rooms in my flat. Super cool to constantly have my laptop cut out while I work 👍

    Actually didn’t think it could get any worse than @TalkTalk - however @bt_uk are on another level!! First they cancel my order 5 days after my service went live. Place a new order to rectify this but only place a landline order not broadband!!! 😡😡😡

    been ignored for the last week by your consumer resolutions team & am in the middle of a complaint to the communications ombudsman wondered if I’d get a response this way. Phone is now saying line in use. Can’t see app as internet STILL not working @bt_uk aware bill not paid
