  @btbusinesscare This issue is still bot resolved. I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.

  @bassetnormand @clarescastle @btbusinesscare It's a shame because they had a lot of inbuilt loyalty just because so many of us started off with BT and have never seen cause to change. 30 years is a long run but they did absolutely nothing to try and keep our business

  @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare
