  Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

  @bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

  @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

  @bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Please listen to what I’m saying and pass my deep concerns to the people making these stupid decisions.
