I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. This also leaves her with no tv because all her tv is via streaming.

The website takes you round in circles and then just gives three bouncing *****. For a technology/communication company it's very poor.
