@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

@bt_uk been with you since 2021. Broadband, 4 mobile contracts, data tablet. £140 a month paid on time by D/D. Until March. It went up to £160 a month. Last 2 months it's been a struggle. I asked for help and what did you do? Slapped a £7 late pay charge on top of the £160 🤬😡😡

@bt_uk I've bought a data add on for one of my Family sims for this month as it has run out. But I don't want it to renew next month. Can I cancel it right away so it doesn't renew and I'll still get the data up until my data renews. I'd have preferred a one off data purchase.
