    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

    @bt_uk I was told to wait for the cooling off period and I will receive an email. I didn’t think BT would scam people. It went from -we never had this offer -this offer is not available from 3rd party -it’s gone over 3 months (after I’ve provided proof you do this offer).

    @bt_uk Thanks for the reply Janet, but it seems management must clock off early on a Friday, or they are trying my home number, which being digital voice has also been offline for 2 weeks! 🙈 I’ve called and sorted another appointment but waiting for a manager to call re my complaint

    @PaulCowland_ @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare I have similar issues with just my home system and the router is sat there flashing orange quite often! Also have a sound problem with my BT-TV where the sounds mutes about every 20 seconds.. a so called rep sent by BT experienced the fault then said he’s never had it before!

    @bt_uk When I took out the contract with BT this was the offer at the time. That I would be sent an email after cooling off period and then I had 90 days from the email to redeem. The email was never sent and when I questioned it today apparently it never existed? So Am I making it up?

    @bt_uk The engineer who was supposed to come today has let me know that other engineer had came yesterday, there is a bigger issue that have to be resolved by another team and he doesn’t know when that would be done. Please may I have an update on when this problem can be resolved?

    @bt_uk No one has called me since the fault was first reported on 23/4. I’m doing all the phoning/chasing and just getting a load of broken promises from your advisors. My custom does not appear appreciated or valued!

    @bt_uk I will stay with Virgin, BT itself before and today's Sky failed to give us service, and nobody has fixed the problem with the line, I am a remote worker my job depends on the internet, utterly useless and unfair that only Virgin can provide a stable and suitable service
