@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk Hi, when is you automated service back up and running. I usually phone to pay a bill and i cant get anywhere because the automated service is down for 'Improvements' and there is no option to speak to a human being.
