    Hi @BT_Uk @BTCare Since Cancelling My @HulloMail , For Both Phone Numbers, It Hasn't Diverted Back To: #BTMobile / #EE @EE Answering Voice Mail Numbers Or Settings, Once Cancelled/End Of Dial It Say Number Not In Use, Despite I Get All Text Messages & Phone Calls, HELP PLS

    Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @That_Welsh_Git @bt_uk Ah! That is EXACTLY the problem I was having. I have partially worked round it by installing the Cloudflare Warp app which tunnels stuff like a VPN. I also found that chaning my DNS for both v4 and v6 to 1.1.1.1 has massively reduced DNS errors, but there's still some problems

    @bt_uk everytime my mum calls she is made promises that are not kept, engineers do not show up and staff seem to be unable to help despite her repeated calls and her age. This is not an acceptable way to treat a customer of over 4 decades to leave her like this

    @lardconcepts @bt_uk I set up a VPN on an server to keep going for now but Should not have to make a work around also what about other people who don't know how to work around or think a site/service is gone etc

    @bt_uk Over the phone I was offered a good deal. I asked for it in writing as I struggle taking in information over the phone. But my request was denied because the deal may run out! But surely you could say that in writing? You need to support disabled customers better!

    @bt_uk Wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time on Saturday not resolving an issue. Closed my complaint against my instructions. Opened another one and have been silent now for 36 hours. #itsgoodtotalk #terrible

    @Grandmamavis I will hold BT to that, next time they mess me around. Failing service, blaming my apple computer equipment and closing my complaints. My case now lies with the Exeter office, Whom rang me two days ago. They started to take notice. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk You tick the box for responding to the customer but there’s nothing much else you can do. BT’s changes make things less convenient & possibly dangerous for the less tech savvy customer & those who have bad reception. I think Mitchell’s column made that point pretty well already

    @bt_uk you allowed another provider to take my internet mistakenly, waited 3 weeks under the promise it would be fixed. Your solution now…FIND ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER?! What an absolute joke!!!!!!
