  @bt_uk Hi, we seem to have a connection issue. We have broadband/wifi but some of our devices like the TV are unable to connect. I have used the service checker and it says there is an issue. What do I do next please?

  @bt_uk @BTCare Seems like getting full fibre and a new deal/contract is a bit too difficult to manage correctly. Turning off access many days before the new service is possible.

  @bt_uk Perhaps you could read the message I sent ans acknowledge that your chat service and account access aren't working for one of your customers. To be honest, that would resonate better than inviting me to spend an hour on the phone for a 5 minute issue.

  @bt_uk why can we not talk to an operator anymore, dyk how, annoying it is, when no one will pick up the call and you have no WIFi for 5 weeks now and all I get told is "there's a network error" Well sort the issue, you are quick to take payment, which I will be claiming back

  @btbusinesscare hi all - are there broadband outages today SO52 area? Our offices are reporting the internet down so all employees have left. I need to know if this is a known issue or a localised issue. I have logged online and the website isn’t working where you check status?
