Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

@bt_uk getting increasingly fed up with broadband service stability… on top of the previous abysmal customer service, inability to take ownership for and proactively correct the services I’m contacted with them for v those they are trying to bill!

Dad now has an email saying he will lose his email address and could he return his repeater box otherwise he will be charged £20! @bt_uk is this how you treat pensioners ? Still no landline @Ofcom you need to be onto this !

@bt_uk having cancelled our contract as you can’t provide a service at our new address, you have failed to send suitable packaging to send the equipment back. We move house on Friday. Please sort it out. #sressedenoughalready
