Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

I hope the irony of @bt_uk sending me a weblink to access a “handy ebook” to fix my broadband is not lost on them. Thank **** the kettle doesn’t require Wi-Fi to work - I bet I’ll be able to make a cuppa before the ebook has downloaded. #FirstWorldProblems

@bt_uk Sadly that's not my experience. The elderly couple who I am writing this for have had an awful experience. From signing before xmas and due to start 28th Dec (WiFi, phone, TV package) they are get to be up and running. Two promised dates and contracts have been cancelled.

@bt_uk just had a nightmare trying to switch to a different service once my contract ends BT cut me off my broadband 11 days before my contract was due to end due to a “glitch” Would not advise anyone to sign up to BT now appalling customer service and slow broadband

@kethaniel @bt_uk This is happening to me today too. See they put up a notice about giving free texts, data and calls for Turkey and Syria... Great, however doesn't get my bills paid relying on you @bt_uk .. Worst service today ever in 22 years.. disgusted can't even run speed tests.

Hello @bt_uk, I work from home and have woken up to no broadband today. Is there an issue in my area (M16 8HS)? If so, when is it likely to be fixed as I can’t do much without it. I’m trying to restart and use your app to check broadband status and nothing is working. HELP!

Hey @bt_uk what's with leaving an 88 year old without landline access for a full week. Hospitals, doctor's, pharmacy, community nurses, all unable to contact him, and him not being able to make even an emergency 999 call?
