I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

@bt_uk as I suspected I've been placed on another 5 day wait list😡 Attended to by cold, uncaring service and marketing reps who didn't show an ounce of empathy. Sad indeed

  • DonaldPond6 Donald Pond (@DonaldPond6) reported

Here’s a sneaky one. I had a @bt_uk mobile contract. Last month they told me I had to move to their subsidiary @EE but I now discover roaming in Europe (including the Channel Islands) is £2.29 a day where it was free before. But if you were a customer of EE before

  • Jawdge George (@Jawdge) reported

@btsport Hello. I have an active BT Sport apps, and I used to be able to watch all WWE broadcasts with no adverts. It seems that the shows all have adverts now. Is there a service upgrade to remove the adverts?

  • maroontune maroon tune (@maroontune) reported

@bt_uk Hi, is there a problem with the email system your staff use? Someone was told by a number of staff members of yours (at various times), that they would be sent an email regarding a cancellation, but no email was received from your staff members?

  • gman0783 the mrs (@gman0783) reported

@bt_uk I resigned 4 months ago and agreed to £29.99. So now I’m locked in you have just hiked up my bill! It’s disgusting and pure greed. Will a new customer sign up for £29.99 and then end up paying £42.30 a month within 4 months? I’ve been with BT for as long as I can remember

  • ahillslegal Alison Hills (@ahillslegal) reported

@tigercubmum @garethallison @bt_uk It’s absolutely insane isn’t it!! Just FYI I’ve referenced the consumer rights act - s.52 (providing services in a reasonable timeframe), s.54(7)- rescinding my contract as they aren’t providing the service and 54(a)- right to claim damages

  • Daveysideburns Dave B (@Daveysideburns) reported

@btsport have the nerve to charge a fortune and then choose god awful commentators for a clásico.
