I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

  • fenstnposh Kevin (@fenstnposh) reported from Saint Ives, England

@bt_uk Great customer support from Joe at BT, thanks very much. Hopefully this will resolve the issue i'll be back in touch if this doesn't as discussed.

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

  • SamCarvalho Samuel Carvalho 🎅🏼🎁 (@SamCarvalho) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@mcmanus_da @bt_uk @BTCare Indeed. BT have gone well out of their way to help resolve matters, even when the issue wasn’t necessarily their fault or responsibility.

  • NellyChristmas Nelly (@NellyChristmas) reported from Great Paxton, England

@btsport Your service is absolutely disgusting. Well done on upsetting my mother whose husband passed away last week. You customer service staff should hang their heads in shame. #btsport #onlyafterthemoney #CrapSkySports

@bt_uk hi, I joined Plusnet for BB and phone line on the 6th December. Today though I've had an email from BT saying my new 12 month contract for phone line starts today at £23.05 a month. My BT account says the same. Could you check this out for me please and cancel this. Thanks

back on my hater grind because found out that my service that was due on today was cancelled by @OpenreachHelp due to a B2B validation failure. Didnt tell me it just @bt_uk . Openreach I want an explanation because I am really not pleased with that (BT you're fine)

  • ClareMWilkins Clare Wilkins (@ClareMWilkins) reported

Day 24 of no service @bt_uk executive complaints team due to call within 24 hours. Tick tock @OpenreachHelp skilled engineers nowhere to be seen with next update from them expected on day 28. A month after fault reported. Jaw dropping incompetence

  • ms_aribeth 𝘼𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙝 (@ms_aribeth) reported

@virginmedia Hey @bt_uk do you fancy a new Customer what do you have to offer, I currently pay £27 a month for 125mbps fibre from Virgin, could you match them, if so i’d happily consider jumping ship

  • kiritmagic the_magician (@kiritmagic) reported

@bt_uk Too little too late... @SwishFibre are 90 times better in terms if download speed. Their engineers are part of their company and not outsourced to @BTSopenreach. They were in fact ex BT employees and knew how poor the company was and therefore left.

  • Wayne57171415 Wayne (@Wayne57171415) reported

@markroper23 @bt_uk Ours too a week of inconsistant supply down 24hrs then working 1/2 a day now down again since midnight

  • FreakyPatty Patricia Young (@FreakyPatty) reported

@bt_uk I just spoken to customer services who were initially shocked but on looking into it, they say it’s an area wide outage caused by damage to one of the exchange boxes when upgrading the network. A very big job 😒

  • stinkyman74 stinky man (@stinkyman74) reported

And then a @btbusinesscare employee send me an email with a different customer’s address details in and none of the information I requested. Seriously, WTH?
