Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@Plusnet I did that 3 days ago. Was told there was nothing you could see at your end and it's a @btsport issue. Funny cos when I spoke to BT they said it was a @Plusnet issue. Closer inspection BT discovered it was a known serious incident and said they were working on it.

@bt_uk the wind has caused our phone line to snap at the pole because of tree branches so I have no Internet or landline calls. Can anything be done to give me service or credit my bill as I have no usage till you've fixed it?
