@bt_uk Hi, have paid £25 for BT Sport (via app/TV) but it's telling me I have no active subscription on my account. My homepage has the code [100_07]. Am currently on hold with a 30 min+ wait expected. KO is 8pm in the CL game I want to watch, any idea what the issue is? Thanks

@bt_uk Have been trying to buy the BT Sport pass all day, but just get error message when I try to pay.. Web page states - 'Aware of error, fix in progress' or words to that effect. Pretty poor show, doesn't fill me with confidence that this will be a smooth process. Not happy.

@bt_uk now ending 2nd week with no phone or broadband. On your website the ‘fix’ date has been moved 3x right with no consultation & 1hr on hold (so far) to talk to customer service. Is this a professional service ? What on earth are you doing? Utterly shoddy. ST
