@bt_uk .. in the end, she cut the chat as she couldn't be bothered to help me and now I'm waiting on the phone (along with 1000's of other unhappy customers no doubt).. another 2 hours of my life spent trying to resolve BT's rubbish customer service issues

@bt_uk No thanks, I don’t think there’ll be much you can do. If Lynette in your CEO #PhilipJansen @BT_UK Executive Customer Resolution Team can’t sort it - she has all my details and couldn’t resolve it other than to say ‘phones are in the post’(which they have been for 2 weeks now!)

@bt_uk hi, so a while ago I asked when we first moved in for the port to be upstairs. However this was not done - I then contacted again asking for this and after 3 attempts none of the engineers said they had ladders? And it was never followed up.
