1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@bt_uk Did that already. No reply. Got answer on phone after 22 mins. V helpful lady fixed problem. But that was the only good part of the service. Response on Twitter was poor.

It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

@bt_uk Theoretically we Should have our number returned by close of play today. After a month of chaos and 5 failed attempts guess what? My confidence level? About 3%. Digital voice so a disaster for us. Most of the phones don’t reach half the house. No signal. GREAT.

@bt_uk Mums landline down for 24 hours. Texted the 61998 ... got fault ref. Login to bt to check status. 'You have no faults logged' ....tried online troubleshooter ..which only looks at broadband. Mum is 75 ...any chance of some focus please ?

@bt_uk we’ve had issues for over 3 months and Open reach engineers apparently have fixed the issue 4 times. They are constantly on strike and we are having to rely on data to operate a business. Shocking!

@bt_uk hey there, I’ve recently had an engineer come over to see what the problem was with the router. He mentioned something wrong with the “two twin” as my router only flashes purple? The engineer said for us to get a new router, would getting a new router work?

@BTCare Yet again my BT landline is not working. This time there's a broken dial tone and I can't make outgoing calls. Yesterday i could make calls but nobody could hear me. Last month for 10 days I couldn't make calls or receive calls. It's just SO frustrating.

Hey @bt_uk my Dad seems to have a problem with his landline, so I gave him the number 0800 800 150 to call from his mobile. Apparently this just cuts out and tells him to text the problem. He doesn’t text, how can he speak to you?
