1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

Maybe @btsport and @SkySports could refuse to ‘buy’ the rights for the ESL. Obviously they won’t as they are as much driven by money as the clubs involved. Despite saying they ‘feel for the real fans’. Yet they are one of the main problems.

The speed I’ve been told I’m getting over the phone isn’t what I’m receiving. I was paying for less with my previous provider and never had this problem @bt_uk. 3 engineers later and still having issues. #thegrassisntalwaysgreenerontheotherside
