    @bt_uk Hi Martin. I’m sick of trying to get in touch with your team to receive no help. Been provided a poor service and offered no help other than to pay to increase my package or pay £100 for a disk. Will be switching providers once our contract is over.

    @bt_uk very disappointed with the updated tv package only use it to watch rugby since you’ve dropped Alibi now/sky are a waste of time if I wanted them I would of subscribed to them. Also lost Eurosport so had to subscribe to that for cycling poor value

    @bt_uk @EE Absolutely terrible service. Can’t get BT hooked up to the end of March, keeps getting pushed back and the mini hub that was sent keeps cutting out and is so slow. 77 hours for a 1GB update? Absolute joke.

    @KiteySarah @bt_uk @flocktoewe Has your landline been down again as well in past few days? This morning's engineer said my problem stemmed yet again (14th time!!) from the trench Openreach themselves dug to install fibreoptic cable down our lane 🙄

    I pay for @btsport and @primevideouk and still can’t (legally) watch half it the @LFC games. Night as well cancel BT Sport. It’s the only reason I bought it 🤔

    @btbusinesscare My business has been seriously impacted by the phone line that BT decided to move from an office to halfway down a corridor on the ceiling. This wasn’t even the phone line they were supposed to be working on. My staff have to climb a ladder to take orders over the phone.
