@bt_uk Hello! I know yr a social media rep & this absolutely isn't your fault, but we've had many engineers round, many missed appointments, & generally terrible CS. Going to wait for the contract to end so we can sign up with a more reliable provider, like homing pigeons or a big flag

@bt_uk hi there, any known internet issues in Manchester this afternoon? Tried to use the online checker but page won't even load to use it. Internet speed is reporting back as reasonably fine but sites just aren't loading. Even twitter has a noticeable delay. Ta.

@bt_uk Tried them steps, we are abit limited to moving the box as we have the white box installed in the house I have had issues for a long time but when I ring about the issue I just get told nothing can be done

Day 7 without broadband. Today I got an email asking me to return my BT TV equipment. You know, the one I can't use without broadband! I asked the service to be paused while this is resolved not cancelled (yet). Thanks @bt_uk !

I really miss the Brazilian internet. The @bt_uk set up my internet 2 days ago and I’m without internet now. The estimate fix date is April’s 4th. Horrible service!

@bt_uk I will opt out, but would it not be easier and cheaper if you advertised the book for people to request? Have you even done any research to see how many people use these printed books any more? As for older people, with poor eyesight, using them, the font size is very small.
