4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk your sport app is not working on the PS5, I get a minute of live then it stops and I get error code VC019. Nothing wrong with my broadband, have reinstalled the app several times.

@bt_uk Account GB12797265. I am now waiting a response from a complaint raised. I have been told the outcome verbally and I will be writing to the ombudsman as I am being charged more for the same service( when I get it) and not offered a cheaper offer that you only give to new users.
