4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk All BT will say is "It's not us it's @WeAreOpenreach" and as I cannot speak to Openreach because their dainty little heads might explode if they have to deal with a customer, I'm rather stuck with "Go away we will do it sometime before the end of days, peasant" thats how it feels

@MansionBet @FootyAccums @btsport is the worst thing to happen to football in this country. Even Sky didn't actively take football away from the people. When they had European football, you could still watch it on ITV.

@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare I signed a new contract in July - BT still haven’t fulfilled the order. I pay my bill on time. I am patient - calling and holding, explaining, waiting for responses - which will ‘definitely be today’ but never are…and now I have received a cease order

@matthayesthfc @btsport People may disagree with this but I think our problems started before the UCL final. A lot of our performances were below par and our games were becoming frustrating to watch. I think the decline started early 2018, and we were very fortunate to get to the final.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach "Update on the order I placed back in June to have my service moved to my new address is now 20th of December which will most likely not happen and then its Xmas and New years so no internet till at least January is my prediction"

@bt_uk Hi James, no I used the BT live chat in the end and they were great at getting another @WeAreOpenreach engineer out promptly. The problem is all I get told is “ There is no fault on the line” but occasionally there is when the engineers are testing but it then disappears.

Really not sure why @btsport (or whoever is controlling the pictures) are replaying that leg-breaker over and over again in slow motion… once was more than enough, thanks #UCL #ShakhtarInter
