@bt_uk BT engineer was up the telephone pole in our street an hour ago and our wifi has been down since. Do us a favour and send him back please so he can fix whatever he’s broken, trying to WFH here 😞

3 visits from BT engineers, & they still cannot provide the broadband service for which we pay a not insignificant sum. However, @BTGroup @bt_uk is very keen to offer me fibre optic. “We cannot get your Corsa to work. Please buy a Porsche 911 at huge cost due to our failure.” 🤦

You know, this time last year I had problems with my @bt_uk broadband for 6 months! In those months we had 6 engineers come out and one new router and another I bought myself. In the end it wasn't BT who fixed it, it was me. By looking for the fault instead of blaming my HDD.

@dysartes @bt_uk Yup! The issue is nuts. we moved during the pandemic in 2020. We had a delay in our move date but they cut us off (& the owners of the new house) anyway. So I rang up and threw toys at them.. but In order to get back connected (via 4g) so I could work, they needed a 2nd acc. 1/2

@bt_uk we have signed up for super fast WiFi! The engineer has come out today fitted all the cables then realised we haven’t got the hub and said it’s ok you’ll have you’re old WiFi. FF 2 hrs guess what “ NO WIFI “ No engineers available over weekend disgusting service !!!!!!!!!!

@btsport it usually takes 3 or 4 attempts to log in to your abysmal phone app before it recognises I have an account. Tonight it's been 18 minutes and it still is not working. When will you fix your app?
