@bt_uk Yet more appalling service. 10 days on, no internet connection. NO COMMUNICATION. The lies are horrendous. Told that an engineer is booked, call up to check what time the engineer is booked for, told no engineer is booked on the system. WHEN WILL I GET INTERNET CONNECTION!?

@BTCare never really resolving my internet strength probs, me buying a booster the family complaining of the lack of signal + a frequency the final straw for me trying to work from home with the 💩 signal. How far from the router? One 🤚on keyboard one on router, that close.

@bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.
