@bt_uk It's happened again! Expedited call from @BTOpenreach1 engineer today. Same problem with exchange. Issue been known about since 26 October. 3rd eng visit, plus two no shows (=5) and we're still not connected - first promised on 24 Oct. PLEASE, HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN!!!

@bt_uk Hi. My broadband should have been upgraded today. Your expert tech person arrived on time to install but I still haven't received the new router etc. The phone line has been switched off so now I have no phones until I can get upgraded. What a to-do! Please help.

@bt_uk worst service I’ve experienced with a company. I’ve spent over a month being passed between departments and promised multiple callbacks from managers. Over 6 hours of calls explaining the same thing over and over again and still no closer to resolving the issue. #useless

@bt_uk The service with EE but we’ve been told that it’s a BT phone line therefore they’re the ones that will be fixing it as it’s an external fault. We’ve been told nearly every day since last week that an engineer would be out but they keep postponing to the next day.

@bt_uk Hi BT. We've upgraded to full fibre with you and you're asking us to send over working hubs for the same models. This seems like a massive waste of time, money and is bad for the environment with unnecessary deliveries. It makes sense to not replace working tech surely?

@bt_uk - agreed a new contract on 21st November and yet weirdly come the next bill you ignore this and my charges. Past 14 day cooling off too. So basically your ripping me off - and btw your app is **** if your being ripped off
