4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@ChrisPJGodfrey My thoughts exactly, its rich talking about money and bad owners when they have taken money from them. £100 a month for BTSport and Sky to watch games is crazy, not to mention the proposed £14.99 per a game

And people ***** about Spectrum, but at least they've always respected me enough to call if something happened and they couldn't make it.
