    4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

    @bt_uk Funny you mentioned the older generation. My 83 year old mother recently renewed her broadband package and has today received a box of stuff labelled Digital Voice Service. She is now panicking because she didn’t order it and knows nothing about it! Helpline just cuts her off. 🤯
