4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk In typical BT fashion 1st box didn’t work second box due to be delivered on Monday this week didn’t show called told sorry delay will receive this Friday its now Saturday still no box. Not surprised at all continues to support years of inept service I would laugh but I pay for it

It’s ok @bt_uk after spending the money on the broadband extenders I didn’t really expect it to work. No signal on the box still. That’s a whole month with no TV packages
