@bt_uk I recently purchased a MyCloud Home to run as a Plex server and it keeps dropping in and out constantly. I’m trying to establish whether it’s the NAS or the BT device causing the problem. Thanks.

@bt_uk I need urgent help with my 89 yr old grandads landline which has been down since 07/09. Despite several assurances that your engineers are working on it & it would be fixed by 6pm today, hes still without a phone. This is unacceptable and could be dangerous. Please advise.
