@bt_uk So Monday 6.13 pm nothing from my BT Case worker since Wednesday last week ring you tomorrow he said now Monday it has gone to highest level of complaints so no update for me the customer who has been waiting 5 months 2 weeks for internet the whole road has internet not me

Extremely disappointed with @bt_uk Ordered broadband 3 months ago, called up numerous times and all i get is don't call back we will call you in 5 days. 3 months on and still waiting for that call. shockingly poor, no one knows whats going on, think its time to find a new isp

Once again I’ve been ‘Paula’d’ on a @MicrosoftTeams meeting @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk please may we have a decent, reliable broadband service to ALL parts of NE67 5? Our Parish Council would often get on better with tin cans on strings or just shouting out of our windows.

@bt_uk No other issues and on the console when I do the test I hit about 118mbs and around the same on xbox but xbox shows I lose about 1/2% packet loss
