@bt_uk worst broadband provider, have no connectivity since Thursday last week, they tell me no engineer will be sent unless I accept £80 charge and when they finally agree to send engineer out, guess what no one turns up. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. @Offcom @BBCWatchdog

@btbusinesscare hi one of my business mailboxes is down. I spoke to tier 2 support earlier but no joy. It’s our main enquiries mailbox so it’s vital that we get back up and running ASAP. I am currently on hold not getting through to anyone for over 15 minutes. Please help.

Just tried phoning @bt_uk re a TV issue (caused by them giving me incorrect info). 45 mins & I didn't even get answered. So, despite assurances from 2 of their advisors, I remain without channels. Not huge, relatively, but poor from them.

@bt_uk another engineer today who did nothing and closed the job. We pay for high speed and get constant drop outs. Even the engineer said BT won’t spend the money. 18 months of poor service while we all struggle to work from home!
