    @bt_uk My broadband has been down since yesterday evening. And there is no connection at all. My earliest appoinment is due on this Wednesday. As I read on your website, I am eligible to get compensation if its not working for more than two days. Can you please clarify this? Thank you

    @bt_uk I've now been set up as a new customer AGAIN and have to wait until 11 July to have internet, and will that work. I've been charged £20 for a credit check, and I paid £29.99 last month for no internet and an EE mini hub that is useless. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

    @bt_uk I'm already back in the UK - the point was you charging £10 for 1MB of data is a complete disgrace, particularly highlighted by you charging £6 for 500MB add ons. I'll be cancelling my contract as soon as I'm able to. Never had charges like this with other providers @MartinSLewis
