@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk WiFi, cannot connect with an ethernet cable. Speed test comes back at 48mbps and no issues streaming in 4K on any other app

@btsport if I’m gonna have to sit through the second half of this Chelsea match could you at least fix your PS4 app so it doesn’t crash every 2 minutes please 👍🏻👍🏻 missed the goal and the red card because it crashed 🙄
