    4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    @bt_uk I also requested a copy of the transcript which I haven’t received. Is BT deliberately avoiding helping me in anyway! Apparently to move my wife box you’re gonna charge me £150 for the privilege though I never asked for it to be where it is now

    Day wasted sat around waiting for a @BT_UK engineer to not show up after booking an order on the 12th, and now showing soonest available slot is November 5th. Really doesn’t fill me with much confidence about how their service is going to be…

    @bt_uk I did. Spoke to a lovely man who re contracted me but after I realised I’d lost 4k subscription. Price already increased and get 4k back would’ve cost more again so had to cancel all changes
