@bt_uk how do I speak with a person please? My 95 year old mum phone line isn’t working. She relies on the phoneline for emergency helpline, if she were to fall etc. There appears to be a wire hanging down from the pole outside her house. Am stuck with your automated system

@bt_uk Are there problems in the BT22 area? My internet is becoming more intermittent. I've seen Openreach lads up lampposts. Your service at the moment is pretty awful. It's not what the girl who sold it to me said it would be!

So I placed three orders last year with @bt_uk and never had my fibre delivered. Placed order last night with #Sky and today Engineer from @WeAreOpenreach arrived to connect fibre. So don’t wait for @bt_uk get another supplier to improve access so your children can study online!

@bt_uk I was being a bit facetious there - I'm pretty sure I know who/what is connected to my network :) It's not a Wi-Fi problem it's the VDSL connection between my modem/router/hub that is being disconnected. "Uptime" is currently 22 Hours 58 Minutes & I'm keeping my eyes on it.
