@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

6 days and still no internet. Bill paid on Sunday. Got covid so Me & mrs are WFH and the 3 kids can’t even get Netflix on. Rang numerous times and just fobbed off. @bt_uk are the worst internet providers in the UK. Get Virgin. It’s cheaper, faster and they have customer service🖕🏼

@bt_uk no chance. Not sure how you can help tbf. If your competitors can turn internet back on in seconds why does it take you guys 5 days? It’s actually day 6 now so that 5 day rule doesn’t really apply.

@bt_uk We have a mini hub, the whole village wifi is down and people are being told 2 days to activate the mini hub, if they can even get through to speak to anyone.

@bt_uk why does your online chat ask for a landline number when I’m just a broadband only customer? You don’t call back and our internet has been dropping for over a week. Engineer said no fault but the day before “our internet dropped 52 times”.
