    @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    @bt_uk Thanks, can't find how to PM (guessing that means personal message?) Account number is GB04890189 Apps crash while in use and while loading, constantly switching box off and on again, unplugging routers etc and still doesn't fix it. A lot of money each month for a poor service.

    @bt_uk - tweeting as 5 months saga incorrect billing to 80yr old parents still ongoing. This month - 3 emails to customer resolution teams and DMs to you have yielded no removal of erroneous and stressful £302 charge. Public request - please actually sort asap.
