  @bt_uk I left BT for many reasons and paid up to get out of contract. Awful company awful customer service and yet still send messages as if they are best on planet. Went to utility warehouse superb Internet and they know how to treat customers with respect.

  Can @bt_uk actually managage to get around to fix my Internet today 1 appt not followed thru 1 appt cancelled apparently by me (it wasn't), the same day I made it Another appt made for today 2 months of problems and no Internet for a week. I am not happy #badservice #nothappy
