@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

I've been a customer with @bt_uk for years. Broadband connection issues have become more frequent despite BT putting their prices up. Once again today there is another fault. Once again to do my job I'm forced to connect over mobile data. No more. I'll be switching providers.

@bt_uk Again my bband is dropping in and out and speed is so slow. I wfh 2 mornings a week. My landline is crackling it is only used my my elderly parents to contact me, dad is needy atm as mum in hospital, he rings I can barely hear him. Gets resolved & reoccurs approx evry 8 weeks.
