@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

So @WeAreOpenreach told me they've no plans to install fibre for my flat. My @bt_uk internet is so incredibly slow. Worse than dial-up and impossible to work from home well. My flats were previously offices. Other buildings on my road have fibre. It has to be better than this?

@bt_uk your customer services absolutely shocking. Haven't had internet at one of my properties for almost a month and everytime I make an appointment for an engineer you guys cancel it or else don't provide any notification. Not to mention your staff hanging up. Rubbish
