@BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

Good luck for the rest of the season @LFC, cant watch anymore ridiculous, almost mind blowingly poor VAR interceptions. Surely it should be dealt with, watching the great game, is no longer making me excited, so this said, I will be losing my @btsport sub.

@creativesheepuk @btsport My credentials are the same for both. But if you're a BT customer with another BT product you'll still be able to login on the web, but maybe not in the sport app if you dn't have Sport enabled. If sport is provisioned you'll use same credentials

@bt_uk Avoid BT's Fibre Optic Smart Hub2. Since June 2020 NO broadband. Been using my own data. Received BT Mini Hub in Oct (they didnt even offer this in June). Every week they disconnect it 4 non payment, even though they promised us all payments are halted until issue resolved

@bt_uk Our BT box is terribly prone to glitches, pauses and poor resolution. Find it easier to watch things through Xbox (both running through same bt wifi router set-up).
