@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk He's paid his bill over the phone (about an hour ago) but he still can't log into email. When trying via Webmail it just loops back to log in again with no error message. The password is fine as I can log into MyBT using the same credentials without issue. Any ideas?

So it’s been 3 months since BT confirmed i’d get connected to my fibre broadband. They say it’s an open reach problem and could take until September. Absolute shambles! Don’t get me started on open reach and their engineers 😡😡 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp

@bt_uk when calling 0800800150 to report fault your default is to send a text that has to be responded to by text. You use a premium rate number that is blocked on my service. What number can I use to speak to someone to get round this. Why does it cost customers to fix a fault?
