@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

God, being a @bt_uk customer is such a miserable experience. They pushed an upgrade on me, then started demanding the old kit get returned to them. I sent it 17 days ago. Today they’re saying they didn’t get it and are adding £132 to next month’s bill.

@skytv just wondering why as a long serving customer the price of my package has gone from £100 to £145 in 18 months. I spoke to a team member of Sky, they could get to £142 A new customer same package £117PM, @bt_uk same package £108PM You talk about loyalty….there is none!
