@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk I have a reference which I was given on Sunday for the engineer to come yesterday. This is the issue I’m having. I’m been told it’s been booked and logged get a reference number and then get told nothing was on the system only the new one.

@bt_uk Thanks Steph! I notice some work has been done on this. :D However it seems the search method has been changed, now returning many more results than it did before, making the service almost unusable, and some cases returning an error (too many results to display). (1/2)

@bt_uk so my mother has a BT phone line and we are looking at getting BT internet to replace @virginmedia (stupid expensive) as existing BT phone line customers are they classes as new customers for the internet package deals?

@bt_uk I need some assistance I have the full fiber and it hasn't been working since the Tuesday 20th i originally thought it was a landline issue but the person fixed the landline but the little box still has a red light where it says LOS.

@bt_uk your service to date for a new customer is appalling! Ordered full fibre in March with an installation date of mid May, we are now almost at the end of July and I still do not have full fibre! Another appointment today and yet again no engineer!
