@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Hi @bt_uk, hoping you can help with my broadband speed, for almost 2 weeks we’ve had awful broadband speed, whenever we test the speed it says 20-30mbps, but if I try to use it, it’s running at 3mbps, tried to use your live chat but it’s busy every time

@bt_uk At the moment we've got fibre broadband that we're told only reaches up to 3km from the ***. we are 4km away. Our Internet is slow, often doesn't work especially during the night. We've been told to downgrade to adsl but BT say this doesn't exist.

I was told that they would buy me out of my remaining contract with sky but here I am £51 down and in my overdraft because @bt_uk only informed sky about the broadband takeover, not the TV. Apparently that’s down to me but I was not informed.

Ok @bt_uk I need an update on the fix the my broadband issue. Saying it’ll be done by Thursday (or before) is too vague and I need to make alternate arrangements.

I take it back. Neither working now. @bt_uk home hub appears to be green ring of death ing now. Never seems to get past sitting on green after a reboot.

@bt_uk OK but 1) my file is wav not mp3 2) why are audio files blocked? It's my content. 3) why is this not explicitly stated in the article on sharing? 4) I've no official Bt statement that this is the issue. Like others , I wasted time on this foolishness. I expect better from BT

@bt_uk Hi around 2 weeks ago I had an issue with my broadband and they arranged for an engineer to visit today the 28th, but since then I received a call and text from Bt to say the issue is fixed everything seems OK can you please cancel the visit ?
