@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@Ofcom #dontbother my digital voice and broadband from @bt_uk has been out of service and continues to be out of service for over 2 weeks now It’s a disgrace that @WeAreOpenreach can’t resolve a fault quicker, and provide a fix date. At the minute I have no fix date

@bt_uk I’ve taken the day off work to sort the mess out your call centre con artist has caused. I’ll be phoning direct but apparently @bt can sign someone up to an ee contract they didn’t want but you can’t call bt to cancel it.

@bt_uk Will see what it’s like in the morning… if it’s back up to 50Mbps sustained, then I’m afraid I’ll stand by my assessment that the internet service was degraded, not the line capacity/capability not the WiFi.
