@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Getting so fed up with BTTV @bt_uk, try to watch things and get the same pathetic message about BT box and broadband hub but yet had no issues watching apps, from the BT Box

@bt_uk Internet is that slow I crnt stream anything, Netflix, amazing ect, even on my phone it just freezes every 8 seconds while it buffers, been like this on and off for weeks, tried on the phone and on chat to get some help but nothing they ever did worked and just got fobbed off

@btsport Hi, whilst watching live football on BT Sport on the app on a Samsung TV there is a significant delay, up to a minute or two. Can you please fix this to make it as close to live footage as possible.

@pigsonthewing @bt_uk I used to work for BT pay phones in the 90’s. Broken glass could be reported anytime and We were often called out 24/7 to make it safe. Public Liability & risk of injury to public the main reason. Modern BT is unfit for purpose.
