@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk hey guys how do I go with switching to your full fiber without the landline rental? Your customer service told me that it not possible but why do I have to pay for landline rental when I get full fibre which is independent of phone line?

Just spent £+++ on IT Support only to be told the problem is not my PC but with @BT_UK. The system has decided on delete all my Sent Mail and Trash box 3 times recently, including yesterday evening while I was watching tv. 🤬Anyone else had this problem? Help 🙏

@holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺
