@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@btbusinesscare business broadband down 4th Aug - app noted fix by 6th, then 7th, then 8th, then 11th, then 13th now its the 18th!!! Will this nightmare every end… total crap service and will cancelling as soon as fixed - openreach are to blame as its a service issue

@btbusinesscare They're not fixed. Still no land line for 3 months. How can a system work perfectly well for over a year then just stop. Your customer service is as useful as a chocolate teapot.
