@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk Hi. I’ve been tracking my order (after a whole week of delay). It has still not been dispatched despite being promised it would arrive by Tuesday and what’s worse is the agent I contacted last week has now changed the delivery address! Can somebody please help me out here?

@btbusinesscare What a waste of time. 'Customer Care' person just disconnected - he texted two PINS which he said were 'wrong', and I didn't receive an email with another from him. Then told me he'd have to disconnect, and left a message (I have a screenshot) which advised me to try BT Chat.
