@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

1) My internet is broken AGAIN. I've been having problems since the start of September, called regularly to ask for help in fixing it, and nothing has worked. I've had 3 engineers out now, none of whom seemed to actually believe me, and another didn't even show up! @BTCare

@EE @btsport I pay to have the BT Sport app available to play on a large screen. That would be great if your app didn’t keep on crashing and kicking me off! Sky’s app no issues with. Why is it so hard for yours??????????

@bt_uk just got my bill. No rebate for slow broadband, but a charge for the engineer booked in by YOUR engineer!! Is the broadband better? NO! IT’S WORSE!! Will I renew my contract? OF COURSE NOT!!
