@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk been a broadband customer for 18+yrs my contract is due to end, just wondering if there would be any contact from yourselves to reward such loyalty? Looking around there are better deals, with cost of living going up constantly might be time to try as I don’t feel valued

4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk paid for 5 days wifi access and when i try to log in it tells me the details are wrong..but i even screenshotted the details before i submitted them in case this happened..when i ask for password reset etc i dont receive a text. Help?
