You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

And my account is listed as a business account - I have tried in vain to get this sorted with you and I thought you had, but it appears not...... Please can you help get this fixed

I switch to @Plusnet under a recommendation from a friend, a week into a new service, avg of 20Mbps and high ping for the past day or 2. Sort your 💩

Roger Furness (@rogerafurness) reported@bt_uk Speedtest is good and within limits for connection speed. All WiFi devices struggling to consistently connect with poor WiFi speed, never had any problems before. Please remote check hub for problems. Hub has been reset with no change.
