4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@AliceHoylePSHE @bt_uk We had issues when we moved as BT promised we could keep number, but apparently moving from copper to fibre we can’t (with BT). Now trapped with them as can’t get another provider due the exchange. Appealing company.

@hayleykinssx @bt_uk I’d argue they’ve breached your agreement & they’ve failed to rectify it timely despite given the opportunity and on that basis should agree to terminate the contract. I’ve got the email address for the BT CEO if you drop a direct email they reply very quickly & get things moving

@btbusinesscare I have the Iphone SE 2020, on the front screen it shows wifi also bars for mobile signal but not ay 3g or 4g sign etc and cannot connectto internet via data as its says not connected to internet

@bt_uk are you aware of issues in Widnes? 0151 area code no phone, no internet, BT website has no useful information and reporting fault system just asking me to wait while checks line for about 20min, still no results after refreshing.
