@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk been a broadband customer for 18+yrs my contract is due to end, just wondering if there would be any contact from yourselves to reward such loyalty? Looking around there are better deals, with cost of living going up constantly might be time to try as I don’t feel valued

@btbusinesscare The matter has been investigated. And the upshot was “live with it”. Not a response a business customer wants to hear. I am sure business customers would want to know what BT are doing to rectify the issue. BT know their hardware can’t deliver the contracted speeds.

@bt_uk Hi we didn’t get as far as that, they identified as BT and I told them we were part of the telephone preference service and they put the phone down. We don’t have an account with you so suspect it was spam unless you have started cold calling non customers?
