@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk Just wanted to add that there is clearly a fault. Was told twice there wasn't, but everyone in the area has no internet. Hopefully it gets sorted as I've had to take emergency holiday as I can't work.

@bt_uk after over 3 MONTHS wait for BT to install my wifi, took time off work yesterday as engineers were supposed to be coming and nobody turned up. Can't work from home either as useless mini hub is not strong enough signal. No follow up to my complaints. VOL013-70675900470

@JNRaeside @bt_uk You may guess what I think of @bt_uk customer services from the fact that they tried to aggressively upsell packages to my recently bereaved mum when she told them repeatedly she just wanted them to take my dad's name off the account.
