@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk Useless customer support and install! Live chat clearly want rid of you rather than sort problems. Two lots of broken routers, two months of no internet, exposed wires on install, cables left in back garden.... Just as well I have kept my virgin connection 🤬

  • Sandanista Bob P @BobPitman@toot.community (@Sandanista) reported

@bt_uk Home hub has been dropping random devices over last 4 or 5 wks but never just acting like firewall blocking just some random websites! We've had to restart it several times recently as loses connections to net or devices... just not this odd some websites not others thing! 2/2

  • Sandanista Bob P @BobPitman@toot.community (@Sandanista) reported

@bt_uk Sometimes it seems to sleep for 5 or 25 mins then comes back... other times all devices seem to react the same as if internet speed is being throttled and all devices (inc the internet tv get glitchy & pixilated/slow/sound & picture out of sync. 3/3

  • VapesBlazin Blazin_Vapes75 (@VapesBlazin) reported

@bt_uk Wow your live chat support staff are useless 👎

  • ClareMWilkins Clare Wilkins (@ClareMWilkins) reported

In a competitive market @bt_uk good customer service is king. This is my sixth day without telephone or broadband. My third cancelled engineer appointment - 2 no shows 1 cancelled mid time slot. Disrupted service payment does not cover wasted annual leave and work lost for two

  • ClareMWilkins Clare Wilkins (@ClareMWilkins) reported

@bt_uk The last we heard was they would now come tomorrow morning. Not sure if I believe them There is never a reason given for them not turning up which is just plain rude. I’m not sure if it is openreaches fault or BTs but the end result is the same
