@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@btsport your app keeps lagging out on my telly.. do you understand how frustrating it is trying to watch your team with lag.. before you say it must be your internet you are my provider so that’s also a you problem. we are supposed to be on the hybrid broadband but there’s no 5G

Hey @btsport, why have you removed support for the windows app which worked faultlessly and forced people to use streaming via the website which is constantly lagging and buffering. It's rubbish to say the least

@btsportfootball @btsport Please can you explain why when @btsport has invested so much in the coverage of the champions league the quality of the picture on BT Sport 3 is just awful. It keeps pixelating which doesn’t inspire confidence. I wonder if I will receive an answer?

@mearzyy @bt_uk That’s absolutely appalling customer service and general behaviour from BT But tbh it’s BT, that is the standard or norm with BT they are straight up awful and provide no help with your situation and try to weasel you at any opportunity
