@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk No signal at all, it's beyond the joke now, the wife keeps ringing every other day as no one ever calls her back. Disgusting from a company your size. Just found out today we are still being charged for the old address and instalation at the new one will be at least another 2 wks
