4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

Quite disappointed to read that @btsport UHD will now not be available on Sky this weekend as originally planned. Hopefully the technical issues they have reported can be sorted out quickly and it can launch very soon.

Hi @btbusinesscare, there was a power cut on my street the other day and ever since we keep experiencing dropouts on our leased line (on all devices, wired/wi-fi) that last a few seconds but happen every few mins. Could you please advise me how to fix this/look into it for me?

Britain is guilty of crimes just like Qatar or Saudi we support/fund Saudi and isreal who commit war crimes- don’t limit it to football. @bt_uk Hi, there's an issue with your Pro TV box. If you're watching a terrestrial HD channel like BBC 1 HD and there is signal loss, when the picture comes back on it plays very jerky. You have to change channel then back for it to be fixed. Everything else is brilliant.

@bt_uk Why is it taking over a week and counting to come fix our internet, contractors knocked our broadband out at the pole and you seem to be in no rush to send anyone out. Took 5 minutes to **** it up and over a week to come fix it.

@girl_tinder @bt_uk You should be able to terminate the contract, according to ofcom "If you want to change provider before the end of your minimum contract period, you might have to pay early termination charges (unless you're not getting the speeds you were promised). "
