    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt_uk a quick query - Joined BT in July, brand new phone number (never given out as never used) - Why do I keep getting strange phone calls, none of which are for me!

    So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

    @btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

    @bt_uk Hey BT, so I’m on the phone to your call centre about changing my package. And my account is listed as a business account - I have tried in vain to get this sorted with you and I thought you had, but it appears not...... Please can you help get this fixed

    @bt_uk @mrlondon_ncb I spotted a BT engineer in Darlington this morning. Does that help since you don't seem to know where they are or what works are planned? There was one in Middlesbrough yesterday. Not sure if it was the same one.

    @bt_uk Hi, is there a BT outage in the Reading area? My broadband has been orange for nearly an hour, resetting it doesn't help. If there is, do you know when it will be fixed? Thanks.

    @bt_uk I’ve done the diagnostic check and it’s said the line from network to home is fine, and give me a little checklist via link. None of that helped so I typed advisor and no one can call because of times. Any other suggestions?
