@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk I’m glad there’s an automatic process for that, but I’d also like you to know this process is unbelievable customer unfriendly and off putting. I was given wrong information at multiple points over the past three weeks.

@bt_uk Hi. I was meant to have my equipment delivered yesterday ahead of my broadband/TV starting today. I was out at work all day and Parcelforce haven't posted a card through my door so I can't rearrange delivery or collection. Can you help?

@knight247 @bt_uk Bt have actually been the only ones to do things right my dude. Don't think it was even possible for bots to get through this. Captcha at the start of the the queue, unique codes for every customer, site didn't burn down. Best launch so far. Sorry you didn't get one mate.

@bt_uk Received a code... waited 1 hour in a queue... sold out. Have landline, broadband and 3 mobile phones with B.T. Surely customer loyalty should count for something. I know that I won't be the only one like this but it is still frustrating.

@btbusinesscare Absolutely disgusted with BT Business! Broadband services due to be cancelled in 4 days time yet they are demanding full payment for next quarter because its too difficult to issue a new bill!! We are a small company and there is a pandemic! Awful service BT!!!
