4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk Hey BT, so I’m on the phone to your call centre about changing my package. And my account is listed as a business account - I have tried in vain to get this sorted with you and I thought you had, but it appears not...... Please can you help get this fixed
-
Nick B (@TinBum73) reported from Spalding, England
@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk a quick query - Joined BT in July, brand new phone number (never given out as never used) - Why do I keep getting strange phone calls, none of which are for me!
-
Claire Wright (@crjjwright) reported from Boston, England
@bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

@OpenreachHelp Part 3 and @bt_uk with whom the order acknowledge this is a problem but say nothing they can do !!
-
The Memedalorian (@mxtthewpxrker) reported
The thing I love most about my @bt_uk broadband is its inconsistency. Jumping from 24 mbps to 2 mbps then up to 35 then back down to 500kbps. Paying for a minimum 45 mbps and getting anything but even with 2 mini discs!
-
B Social (@bSocialStrategy) reported
.@bt_uk it’s 1:30AM and I’m still up trying to get my work done. Why? Because the internet has been awful all evening. I’ve been trying to upload a 45 second video for the last two hours with no success. And I can’t go to sleep unless I meet my deadlines. This happens too often!

Cliff Milton (@CliffMilton) reported
@bt_uk How about fixing the internet issue in SL1 area
-
Daniel Cowan (@thedanielcowan) reported
Unacceptable service @bt_uk - no internet for 3 days and the engineer you sent to fix the issue at the exchange is a 3rd party contractor who can’t do that. We booked the morning off work for this monumental waste of time.

Xavier Sprocker (@2plus3times5) reported
@bt_uk @sarahlou24xxxxx That's a load of tosh... says there's no issues everywhere! Loads of people all over the county are without broadband.

Pedro La Barba (@PedroLaBarba) reported
@bt_uk Hi, Clare. How are you? I assume my tone came across as rude - I apologise unreservedly. I was aiming for flippant, not accusatory. Your team have been nothing but lovely (Laura & Aisling especially). That said, doesn't 18 days after our agreed moving date seem unreasonable?

Sinclair Day Acct (@SinclairDayAcct) reported
@systemforce @bt_uk No I get it, my parents do not use smartphones and won’t despite owning iPads. Certain generation will struggle and plus if there’s a lack of signal then the landlines are a saviour
-
System Force I.T. (@systemforce) reported
@SinclairDayAcct @bt_uk I do too, but for example - I know a family member who isn't keen on technology and never uses their phone, so they rely on a landline to make calls to doctors etc. However, technology has advanced that much, that there is no need for landlines, and Voice over IP is just better!
