@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@bt_uk been a broadband customer for 18+yrs my contract is due to end, just wondering if there would be any contact from yourselves to reward such loyalty? Looking around there are better deals, with cost of living going up constantly might be time to try as I don’t feel valued

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk In short, we're on a very low bandwidth contract at a high price, max of 10 down and 1 up for £30 a month. Another company is offering fibre now, but we can't move to them, we can't change our contract with you, we have been told (extremely rudely) that we're stuck.

@bt_uk Finally received a call, failed to fix fault and told it was the router so sent new router. This didn’t work so contacted BT again and as I said it was not the router. So an engineer has to come but first avail appt not until 15th! Not good.

My 88 yr old mother living in Kent reliant on personal alarm connected to her @bt_uk landline. BT landline has not been working for 2 mths, mother fell out of bed yesterday, unable to use the alarm due to landline not working. When will BT /@OpenreachHelp fix this?
