  @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

  4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

  @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

  I had at least 3 conversations with staff saying this wouldn't happen, but it happened anyway. Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

  @bt_uk It's happened again! Expedited call from @BTOpenreach1 engineer today. Same problem with exchange. Issue been known about since 26 October. 3rd eng visit, plus two no shows (=5) and we're still not connected - first promised on 24 Oct. PLEASE, HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN!!!

  @DjIamLucky @bt_uk Hope you get an answer because my WiFi went down shout 3 week ago and they're still not giving out sorting any interest in fixing it. So they do is ask you to "pop your details for DPA" and your forgotten about. Lost my job because they can't send a trained engineer for the job

  @btsportcricket Quality of btsport coverage of England women's 1st ODI in Antigua was insulting. Poor pictures maybe down to hosts but they need to fix the clueless commentary and laughable scoring. Tammy 'Bewmonts' ghost was a 3rd not out batter for most of the England innings

  @bt_uk Do you still have a live chat service? I need to downgrade my package but you can only UPgrade online (I wonder why). Can't find live chat. Prefer live chat to phone as you have a record of what was discussed.
