4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk Hey BT, so I’m on the phone to your call centre about changing my package. And my account is listed as a business account - I have tried in vain to get this sorted with you and I thought you had, but it appears not...... Please can you help get this fixed

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

@bt_uk Hi. Just been on the phone to you for 45 minutes when out of nowhere ‘There has been an error’ and the line is cut. Peoples’ livelihoods are dependent on you activating internet quickly and you can’t even answer your phone lines and the online chat service doesn’t work...

@bt_uk Yet today I was informed that I have to yet again wait for ooen reach to fix the issue. And that the fact this is endangering the safety of two vulnerable people. One a shielder and on 12 year old. Is apparently irrelevant. I have had tomadd an extra sim to my mobile account.

@bt_uk Dear Janet it appears I’ve reached as far as I can go trying to help the estate get some support from BT. I am a halo customer and receive my mini hub today (48hrs rather than 24) others who are on BT but not halo have been told tough. I have made countless calls trying to 1/2

Very poor service @bt_uk nearly 3 weeks after you put another number on my sim and you haven’t been able to give my phone number back to me. Promises of action and call backs but nothing. Very unhappy.
