@bt_uk 2. After speaking to you again, you agreed to keep it at the agreed price. A week later you are trying to renege on this and raise it by over £. I spoke to “Rajat” on chat, disgusting service. I have evidence of all of the chats, agreements made and lies by BT.

@bt_uk Ha ha. Lol. So you *downgrade* an HD signal because some customers aren’t bothered. And then charge the rest of us to watch it in HD? In 2022?

@UprightSpeedway @btsport I've got @btsport and they wanted another £45 per month to see Eurosport, which is only a few channels. Not value for money and already had friend cancel their contract. Have a excellent day and thanks for all the posts you put out. I really enjoy them

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@RB6K @Stevie_Fellows @btsport Thing is - they know all of that. Deep down, they know. But football being as tribal as it is means refusing to acknowledge your club is in the wrong, and then doubling down on it to an appalling degree. As Steve is doing.

I’ve run out of data twice in 3 days because of @bt_uk and I cannot believe that they’re really not gonna come fix my **** until the 4th of March . I’m literally losing £1000s a day because of you. there’s no way you can even compensate for that

@bt_uk i have been trying to ring 0800 783 1401 and 0800 800 150 since 8am to cancel my account but they are not working. I tried webchat but they just keep telling me to ring above numbers. I would like to give 30 days notice from today so I can move to cheaper deal elsewhere

@bt_uk Well, 3 months in, if we switch off the 5Ghz then we’re all gravy. Otherwise everything gets confused about what’s connected to what. Splitting the frequencies is equally annoying, so 2.4GHz it is for us until the next genius works out how to actually fix WiFi for good
