    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt_uk a quick query - Joined BT in July, brand new phone number (never given out as never used) - Why do I keep getting strange phone calls, none of which are for me!

    So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

    @btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    Just three months left on my @bt_uk contract, definitely think it’s time to try somebody new. WiFi is awful around the house. Need to start looking around #broadbandprovider

    @bt_uk what is up with your Internet tonight in Lincolnshire. Its been down more than up tonight and committed a mortal sin of cutting out mid @BBCTheArchers tonight. Add to that a 14 year old who lives online. I'm seriously annoyed with you tonight

    @bt_uk Hey BT, so I’m on the phone to your call centre about changing my package. And my account is listed as a business account - I have tried in vain to get this sorted with you and I thought you had, but it appears not...... Please can you help get this fixed

    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    @bt_uk once again my full fibre broadband isn’t delivering. Currently looking at 201.21mbps on a wired connection at 6ms ping. But when I look using @Speedtest app it is flying all over the place from under 10mbps to approx 500mbps, super unstable. I have the 900mbps package.

    @Kerryd12852211 @btbusinesscare @btconnect I received an email last night to say they're pulling the plug on POP email so rather than offer a more secure IMAP service they're forcing everyone to use an app or webmail. May work for some but not me so after 20+ years I need to migrate everything to another provider.

    @denkmit any actual details on this btsport merger thing? Are the @btsportmotogp team included? Can I cancel my £10 a month sub with bt for a £30 a year discovery+? All the details seem extremely vague online

    @bt_uk why do you book engineers on certain days, make people wait around all day from 7am till 6pm, give absolutely no communication during the day then don’t turn up, costing people money and wasted time.. another awful uncaring company!!!

    @bt_uk BT told me duct/dig work had been completed. A BT engineer has said it appears no such work has been done. Why does it need to wait till 29/3 for this to be looked in to? What is the point in customer service if you can't or won't do a single thing to help the customer?

    @bt_uk Keep s telling me my email and password not correct you sent me Email re my bill I read it then I couldn't get in.i changed my password it accepted then it wouldn't I have been a customer a long time and I am seriously ill.

    please be in between 1pm-6pm.. my poor kid hasn’t been out all day and still no one from @WeAreOpenreach has been??? But don’t worry you get £5 a day back from @bt_uk 😒 we’re currently on day 7.

    @bt_uk can you explain why your billing it’s ridiculously poor?! Trying to pay a bill online, it’s not showing up, it’s constantly asking to log in when we’re logged in and the app constantly saying error. My husband now going to lose his lunch break speaking to you!
