    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Hey BT, so I’m on the phone to your call centre about changing my package. And my account is listed as a business account - I have tried in vain to get this sorted with you and I thought you had, but it appears not...... Please can you help get this fixed

    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    @bt_uk a quick query - Joined BT in July, brand new phone number (never given out as never used) - Why do I keep getting strange phone calls, none of which are for me!

    @btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

    @bt_uk Created on: 17 May Complaint ref: VOL013-587562504305 A manager please call before 2pm today- this request from 2 days ago & still no call! I had a call to my landline from a call centre (not a manager) the line disconnected - ironic for BT! #stillwaiting

    @bt_uk you just don't get it, I pay for a service, a service that would have been available had YOUR PEOPLE not changed the system, now I have to rely on power too. your company must have known this BEFORE I renewed my contract but (like the government) Failed to disclose

    @bt_uk Digital Voice: Will my service work in a power cut? No, your Hub must have power for you to be able to make calls using our Digital Voice service. Hmm did I miss something, you just made my case for me

    @bt_uk I have a BT 4G hub using EE network and it's fine apart from the two sites I USED to use a lot - TED Talks and BBC iPlayer. Both won't play and now causes network loss. Come on @bt_uk, your technical team have known about this major problem for months. Fix it.

    @reaperreapzz @bt_uk The same, I’m in Buckinghamshire, got the same issue in the last hour. I just switched my hub off for few minutes and restarted, seems like problem solved.
