4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk what is up with your Internet tonight in Lincolnshire. Its been down more than up tonight and committed a mortal sin of cutting out mid @BBCTheArchers tonight. Add to that a 14 year old who lives online. I'm seriously annoyed with you tonight

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@bt_uk Hi ..Dodgy broadband & no landline for three days and been told nothing will happen till Thursday ..not just our house affected .. Can we obtain a rebate on our bill, paying for a service that is unavailable ? I will share yr response with my neighbours stay safe

@bt_uk see previous comments... the chat icon doesn't work. The phone number puts me through to a voice mail for a 3rd party claims handler. Oh well, it's the option I've tried to avoid. You only have to send an engineer out to fix the damage. Court it is then...

@My5_tv and @bt_uk sort out your streaming/broadband strength. Buffering, drop out, had to reload twice now. Adverts play fine, ironically. TV plugged directly into the hub. Poor from both of you.
