4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

Got a subscription to @btsport and it's been working fine for months. Now suddenly they are demanding that I log in and when I do so, I'm not recognised. Frustration and rage. My bloke missed the rugby after an exhausting day at the Farmers' Market and in the lambing shed. Bad.

@bt_uk after several promises our digital voice phone was getting sorted today: I'm really sorry about this Chris. To fix the Digital Voice issues our connection team removed the Digital Voice service on 29/3 & they now need to reorder it again !! 16 Jan this was planned for !

@bt_uk I have had an issue with my bt mini box for over a week now, promised a replacement. Still waiting 7 days later and nobody knows why ? Can you shed any light ?

@bt_uk The only thing for me Martin is when the Hub3 or WiFi6 routers will be available for us Halo2 900 user's as currently Hub2 is WiFi5 and at best half speed. But I have to say I've no issues with service or support.

@bt_uk They’ll send a text but then charge you. Shameful. I notified them yesterday about loss of service, but they replied this morning saying it’s fixed. It isn’t. Their digital/chatbot/made-up responses are shocking. Try finding someone to speak to! No chance. 3rd time in a year!

@bt_uk Another day passed and still don’t have the email with resolution… was promised I would have it last Thursday. Nobody on the phone can help. BT continue to overcharge.

@bt_uk This is ridiculous. It’s hard to log into Wi-Fi when broadband isn’t working and your site/details are so hard to find. I’ve raised this issue already but will NOT put acct details on here. Do u really expect me to, chatbot?

@bt_uk I was hoping to set the app up to watch the MotoGP race tomorrow since I won’t see it but it’s asking me to use my BT ID when I’ve got BT Sport through virgin media. Is there any way I can login using my virgin ID?
