@bt_uk This is useless, yet again the worst possible service from BT. Not a single person prepared to pick up the phone and try to help. This customer will be leaving BT at the earliest opportunity.

@bt_uk Hi, I've had an engineer out (Again) and been told that it will require another engineer to come back out to fix a line in. This is starting to get really frustrating as it's been nearly 2 months since I placed the original order. Please can someone get back to me?

@bt_uk An engineer has checked the line and we were told thats the best it will get. My issue is having to pay the cancellation fee when i am not getting the upload speed promised.

@bt_uk logged on to my account and saw message about renewing my broadband. You want 63.99 a month for fibre halo 1 and complete WiFi but the equivalent is 37.99 for a new customer! I think not...

@bt_uk They run a line test and the test shows that the broadband is continuously dropping out and that we are not even getting 1mbps upload speed. Download is 1.5mbps. But still im having to pay a cancellation fee of £158 when im not getting the service promised.
