4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@ctjones @BTCare Hope you got suitable connectivity after all that.. ..you should try dealing with TalkTalk!! Most contact, whether by phone or chat, sees a computer at the other end.. sadly, the few staff follow the same routine as the programmed computer automated support.. Lose all hope..

@bt_uk right you lot are *************** now, for two months now our internet has been cutting out. All we've gotten from talk talk is that it's on BT's end and nothings been fixed. A service we pay for but don't get!
