    @bt_uk But the technical department told me that the router are not plugged. Now I am in home and can provide the pictures. Is plugged 24/7 hours/week but not working properly from the first day.

    @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

    @bt_uk what is going on with my broadband service? Been wiv u guys for years. Never a problem like this. Since Oct constant broadband going down. 2 engineer visits outside the home and once again tonight IT’S DOWN! No reflection in bill either. Considering a change 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @bt_uk awful service last couple of days. No broadband for over a day now, i work from home and yes they sent me a 4g hub, which pumps out shocking signal and im actually better of connected to my phone. Also, no fault resolution date and openreach are now on strike. Shocking!

    @bt_uk She is on this plan from this week but she can also apply for the low-cost plan retrospectively since you failed to offer this in 2021 and she has been paying far more than needed so you mis-sold the old contract and never mentioned this option, correct? @MartinSLewis @Ofcom

    @bt_uk So you no there are problems an offer this - For any Apple device, it's important to not only update your password in the main device settings, but also in the SMTP settings. If you don't do this, you won't be able to send emails - without explain how to? USELESS what are SMTP?

    since April when our business shut down you are still keeping my account open and billing me it’s ridiculous !!! So much for being a company who helped people in the pandemic ! Get my account closed I’m not paying bills upto September when I left in April @btbusinesscare
