    @bt_uk what is going on with my broadband service? Been wiv u guys for years. Never a problem like this. Since Oct constant broadband going down. 2 engineer visits outside the home and once again tonight IT’S DOWN! No reflection in bill either. Considering a change 😞

    @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    @bt_uk But the technical department told me that the router are not plugged. Now I am in home and can provide the pictures. Is plugged 24/7 hours/week but not working properly from the first day.

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @bt_uk your customer service is awful, sent you a complaint over a week ago due to no broadband and it's still not even been reviewed!!! Was told my partner would get a call within 48hrs, absolute joke.

    @bt_uk Possibility of medical emergency with resident with NHS mandated shielding requirement. No phone. No broadband. Because BT and Sky screwed up communications. Takes 2 weeks to transfer service they say!

    @bt_uk GB18083946 the more lonely things is I have no Wi-Fi during Christmas as a BT user. and calling hours per day and no staff want to solve it. the complaint call is also wait in hours queue., the flat has no wifi on its 5th day, no one help me solve it. it's your gift XMas for me?

    @bt_uk Ordered fiber 300 around 7 weeks ago, today was the 3rd appointment and the 2nd tine where an engineer didnt turn up. Waited in all day again!!!!!!!! Disgusting customer service and a 'we dont give a ****' attitude over the past month has made my blood boil.
