    @bt_uk your customer service is awful, sent you a complaint over a week ago due to no broadband and it's still not even been reviewed!!! Was told my partner would get a call within 48hrs, absolute joke.

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @nearney_glenn @bt_uk They really are a waste of space! Check that you receive £25 automatic compensation for each missed appointment. Should be credited to your account within 30 days of your service starting.

    @bt_uk is officially the worst company for broadband and customer service!! I would not recommend!! Give you low speed Wi-fi then instead of trying to fix the issue they try to force you into the newest most expensive Wi-fi package! #nothanks 👎🏽

    @bt_uk I got one of those advanced home phone things with my new full fiber 900 service and the phone is useless. The batteries are constantly saying battery flat. It's never left the holder. Lasts 30 seconds off charge. It's clearly defective how do I get a replacement?

    I’ve had to abandon several online lessons this week because my internet is so appalling. 2 BT engineers in the past 10 days, no help at all. @bt_uk just sent a letter saying we can have faster internet...if we personally pay over £20 000 for it. No thanks.

    @bt_uk is it standard for customers to wait 20/30 mins on hold to speak to someone? Have you considered taking on more resources?? Cut off twice but no call back. Shocking - if I ‘could’ shop elsewhere I would.. home move sucks. #BTFbre #Nohelp
