@bt_uk you were contacted by Vodafone for my broadband transfer 12/08 and responded service will cease 28/08. Notice period 14 days. I'm still getting recurring bills. Fix it.

@bt_uk Hi. Broadband was finally restored on Aug 4 but BT refusing to pay any compensation as I wasn't the one out of 300 households affected who reported the issue!

@bt_uk Service Is shocking!! Spoke to 7 diff ppl & still without services for 4 weeks! No notes from 1st Eng visit, Incorrect order placed from Oris, Failed promised call back from Beth, cancelled Eng Visit on the day, SalesManager James just about took my call after 45 mins! 😡
