@bt_uk Well you don’t always help your customers over 6 months of promised call back which never happened because of a technical problem I’d had for over a year even as recently as last week another call that never happened

@bt_uk Thank you, it was from @JohnLewisRetail so waiting to hear how best to get an exchange from them. It went off at 04:20 this morning having ‘lost connection’ and woke the baby when we tried to reset it … honestly an awful piece of kit!
