@bt_uk Hilarious! I have to chair our parish council meeting on my mobile phone (not BT as there is no signal) tonight as our broadband has gone wrong again and BT won’t switch on the mini hub as I have an open order for a new hub I have been forced to get to try to restore broadband

@bt_uk horrible customer service I recently experienced... Requested acc to be merged, BT agent mistakenly upgraded my bb for 2x more expensive one, then they downgraded it for much worse than what I originally had. Was promised a call at 13:30 today - of course it never happened
