@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

Such a contrast in customer service between @TalkTalk and @bt_uk I had a problem, contacted BT by text, and was phoned back really quickly. The operative that I spoke to did her best to sort things, phoned back at the end of her shift, and gave me her email just in case. Good job

Yep, that moment when @bt_uk knock on your door and tell you (with 5 minutes notice) they're replacing a telegraph pole and taking your broadband down for 4 hours... how hard would it be to give their customers at least a day's notice? Grrr🙄
