@bt_uk I placed an order for Broadband & Digital Voice yesterday, only to find that the order has been partially cancelled in the order tracking page. I'm worried the existing broadband connection with BT will be disconnected as it's only saying the phone service will continue.

No horror films tonight but we are trying to rewatch @NBCGrimm but unfortunately this @bt_uk connection is too unstable and just keeps disconnecting, crashing the playback.

@bt_uk hey BT, whats going on for the last few weeks as all Twitter videos buffer for 10s before playing, then continuing buffering?? I don't have any buffering on any other apps or when using phone service provider. Just through BT.
