    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @BuntingsWorld @Rstoors4life @bt_uk I shall be departing I'm afraid, need to upgrade to Fibre 2, new customer gets it under £30, existing they want £10 more and won't match

    Watching FCK v City #btsport commentary is so ridiculously bad. 2 demonstrably wrong VAR calls where ref ratifies it. Comms just moan that VAR exists, no mention of the errors or why. Tin hat on it was Fletcher saying we spend more time talking about VAR than referee mistakes...

    @bt_uk @dancresswell01 No not sorted, you were supposedto get this sorted by tomorrow. All i get is message from "trevor" saying same thing, they have done all that was requested,and it's still not working. Why are you wasting our time? Incompetent service received do you not know how to fix problem??

    @bt_uk our bt broadband box is just flashing orange consistently with no changes, we’ve rang customer service and followed the instructions but still nothing, any help please?

    Day 69 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

    After the shambles of the weekend, MLB Playoff games not available on BT Sport 1, 2, 3 or 4 or MLB TV, or at least the one that's on now. What an absolute ridiculous way to manage a product & treat fans @mlb @mlbeurope @btsport

    @bt_uk I've been without broadband since 29th Aug. I've had 5 different dates from BT when you are going to do the civil work, the last of which was today. 5times you've failed to fix my broadband. Exec cust service says you are doing all you can. Why have l been lied to 5 times

    @SkyUK @bt_uk You two need looking into. @BTSopenreach Fixing a fault, causing next door to have an issue and it’s going round & round. No escalation process? Yet Engineers can keep fobbing customers off without resolving it. A disgrace …
