@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

@bt_uk You really are a clueless organisation. Six days without internet, I cancelled my account two days ago - and now, you want to book an engineer to come and fix the fault. Good luck wasting your own time/money.

@bt_uk whyd I get so much packet loss with your service plus daily internet outages that happen at 2am, I end up using my EE Hotspot anyway

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph awaiting transfer of phone line to digital service since 22/4/21. No service since. Contacted customer service on numerous occasions. Very kind and helpful staff but unable to resolve the issue. Without land line for more than a month.

@bt_uk Both remote control reset and the YouView box reset didn't work. Oddly, as I was trying to hold the down button for 5 seconds, there was no maintenance option and power kept coming on. I can select the apps manually through the box but not via remote.

Fuming with the service, or lack of, from @bt_uk No internet since Monday, have had to take annual leave because I can’t work and the first appointment they can get for an engineer is Saturday! Absolute joke. But it’s ok, they’ve logged my ‘dissatisfaction’.
