    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @bt_uk your customer service is awful, sent you a complaint over a week ago due to no broadband and it's still not even been reviewed!!! Was told my partner would get a call within 48hrs, absolute joke.

    @LittleOlivia7 @btsport @raphaelvarane I guess we could have done, however, may have caused issues. It wasn’t planned, and we were all playing it by ear. Rio felt more comfortable just congratulating him and i think it made great TV. 👍🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Lol yeah then you direct me to your sister company openreach, then they direct me to my provider who will.again contact openreach. Who Will then not fix problems and blame my provider.

    @bt_uk My broadband is a muddle. Account is in my wife’s name / email address but bills are addressed to me. You claim to have sent a text to me (on my wife’s account) re: a fault but it hasn’t arrived. Fault still there. I think you have a big problem with your records

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    @bt_uk Yes. How can I make an online complaint given that it can't be done via myBT website, nor by BT website? They both misrepresent you and I can say for certain that it wasn't me who designed your marketing communications programme (had it been me, it would have worked).

    @bt_uk Think you need to sack or replace your pr team. No-one has a clue what #BTHybridWiFi means. I am your customer and am confused why you offer me more expensive broadband than new customers and hybrid? Does that mean you don't run broadband on diesel or petrol now?
