    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk your customer service is awful, sent you a complaint over a week ago due to no broadband and it's still not even been reviewed!!! Was told my partner would get a call within 48hrs, absolute joke.

    @LittleOlivia7 @btsport @raphaelvarane I guess we could have done, however, may have caused issues. It wasn’t planned, and we were all playing it by ear. Rio felt more comfortable just congratulating him and i think it made great TV. 👍🏻

    After being promised a fault repair yesterday after 13 days or waiting @bt_uk updates the estimates fix to 26th August. No explanations and no support. That will be 16 days without internet and 22 since moving house.

    @bt_uk Day 5 no Internet. Waited in for 2 separate engineers. Didn't bother turning up. Now been told got to cease my service and open new account. Should be up and running between 5 and 10 days. Absolute joker's

    @bt_uk Hi there, any chance you can help please. My internet is so so slow I can see my letter being typed very slowly and searches on Google takes ages blue circle goes round and round. It was ok till last night but all day today it’s 👎
