don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

@LittleOlivia7 @btsport @raphaelvarane I guess we could have done, however, may have caused issues. It wasn’t planned, and we were all playing it by ear. Rio felt more comfortable just congratulating him and i think it made great TV. 👍🏻

@bt_uk your customer service is awful, sent you a complaint over a week ago due to no broadband and it's still not even been reviewed!!! Was told my partner would get a call within 48hrs, absolute joke.

Replay c.46m03, when R hits B, dk blue shirt is visible between top of Prem logo & impact point on side of B’s head

@bt_uk How about stopping fleecing my terminally ill parents that you've been doing for 3 years. NOw it's taken me over a month to try to get a resolution but your useless customer service team do nothing and say they've called me when they haven't. COMPLETE JOKE> Don't trust BT

@bt_uk The point is it didn’t need an aerial but the engineer was wrong and had obv not had the correct training or info. Pretty bad really.

@bt_uk Yes, reported by multiple households. There is currently a @HyperopticCS van in the lane waiting for an @OpenreachHelp engineer. I did tell the engineers from Hyperoptic of the issue when they were running the new cables, but they just said phone BT, and left shortly after!

@bt_uk My elderly parents have been without their home phone for over 2 weeks, fault logged with @bt_uk but no feedback received. Resolution date keeps getting pushed back, currently 30.11.22. Hardly keeping the elderly connected!

@bt_uk joined BT 24 oct when moved into new flat. Fault with ONT box. Had 6 appointments engineers haven’t shown up for & 3 that have been cancelled because my service is “fixed” even though nobody has been near my flat to change the ONT box. Ridiculous and frustrating service 😠
