don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

@bt_uk your customer service is awful, sent you a complaint over a week ago due to no broadband and it's still not even been reviewed!!! Was told my partner would get a call within 48hrs, absolute joke.

@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

@RevMthrSamantha @bt_uk Once, maybe 15 years ago, we were having major problems with our phone line, which meant our dial-up (!) would drop out. This only happened when it rained. If course, when an engineer came, it was glorious sunshine, & they implied we lied. 2nd engineer rewired from house to pole

@bt_uk No all ok. Speed 150. Recent letter saying that our phone service will soon be switching to the back of the hub, was worried it might not work. It hasn’t helped by an idiot openreach engineer outside telling us we are not on full fibre when our contract clearly says we are.

@RevMthrSamantha @bt_uk Bill charged us for both calls outs, despite 2nd call out fixing problem. @Revinthenorth then wrote to their CEO, after we'd spent hours on the phone. The bills, including line rental and calls, were completely written off. We moved supplier shortly after & got broadband

Hello @BTCare you are driving an elderly couple insane trying to cancel phone their line. You've had us jumping through hoops which we've done & still you're refusing to cancel phone line on completion of house sale. Why would people want to pay for new owners phone calls?
