If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

Pierre Stapley (@PierreStapley) reported@bt_uk Every time there is a power cut in my area the internet goes down for THREE days. Why does it take so long to fix? I work freelance from home and lose money. This has happened 3 times this year!! Rural areas always go to the back of the list!

Alan (@alrhodes2309) reported@bt_uk I am due to have fibre connected tomorrow but still keep getting adverts for me to upgrade. Problem is I want to recontact something else but can't until tomorrow's upgrade is done even though I ordered the broadband a month ago. The wait is not my fault

Prince Roy (@princeebwoi) reported@bt_uk I'm terribly disappointed and upset the way I have been treated today. There are many other providers who provide the same products as BT and a lot cheaper but I decided to stick with BT for the service and quick turn around for any issues.

I told your fraud team not to do it but you did anyhow. Since then I waited six weeks to get turned on. You cut me off 3 times since! @bt_uk
