    At the moment everything sticky again. Especially bad when it's wet outside ( which isn't the case today). Engineer said water ingress outside line, replaced a cover, but there are still frequent dropouts daily despite also getting new hub and booster and phone plug box @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Hello Paula, I saw an increase in my bills.I was told I have been notified of a price increase in a previous email. This has happened so many times over the years and the last complaint we agreed that any increases should be communicated by post as no emails ever came through.

    @bt_uk How about because I once called you for technical advice on a Friday evening, mid-emergency, and your tech support guy said "I can't be f**ked with this" under his breath and hung up. I will NEVER be a BT customer again for as long as I live, the worst customer service EVER.

    @HowManyMiles_ @btsport @ChelseaFC I agree it’s broken. I’m just not sure the ramifications of your fix solve the problem long term, it moves the problem. However I do agree something needs to be done. And I do like it that people are so motivated to action

    @bt_uk I have made a complaint to BT over a month ago. Spoken to two different people and no one has come back to me. The next stage for me will be to cancel my DD because I have never dealt with any organisation as useless as BT.

    @HowManyMiles_ @btsport @ChelseaFC As would I, but I’d want to first try to build my child’s self esteem and see if there was a way they could deal with it. If it was impossible I would find a solution
