@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@btsport Tried to watch euro hilights live on BT/sport.com only to miss the entire first match as I had to change all cookies set up - modified since lunchtime. No notice / warning of change. How do you excuse this impact to a premium paid service? Again?

@bt_uk No it’s fine. I cancelled my account. It did take 35 minutes waiting on the phone though. Would’ve been better if I could do it online or a callback option was available at the call centre. FYI on the FAQ section of the webpage when you type in ‘how do I cancel my service’ you...
