Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. CGS Technology (@cgs_uk_com) reported@btbusinesscare we have had such a poor service with BT, when you ring up to cancel they don’t let you go pass there indian call centre. We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
