@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk Thank you for the courtesy of a response I assume @OpenreachHelp will not openly admit to failing to supply an engineer to the problem in the exchange in the period since it was diagnosed as such. FYI I live on a normal road surrounded by houses all enjoying interrupted service

@Ki80619507Colin @UlsterRugby @btsport Unfortunately we will never see him again in green. Playing behind a beaten pack is not really an excuse. Ulster had enough ball and he never came off his wing once as an other option. Hansen invariably plays behind a beaten pack but he offers himself off his wing.
