    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    Staying in an AirBNB and the place has an @EE TV box. Even if you record something, you CAN’T fast forward adverts on the recording. Why would ANYONE pay for this absolute bullshit?! Typical nonsense from @bt_uk I see you haven’t become less **** since I quit working for you clowns.

    @bt_uk you made my 84yr old parents wait 2wks for an engineer to install WiFi & when he came he told them he couldn’t help & they needed super fast broadband & left. Over the phone you then said ‘there’s none in your area, what a mess we’ve made’ & now it’s another 2wks to wait.

    @bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call back about my complaint. I was supposed to receive a call back from an operator about my WiFi and I’ve had neither. I’ve spent 3 hours this past week on the phone for no outcome. Could you request I have a call back please?
