    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @zeeman1976 @bt_uk On the phone to them right now as well for the same issue, not sure how that’s even possible to be taken out twice when there’s only one date registered for direct debit. I pay for a high package too and being taken twice really affects me financially.

    Day 78 of total @bt_uk internet outage. Remember lockdown? Not as long as this. Can't even work from home. You pride yourself on customer service, yet have demonstrated a fundamental lack of understanding of your own fault resolution process. Try to explain it, I'm waiting.

    @bt_uk My elderly parents moved into their new house 14th Feb & you STILL haven’t moved their internet over. Every week you tell them it will work. Almost TWO MONTHS when it should take 2 days. This is a disgrace, you’re causing them so much stress. How do we fix it?

    @bt_uk How does that help if it only happens within the 15 minute timescale, previously when this happened, i just kept getting messages back saying your service is now back up and running...

    @bt_uk it should not be this painful. Im still waiting for a reply on a refund as you charged me for a service you didnt cancel. Todays saga is I cannot watch my NowTV channels. You are saying its Nows problem/Now are saying its you. Someone needs to take responsibility

    @bt_uk BT have double charged direct debit payments automatically. STILL not corrected and money NOT refunded. Call centre stalling refusing to look into it or fix. Refuse to escalate to senior level. keeps asking for bank number . Refused to give this Hopeless customer service.

    @bt_uk It’s a widespread issue! Are you seriously saying that every individual account holder must request the refund for the duplicate debit you have taken! @bt_uk that’s unacceptable. Refund everyone you have mistakenly taken money from immediately!
