@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk You’re effectively prevent people to cancel. You’re saying I must cancel a terminated contract. You say it can only be done by phone and when I tried to call no one answered my call for 20’. When I used the chat I was told it was sorted. Outrageous methods.

Why is it 2021/almost a year since a good proportion of the population started working from home and broadband companies like @skytv cannot liaise with @bt_uk re. engineer visits to sort your broken ("split line") broadband. Sick of calling for an update and not getting any.

@bt_uk I’ve just got an email from BT saying my case for slow broadband is closed, the engineers not coming out until tomorrow, is that why you never have to give the money back guarantee

@bt_uk Made a complaint and not heard back and no reply about it on Twitter either this conversation just stopped mid flow. You even had the cheek to ask me how the service was. So infuriating.

@bt_uk And I shouldn’t have been told it was all sorted last month? And it should be possible to cancel online especially if you don’t answer the phone? And people should not have to call while you wrote them their contract is terminated ?

@bt_uk My elderly parents move 1 mile down the road Why r they having so much trouble in getting a phone line working. Engineers dropping off calls, being passed for department to department, consumer blaming openreach.blah blah it’s been over a month yet u managed to bill them
