    @bt_uk @UNICEFEducation Yes I could do with help with my account.I phoned in n explained that I am a Pensioner n I am Halo3 n with the cost of living increase I could do with some help.When phoned in n got told I would have to wait untill next year when my contract ends.Not helpful ty.

    @bt_uk No sorry that is no help either as we are not any benefits.I have had Sky n Lit offering me a better deal but unfortunately my contract with you does not run out untill next year.Openreach have done a lot of work around here lately n Lit full fibra available. Can u help.

    @bt_uk I want a second-level manager in BT Customer Relations to DM me to resolve a month-long complete and utter shambles in broadband service provision that no one at BT is taking responsibility for.

    Gah, @bt_uk being rubbish again. Downstream sync speed has been dropping of late, meaning download speed is now lower than the much slower package we were on before. (And you have to keep an eye on this yourself, BT won't tell you they've accidentally merged your service)

    @bt_uk moving to a #persimmon home and sadly can’t bring your services with us. The customer service is outstanding and the service has been reliable, never had to call due to a fault. Hopefully will be back in future!
