@Cullercoats11 @SkySports @btsport I’ve cancelled sky a long time ago. I went for a job interview for sky they try all sorts to keep the customer then put prices up once they have signed back up for another term pure greed it’s all about getting that little extra money out of customers and false promises

@btbusinesscare Hi, my partner is still listed as the contact for a prior workplace. He's been contacted 9 times now and has asked everytime for his details to be removed as he no longer works for the company. He is still be pestered and the last rep was incredibly rude.

@bt_uk my 82 mother is a vunerable customer she moved & new line installed on 13/8 fault on line since. After 80mins explaining I was told it would be prioritised. Due to be fixed 24/8. Now an 82yr old in new home has been without main form of communication for 2 weeks. Pls help

@bt_uk Morning. That doesn't help unfortunately. It's not a problem isolated to my internet connection, it's everyone using BT broadband - @MaxCDN seems to be blocked! Only started a few days ago.

@bt_uk There’s a fault that Open Reach have been unable to fix for over 2 weeks and today the unbreakable hybrid has broken down and is impossible to connect. It’s marketed as unbreakable ?!?
