The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. noone@nowhere (@nooneatnowhere) reported@bt_uk correct number ported back. It worked for a month and then stopped receiving calls from Vodafone, 3, Lebara and others. Now nobody is able to sort it and they refuse to let us speak to a manager. Can you help??

After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.
