    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @petermauriceuk @btsport Super League would have broken their cosy monopoly to broadcast games. Super League would have meant club’s broadcasting games direct to customer, cutting out the middleman (Sky and BT)

    @bt_uk ok well i've done that but as i said already reported via phone which went off to do a line test and logged a fault against landline with problem of no send/receive calls BUT my landline is working just fine...anyway rolled the dice, see what it does this time

    @bt_uk I have only been able to go via BT who now say we have to wait another 2 weeks. Please let me know how to contact your connections team. You can't just keep cancelling our appointments without notice or explanation. It is deplorable service.

    @bt_uk no broadband again (landline fine). Tried reporting over phone that logged it as unable to make and receive calls! status check says no network problems, online troubleshooter get to last step then says (as it has every time this year) work on network been over hour now!
