@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

What a pile of **** the @btsport app has been tonight constant live stream crashes with VC034 error. Never had an issue last season on my Samsung TV (yes it’s updated). Sort it out #Shambles

@bt_uk You could send an engineer round some time before Saturday. Because I honestly don’t see why I’m paying £55 a month for a service that drops every 5mins
