@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk my router has overheated and has stopped internet connection. Has cooled down and is working now but any chance I could get a new router please. Just hoping it doesn’t happen again and cause a fire while I’m not home

Okay,@bt_uk No smartphone, no smart tv, not able to program a satnav but calls you, aged 90+, and orders the fastest and most expensive fibre package you offer to domestic customers. Formal complaint filed but we need to talk before this is escalated to @Ofcom.
