@btbusinesscare have been waiting for the BT Cloud service and BT Cloud Voice since 17th February. A 6 week project that has taken 4 months. Shocking service. Extremely disappointing.

day 27 until @EE @bt_uk @virginmedia realise that I cannot get fibre optic broadband in my area because it is not installed and wish for them to install it, as opposed to there employees reading and just sending links on if I'm available for fibre in my area. #slow

@BTCare hello. Are there any issues with broadband in FK6 area? Current download speed coming in at 4.8mbps. Don’t have Fibre but would still expect it to be around 17-20mbps

@bt_uk Errrrm, sorry, are you not BT? Why are YOU asking ME what is wrong with it?! I'm not collecting them as a hobby (or hoping they will increase in value as a retirement investment). You keep on replacing them hoping it will fix the connection problems I have. #BreakableBroadband

@bt_uk My landline has had a fault for 6 days (no incoming calls). I'm in my 70s with multiple health problems. Your adverts are obviously aimed at young people and so, it seems, is any form of service.
