@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk So why am i not getting the back up from the EE 4g network router… that’s literally it’s entire job 🙃 and if other networks are effected I’ll point out that it’s because of bt openreach infrastructure being terrible.
