    @DaveTA2191 @bt_uk Avoid bt. My partner asked number change and was not done she was subject to **** threats and calls last night a vulnerable adult left abused by bt. They refuse to do other or credit my bill. AVOID BT BAD COMPANY

    @bt_uk Hi. We've recently acquired a BT Wifi Disc. Unfortunately, it keeps on going to the 'red flashing' - not connected to your Smart Hub 2. I hope you can help.

    @bt_uk It’s gone back up to 10Mbps now. The problem we’ve had for months is that the WiFi regularly collapses to zero for long periods.

    @bt_uk your Google with Chromecast BT Sports App now opens to a mobile version of the App since a March 3 update. The icon has also disappeared from the my apps line up despite being installed. Is this a known issue. All fine before March 3 update

    @bt_uk my 84 year old Dad is on his own with no landline till 10 March, This is not how long I would expect a vulnerable pensioner to be kept waiting for an essential service.
