@bt_uk hey, my mum and dad have two of you BT HD voice phones. They stopped working yesterday but things were fixed this morning - however, they’ve lost all their contacts. Is there anyway to get them back? Will this happen every time they go down?

Todays achievements (apart from work obvs) @WeAreOpenreach sent by @bt_uk says that he doesnt know why im getting speed issues, could be distance, could be something else. @BritishGas came to fix the smart meter (2nd visit) says he cant do anything needs a new meter and new appt

@bt_uk Having a nightmare with service from BT. No landline or broadband for nearly 5 wks. Case keeps being closed, despite acknowledgment of a fault. Ringing call centre 3/4 a wk. Engineers have missed 5 appts now. Poor communication. Not sure how to get this resolved now.

@bt_uk I am supposed to have an open reach engineer come out today between 8-1 still not turned up and been advised they have marked the job as completed .... 4th time this has happened ...... terrible service!!!!

. @SkyHelpTeam we’ve been without internet since the 17th June. When we call we’ve been told it keeps passing up to complex team but there have been no updates from them. Also been told it was an issue with @bt_uk openreach but no time line as to how or when this will be fixed
