@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

Why is @btsport picture quality absolutely dog ****?? Sky sports superb, Amazon superb, bbc really good but BT Sport is shockingly bad. If there doing it so you pay an extra few quid for HD they’re a disgrace, they already charge too much as it is! Time to **** em off & get a FS!
