@alisonleary1 @bt_uk So stressful! I had a similar problem during change of provider once. Can’t they give you unlimited data on a mobile phone so you can create a hotspot.

@bt_uk please can you do something about the sheer amount of spam callers we’re getting. 3-4 a day to my mother who has dementia. Already called 150 and they can’t/won’t help

Just tried phoning @bt_uk re a TV issue (caused by them giving me incorrect info). 45 mins & I didn't even get answered. So, despite assurances from 2 of their advisors, I remain without channels. Not huge, relatively, but poor from them.

@bt_uk have some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The fourth time this week I have been kept on hold for over two hour waiting to arrange an order for an international media company only for it to be subsequently cancelled by BT without us being notified

@btbusinesscare absolutely abysmal service. Supposed to connect today. No broadband thousands lost in revenue plus I have to pay my team for doing nothing today. I was reassured multiple times this WOULD NOT happen! But hey your £10 discount will go a long way!

Still no @bt_uk phone line, deadline to fix it missed, poor service. Fault happens regularly - years of underinvestment in the rural telecoms infrastructure (wires wearing, poles too old to service), while priority is given to urban fibre rollout, and yet we don’t pay any less.
