@OpenreachHelp Looks like OpenReach is causing a lot of delays AND not communicating any information back to the “service” providers including @SkyUK and @bt_uk who then just pass the buck back to customers leaving them without working landline & broadband. Shame on all of you.

  • Bryn_Cartwright Frontal Lobe Distortion 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@Bryn_Cartwright) reported

@PippaCrerar @bt_uk So what’s the problem? The statement says they’ve previously decided and presumably implemented suitable schemes.

  • RyanKB_93 Ry 👼🏼🌻🧡 (@RyanKB_93) reported

@bt_uk we moved from Sky Broadband because we would have the same issues as we’re having now, we moved to you because initially you reassured us we wouldn’t have the same problems we were having at sky but it’s not been very much of an improvement if I’m brutally honest.

  • pesto_rigaud Rigaud Pesto (@pesto_rigaud) reported

  • jjdar36 Jasmine Dar Official (@jjdar36) reported

@bt_uk Seems to have come back after 1 hour but it keeps cutting off and when I call they say the connection has no issues so I’m not getting the service I pay for and you are trying to charge £400 to leave

  • Nyishaaargh Enemarr (@Nyishaaargh) reported

@bt_uk Hi Kelly, the issue is (as advised by every engineer that's ever visited) that we're too far away from the greenbox in town so FTTP is the only solution (short of a closer box installed) It's insanely slow.. now even moreso due to Lockdown

  • pickerpark Pickerpark (@pickerpark) reported
