@bt_uk I’ve tried texting FIX and everything else. My light has been solid orange for over 3 hours now and you are either unable or unwilling to help.

@MeatBadness @bt_uk @MarcusRashford So we as fans have no right to criticise individuals on their performance even though we earn the club their revenue by buying their stupid products e.t.c as well as being deeply affected by the match in a negative manner due to the disappearing act of a lifetime

@bt_uk Your mini hub was of absolutely no use to me when we moved and had no broadband for a month because there’s absolutely no EE signal here.

@bjblyth @btsport That's reporting the speed available on your phone - not your TV. Install a speed test app on the TV and see what it's capable of. The device checker is reporting if your device is capable of playing the top bitrate - a speed fail just means it wouldn't run at top quality.

@bt_uk must say the wifi at my parents house is truly terrible for the amount of money they spend a month on you guys. Continuously flashing amber light on the hub. Someone meant to come out to fix yesterday between 1-6, but nobody showed up, so a wasted afternoon. Pretty shoddy.

@thewardog1235 @bt_uk @MarcusRashford How is this relevant to the topic? That’s another bad thing about social media - it gives very thick people (who generally wouldn’t be listened to) a voice. Numbskull.

If the idea of fleecing long standing customers in favour of new customer enticements, as now applied in the insurance world, is extended to telecoms then @bt_uk will need to review its entire business model
