    Absolute swizz from @BTCare. A new customer signing up today would get Full Fibre 500 for £22.49 per month for 3 months then £44.99 after that. As an existing customer, my price is going up 9.3%, so I’ll end up paying nearly £10 more for Full Fibre 300. An absolute con. Avoid.

    @virgilone3 @bt_uk @BTGroup Move to Zen and tell BT where to stuff their broadband. I did and can recommend Zen. Better service at less than half the price. Don't hesitate.

    @bt_uk I have recently closed a complaint… was awarded two free months… monthly payment has been taken from my account… tried for two hrs and can’t get through..Frustrated .. why are there major delays in answering!!!

    @O2 @BTCare You've both told me you've been granted to right to up my bill and will be doing so. But OAPs like me were told by @RishiSunak that we didn't deserve the sort of pay rise you've been given. So are you going to offer help to your elderly customers?

    @bt_uk cut our broadband off because of an order that THEY messed up. We have been without broadband in our house for 6 days with 2 people working from home losing income - not to mention the family in Ukraine we cannot reach. 46 calls and still no sign of a solution.

    @bt_uk Another 5 days with zero effort from you to get us connected. We have now entered the fourth month of waiting for a broadband connection. Appalling service. BT are you worst company I have ever had to deal with…..

    At times, I was getting as low as 1mbps down and up (as confirmed by the My BT app). I have an engineer coming out to hopefully sort it out BUT I just want to make my current displeasure with @bt_uk known as It's seriously affecting my ability to stream
