    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @bt_uk Day 7. And STILL not had my broadband installation finished. STILL a massive hole left outside my front door since last Wednesday and STILL zero correspondence from you as to when we can expect this to be finished. Disgraceful customer service!!

    @bt_uk I was told my broadband would be connected by 23:59 latest on 31st October. It is now 00:33 1st November and I still have not been connected. I’m a first time customer and I can assure you this is not a very pleasant experience so far!

    @bt_uk Problems with my BT internet since yesterday causing my Ring doorbell to be offline for over 6 hours, this is not good considering I have four carers a day and two district nurse visits. I am unable to get through via phone to report this. Internet again is unavailable at 5.02am

    @bt_uk Had to travel by bus last week with spinal issues, assured twice that my BB would be installed beforehand, didn't happen. Had 13 hour days last week, exhausted. BT are utterly incapable. They push you into DM messages so people don't see the truth. Check trustpilot, shocking 1.6.

    …and even after 2 calls @bt_uk have still unresolved it. @Ofcom - please can I ask that you look in to such poor practices, clearly designed to ensure customers overpay for services they don’t want.

    .@bt_uk My broadband hasn’t been working for over a week. We’ve had an engineer out to restore connectivity but my download speed is awful, <1 Mbps at times. I reopened the fault on 28th but no word yet.

    @bt_uk The issue needs raising with your development team for a software fix. Seems to series record using program name as a string or part of a string. As a software developer / programmer I can see the issue and probable cause. The only fix or resolution is a change to the software.

    @bt_uk. thanks for cancelling. my broadband without my permission. was meant to get it installed on the 11th of october and i had issues the entire time on my account couldnt even track my order properly. and when i went to track it today it said it didnt exist! time wasters
