    @bt_uk hey BT i’m absolutely appalled at the current connection i’m having and have been experiencing all day today. just want to play some valorant with the homies but i can’t even watch netflix. please help me fix this, we’ve tried everything but the area is all effected !!! :(

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp how come I’m the only one affected by a major outage - all my neighbours have broadband service? Have your engineers disconnected me again at the pole across the road??

    @bt_uk I call to ask why my broadband is so poor to be told I need a better service at an extra £8 a month, £48 in total! I say this isn’t right and then complain,weeks later and no answer but to leave BT £650 so I have to stay with rubbish service & you don’t answer complaints!

    @bt_uk Apparently they were going around the area suggesting that there was a issue with connectivity Paddy. I have asked if there was anyone else who had someone knocking about this issue and someone said they had something that looked like BT ID.

    @bt_uk This is my business my life and my earnings being lost how dare you treat us differently, been a customer for a long time if that means nothing to BT it takes 2 mins online to organise another supplier.

    @bt_uk You rang me to try and sell me something, why can't you just call me. When I switched to 'Halo' I never had all this nonsense.

    @bt_uk The light round the EE logo is solid blue, the bars are flashing red. Complaint (number 2) already logged via My BT Clare but it’s so not UNBREAKABLE. Ours has been broken for months.
