Wish I had never bothered to renew with @bt_uk ordered a sim never received cannot get through to anyone to tell them sent a complaint and still nothing yet I've been charged! Thanks for that!

@bt_uk how is it possible that when you move home both previous and new occupants are with yourselves that you cut one line & then 2 week wait to be reconnected can't work from home and children can't do homework, brilliant customer service

@Daria_QT @bt_uk @BorisJohnson They're useless. Overcharged me on numerous occasions. I never quite have the energy to go through the pain of swapping companies though. I should have done years ago. This may swing the balence.

Get your act together @bt_uk . Communications fail re Digital Voice switch over. Customers left without new phones. Glitch means orders not being processed.
