    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @btsport I subscribe to your web subscription but there is no full replay of last nights ufc 287. Why is it not available? It normally is. You increase your subscription prices but your service is getting worse!

    @bt_uk BT guy eventually showed up. UK support were lovely (but there are some training issues), just really hard to reach them. 94 year old without a phone for days. Did you fix your email? It sure Cornwall county planners want to deal with cross BT customers

    @btsport @bt_uk it’s nearly 6pm and we still don’t have ufc 287 on the app? This is such abysmal service. I’m sure I won’t be the only one asking for a refund on this months service.

    @bt_uk Yes. The fault arises regularly around 8.30pm. Engineer came a week ago and fitted new box and router. The problem seems to be elsewhere, but we can't tell where. Frustrating
