Just had our quote back from @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp for 10mb broadband under the ‘Universal Service Obligation’. It comes in at an unbelievable eye watering £410,513.00 to install! @Ofcom need to look at how a BB service can cost more than a house…!

@btbusinesscare Not great, bullied and harassed by BT complaint handlers who have all closed ranks, miss sold systems, miss communicated, can't get anyone to speak to us, basic message form BT is they couldn't care less about their customers so deal with it. Guess you could say I've got the ****
