@bt_uk Given the lack of update and still no call attempt made, it seems clear that your managers do not respond to their own staff let alone customers. This is a clear complaint which is not being acted upon

@bt_uk now been a week without the new fibre broadband that was installed. The hub has never worked and after 2 openreach visits in 2 days they cannot get BT(the provider) to sort out the PPP part to connect. Absolute shambles from BT tech support
