  @davegow1 @bt_uk I’ve found them OK before and need reliable WiFi as I WFH, but this shambles has raised a few concerns. Heard from a VERY good source that the issue is that instead of sending out new hubs, they try to get customers hooked up to old equipment which they know is unreliable.

  @bt_uk I've received a EE mini hub, though im a BT customer not a EE customer & STILL can not connect to my BT broadband for the 3rd evening in a row. Can you please advise

  My @Asus laptop struggles with @bt_uk Wifi in a way that some of my devices don't. Some of it down to not brilliant wifi (hence I use a TP-Link external USB device) but some of it has to be down to Windows. It tells me "connected, no internet" when other devices can see internet.

  @neal_army @bt_uk Eventually my issue was passed on to a case manager who I couldn’t fault, unfortunately I still couldn’t get connected, so I placed an order with Talk Talk and hey presto !!! I have broadband now.

  5/6 So, I'm sorry to say, but I'm breaking up with you, @bt_uk. It's not me, it's definitely you. I've found someone who treats me better and gives me faster, more reliable service. They might not be as well-known as you, but they're hotter than a habanero pepper.
