    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @btsport Never been a fan of Robbie Savage but I really feel sorry for the guy my only advice would be to get out of football and anything to do with it this kind of abuse is never going to change or go away !!!

    So @bt_uk I’m paying for a premium service and my broadband download speed is now 1.7Mbps and upload to 0.5Mbps. Why do we have to go through this every few years?!
