@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk how can I resolve this problem? Hanging on phone for 35 mins, order placed in Feb for broadband, still not installed , you disconnected me from my previous provider 3 weeks ago? You don't message, you don't email, you don't call, you don't keep promises?

@hendopolis @bt_uk And they'll tell you it's the phone line department's fault, who will tell you it's the broadband department's fault. I left them years ago and have had no trouble at all with EE if that's helpful (probably not!)

Great customer service by @bt_uk...not! I tell you reason for my call and then I am passed to the relevant department only for connecting agent to say “you’ve rang the wrong department..we’re business, not home”. #customerexperience #CustomerService
