@bt_uk There is absolutely no internet in my zone 1, central London flat where no power lines have been affected by the storm. This has been since FRIDAY. How long does it take to get internet for our street which already has dreadfully slow speeds?? We need internet to work!

@bt_uk @MoneySavingExp . Phoned bt to renew my internet/landline and was quoted 27.99 for my current pack renewal. Phoned back and all I got sales for halo (not needed) and told my package which is now at 38.29 will be over 40.00 when contract ends. Help

Morning @bt_uk, just wanted to say how irritating it is not to be able to report *landline* problems on your website. Fault reporting defaults to broadband only, with no option to test/report landline. Some of us still have problems with one but not the other. Infuriating.

@bt_uk haven’t had internet at home since storm Eunice and still expected to fixed in 3-4 days. What is this poor service? My Neighbour virgin media and other service providers are working fine without issues and i didn’t BT to be this bad. Fix up please.

@bt_uk I need to order another WiFi disc. Going round in circles trying to do so through my app and just been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and then cut off! Can you help please?
