@Colin10971 @joe606 @bt_uk Some service providers do voice over ip, so the fibre does the lot. If I'm right copper is due tonbe phased out by approx 2025

@bt_uk Not impressed at all with lack of service. Our internet went down at 8pm & when we tried to call to report all offices closed, BT chat discontinued. I then discovered we have been overcharged by almost £5o in our last two bills. Not good at all.

@bt_uk I have had such bad service and communications as during this last 4 months. We ordered fibre optic broadband on 23rd September and still no news. Really rubbish as you can't speak to Open Reach directly and BT blame them. I am at my wits end with you.

Broadband lost to Chorley Village (WV16 6PP). Apparently not enough of us out here to get any action from @bt_uk before Monday afternoon!! Rural divide in service? Come on @bt_uk get your act together.........

@bt_uk I have just recieved the best customer service from LLOYD who works in connections at the Accrington office. He deserves a pay rise at the very least!!!

@bt_uk It was supposed to be done 29/12 now 31/12 - all we’ve had is constant delays and very little help to get this completed.
