@bt_uk It really is problem after problem. Cables were ruined by OpenReach pressure washing and then got replaced, connection has been crap since and is now dropping out almost every 15 minutes. Seriously what is wrong with you guys…

@bt_uk since signing up to TV and internet the box hasn't worked once, not the internet connection has gone. Literally paying for something we can barely use. Awful, absolutely awful

@bt_uk my parents internet is terrible (advised on old cables as fibre not in the area) so it’s really slow, however it constantly disconnects. There’s been 6 occasions alone today this has happened. Reported to BT, received a new hub, same issues. What can they do next please?

My dad has lost 2 days of pay. @bt_uk keep saying "oh we'll call you later" and have NOT called back. Worst customer service i think I've ever experienced.
