@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

I’ve obviously called up @bt_uk again to see if they knew what time it would be delivered as by now I’m getting a bit impatient... Turns out my order hadn’t even been placed as the guy in Swansea apparently gave me the complete wrong information after calling to offer his “help”

So Tuesday I had an out of the blue call from @bt_uk with what I thought was a very helpful man from Swansea, he said he’d been through a similar issue himself so wanted to help me sort this out... BRILLAINT! Or so I mistakenly thought...
