    @btbusinesscare So what happens when the complaints dept contact you? They patronise you. The problem is that I need to 'educate myself' not that BT needs to account for sending false bills.

    @bt_uk for a comms company yours are very poor. No landline or b/band since 06/02. Told, after contacting you, that problem would be fixed 09/02,14/02,17/02 & now 19/02.The mini hub you provided is shocking & making working from home untenable. Sort it out please!

    @sadaplays @bt_uk They did the same with me! The sticker fell off the box at the post office and for reasons unknown it gets marked as delivered. Might be worth switching. Plusnet do customer service really well.

    Seems as one issue is resolved, another takes is place!! Cancelled @bt_uk services in November 2020 (not easy in itself!!) its now Feb 2021, they’re still charging me, claiming I never cancelled anything!!!!! I’m totally sick and tired of being let down by companies with......

    @sadaplays @bt_uk BT are useless. No end of problems with them after moving home a couple times. I had about £550 in credit with them at one point.
