@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk Understood. As I said - there’s an older population in Leuchars - so you’ve potentially got a lot of over 70s that aren’t as able to do online support or be willing to sit waiting for 50 minutes - who are effectively cut off.

@bt_uk I need to cancel a landline and it appears the only way to do this is by calling your contact centre, however I have been waiting on hold 30 mins this morning already. What can I do to make this easier?
