@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk we keep calling up saying that we need fibre as i cant even send school work with this terrible copper broadband we have. i like with 4 others and we are getting 10mb download and 1 upload when we have been promised fibre for 2 years now

@therealldb1 @bt_uk There is another broadband called utility wearhouse it’s garbage wifi and costs £2 something a month but better than bt.
