Does anyone else on @bt_uk find their ways incompetent? Confusing and damn right stupid? We've had many issues recently, but the latest one... they're sending us a mini hub to an address we no longer live at, and somehow cannot rectify or tell us where they have sent it...

@bt_uk Thanks for asking. I think the 'walk me home' app is a bad idea. Heightened surveillance of women does nothing to stop male violence and is only lip service to the idea of keeping us safe. I know your CEO means well but this isn't going to help.
