@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@GraceOnFootball @btsport I'm not an Apple fanboy, but this isn't an Apple-specific issue - I've been repeatedly getting the same problem with out-of-sync audio/video watching BT Sport on my Windows PC for months. But don't get me started on how shockingly bad @SkySports is on the same device. Grrr.

@bt_uk Hi, it’s now day five (6 including the day reported) and I still haven’t had a resolution or even a call. On top of that, I am receiving the 3rd call out in the space of 3 months as my broadband keeps falling off (5 times today). What exactly am I paying for here?
