@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk Please can you help us. After 2 fibre lines, 2 visits from engineers, 2 routers, lots of calls to you, we still have no phone. We are now getting very fed up with your advanced digital phone, it doesnt talk to the hub (s). Its now getting ridiculous.

@bt_uk BT - the usual lady on the end of the phone asking me if i want to upgrade to a service that I don't need and "would I like to try" so I end up saying I am busy now, sure, I find the product is not what I want - but says BT you said "yes" now you must pay for 24 months. BEWARE.

@bt_uk At my wits end trying to order BT Fibre for my mum's new home. After 2 weeks we've been left with 4 separate accounts with 3-4 orders on each all auto-cancelled, replaced, & cancelled. There's an open complaint, asked for a manager to step in & been refused. Fed up. Help!
