@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@btsport We had a free trial of BTSport via EE, the streaming picture was constantly diabolical, yet I never have a problem streaming Amazon or Netflix or hayu etc

@bt_uk I don't have it anymore, the streaming quality put me off continuing the service. My download speed is very good so why it was so bad I don't know, bad picture and buffering at crucial moments.
