@bt_uk 2. After speaking to you again, you agreed to keep it at the agreed price. A week later you are trying to renege on this and raise it by over £. I spoke to “Rajat” on chat, disgusting service. I have evidence of all of the chats, agreements made and lies by BT.

@btsport how can I make a complaint? Your chat advisor after 50 minutes transferred me to manager who cut me off before even sending a greeting. I don't have to waste more time starting all this again to fix an error you have made twice over do I?! 🙏

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@bt_uk Twice now i’ve been lied to about my internet and service provided. After catching you out in a lie, your manager Steve gave me a special deal over chat to keep me with BT. This was all done automatically. Now, two months later you are trying to raise my bills.

@bt_uk Well, 3 months in, if we switch off the 5Ghz then we’re all gravy. Otherwise everything gets confused about what’s connected to what. Splitting the frequencies is equally annoying, so 2.4GHz it is for us until the next genius works out how to actually fix WiFi for good
