    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    Hi @bt_uk, I moved in my new house two weeks today and I still have no internet and your doing nothing to fix it. I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

    @bt_uk what a complete joke, switched to you waited 3 weeks for install, engineer does not show and now you said I will get a “rushed” install in 2 weeks! This will be the first time I cancel a service that never even got installed! Appalling

    @bt_uk Are you able to confirm if there are any faults/upgrades in the cm21 area going on? Smart hub 2 has been flashing orange for over 2.5 hours. Web interface shows as constantly connecting. Same when plugged into master socket + 2nd test router. Please help 😭

    @bt_uk why is it every night my router is updating taking any where from 30 minutes to an hour every dang night the dreaded flashing purple and according to 150 there is no issue with the land line and i know there is no problem with the hub or connector ...this is unacceptable

    @bt_uk soooo, we’ve signed up for an internet package that’s due to start tomorrow. Problem is that you’ve only dispatched the router today via Royal Mail and they are striking today and tomorrow. So when exactly am I going to have internet now?!?!

    @bt_uk I was saying thanks for the quicker speed, my download speed has gone from 69Mbps to over 350Mbps, the upload speed is always poor - it's the same for WiFi and ethernet connection

    @bt_uk If you look at the history over the last two weeks it’s poor performance from BT. I had BT in my old house for over 20 years with no problems.
