Terrible customer service from @BT @btbusinesscare billing. When you tell them something they find annoying they put you on hold forever. Just a shoddy outfit - a disorganised monopoly that should never have been privatised

@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk we also can’t use BT’s wifi hotspot network because it requires a BT ID to use which we can’t set up because we have yet to receive an account number which we’ve read can only be found on statements in the post

I was helping an elderly lady tonight as she wanted to order a takeaway for her tea as a treat, just eat have ripped her off

@bt_uk WiFi is actually a sick joke never seen a connection as bad as mine, 700 ping constantly it won’t go below it, how can a 2021 WiFi service be this **** ******* pisstake
