@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

Terrible customer service from @BT @btbusinesscare billing. When you tell them something they find annoying they put you on hold forever. Just a shoddy outfit - a disorganised monopoly that should never have been privatised

Anyone else suffering telephone hostility? Calls to landlines -- from either my landline or mobile -- are impossible. Following meticulous investigation ("This is a three-pipe problem, Watson.") I've narrowed it down to a fault in the @bt_uk network. The breakthrough came....

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Usually it's the richest areas too whilst the poor end up paying double for slower speeds there's many worse than me paying more too :/ not very fair is when 1 supplier cam do packages at 1gb for just £30 yet another charges £50 + same speeds same providers different line owner
