  Fair play @bt_uk are an absolute joke, engineer recommended getting my hub replaced as its old and faulty, that’s turned into them trying to get me sign up for another 24 months for a service that’s already dire.

  @bt_uk Thanks! Thought it was just me after the switch from Yahoo but a pal with a new iphone 7 has the same IMAP error so am newly resolved to fix it and get email back onto my phone
