    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    Terrible customer service from @BT @btbusinesscare billing. When you tell them something they find annoying they put you on hold forever. Just a shoddy outfit - a disorganised monopoly that should never have been privatised

    @bt_uk I have recently upgraded my WIFI with yourselves and have booked a day of work so the engineer can visit the house to fit it. Just received an email and use have changed the date without informing myself? This is very poor customer service as I am unable to be of that day

    @bt_uk connection kept dropping january. Bt finally came 5 days ago.. (problem fixed) bang no internet connectivity? £90 a month for this shite?

    @btsport I’ve checked the site The issue isn’t the site, the issue is the actual EPG on Sky boxes differs from what you are saying. And as it’s the EPG that the box uses to record etc then the info on the site is pretty much useless if you don’t push the correct data to the EPG

    @bt_uk I am getting really bad service ordered BT broadband and voice, 3 days I have waited in 9th 18th and now 21st and still no broadband , called today and it’s been cancelled ??? I have to reorder .

    @bt_uk I have had no internet since last Tuesday. I’ve sent messages but no reply. Your customer service is terrible. This is a major inconvenience and you don’t seem to care that I’ve had no internet for 7 days!

    Hey @BTCare my broadband has been down since last Wednesday (reported that day) and was due to be fixed today. It’s not. Really need it fixed! Tried your virtual assistant but it doesn’t recognise my phone number that I’ve had for 15 years!
